“Was looking for a place to dinner in the TO area we haven’t been to, and stumbled upon Reynolds Cucina. While there are no shortage of Mexican food spots in the area, this place stood out.

The quesabirria tacos were delicious. You don’t see these on many menus, and they were a must have. They also provide you with a small container of consumé to dip your tacos. We also had a carne asada burrito which we split. Very good as well. The salsa bar was well stocked, and had a green salsa that we really enjoyed. The chips were perfect, and tasted like they were made right before they brought them out.

If you’re looking for Mexican food in the Thousand Oaks/Westlake area, this place is a must.“

“We have been ordering 805 since they were slanging tacos from the curb! So we already knew the quality we would be getting. This was our first time hiring them for catering. Per usually the quality didn't disappoint. Our server Jorvin was excellent. So sweet. Busted his butt in HOT weather and didn't skip a beat. (We tried to take care of him with shade/ice water and a fan.) He accommodated a couple of guests with dietary restrictions as well as hooked the kiddos up! Ironically our 3 year old, who's typically the shy kid who speaks to nobody, was Jorvin's BFF!! Kid spent more time at the table with Jorvin than anyone else! Also, kid was a BIG fan of the Jamaica!! “Paris may have its sidewalk cafes, but Camarillo has this gem! Great eats at fair prices. I love their outside sidewalk tables overlooking El Camino Real, US 101. Dining while counting fire trucks and imagining commuters/travelers on their way to wonderful exotic destinations is another reason why I keep returning.“

Don’t post prices on the menu and the carne asada plate is absolutely dreadful. $18 for a flat top grilled piece of flank steak with zero seasoning. This is not good. “Para el dueño: Cual es su regla de regreso cuando se vende un producto que está echado a perder? El Viernes 10/21 compramos comida como muchas veces ya que somos clientes desde hace 4 años. Uno de los productos fue una jaiba imitación, la pedimos en la carnicería y no la dieron en una bolsa, al llegar a casa nos dimos cuenta que estaba echada a perder, no pensamos que fuera un problema, nunca nos había pasado y este producto no es de su tienda solo lo revenden. Hablamos a la tienda y les informamos de lo qué pasó, la joven nos dijo que lo lleváramos para de nos devolvieran el dinero. La tienda cierra a las 8 y no pudimos. Al siguiente día fuimos y la joven que estaba según ella de manager, se porto súper grosera, nos gritó que porque no nos habíamos fijado en la fecha de caducidad, que porque nos habíamos esperado hasta el siguiente día y después nos aventó el dinero y nos dijo que nos fuéramos. Esta actitud es inaceptable, dudo que el dueño quiera sepa o esté de acuerdo con la actitud de esta mujer. No volveremos a esta tienda y haremos todo lo posible para que le gente sepa de esto y ya no compren aquí.“

“I came here with my family after a day at the beach and it was wonderful! When we walked up to the restaurant there was a line to see the hostess, (I took that as a sign this was a good place in the area) and they had free water outside with cucumbers in it. It was so refreshing, especially since we just came from the beach! Before we went up to order, we were brought a chips and flight of salsa which had three different salsas on it. (All were fantastic) I ordered the Carne Asada and my wife ordered the Ceviche and a Margarita. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend stopping by for some amazing food!“

“We went here for a quick late dinner. The food was tasty but nothing special. I think I may try a few more items though- it may be that my dish was not the best. I had a shrimp taco, some of the breaded shrimp had a bit more breading than ideal. The Mexican street corn though was quite tasty and they provided a good amount for the serving.“

“As a frequent customer I had my first disappointing meal here. Rice and beans were really dry and the whole #10 combo was only warm in temperature. This is not the norm and had I not been seated against the wall between people I would have gone up to the counter for a re-do. I’m kicking myself for not doing that because my leftovers were better after I heated them up later in the day.“

The pastor and carnitas were by far my favorite (always are) but this place didn't let me down. The asada was fantastic, I haven't had good asada in a while so that's definitely worth having. Birria was great, but we both thought the chicken was quite dry.

We got it to go and went to Enegren. The guys were super nice and the had the good ready super fast! And we ordered a ton.“
