“I know this is a typical fast food restaurant but in and out especially this one make it feel more welcoming and cleanly. The food was amazing and very fresh. They provided lemons for water which was a nice touch. There was a gentlemen who was going around sweeping cleaning tables bussing trays from people as they were finished was a nice touch. I planed to write this review before I left and as I was about tossing my plate in the trash the gentlemen Jimmy politely said he would take care of it. That right there is what I believe makes this chain ten steps above others. Jimmy was a very nice sight to see in a place that made it feel more friendly welcoming cleanly and hospitable. “We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. I'm an extremely picky eater!! With that said, Bella (Front of House) took my order and even repeated it back twice which included her reading from what she punched into the computer. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. But, I wanted to take it a step further. I wasn't upset but curious as to how this occurred as I knew Bella had inputted the order into the computer correctly. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. Kareem & Bella are definitely above & beyond employees and the others working there were all happy & helpful. This is the gold standard and a recipe that should be non- negotiable for any business. “Ahh the successor to the good ol' Frosty Queen. While it doesn't replace the nostalgia of the Queen, it more makes it up with pretty darn good smash burger. The Goldburger gets it right with the most important component of a burger which is the patty. It had the right amount of saltiness, savoriness, and crispiness that makes for a tasty smash burger. Sure, it's a bit pricey and the presentation is lacking, but in the end, it tasted darn good.

Same goes with the fries. That is a must have if you're ordering from Goldburger!“
