“We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. I'm an extremely picky eater!! With that said, Bella (Front of House) took my order and even repeated it back twice which included her reading from what she punched into the computer. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. But, I wanted to take it a step further. I wasn't upset but curious as to how this occurred as I knew Bella had inputted the order into the computer correctly. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. Kareem & Bella are definitely above & beyond employees and the others working there were all happy & helpful. This is the gold standard and a recipe that should be non- negotiable for any business. The options to put on the hamburger are plenty and even the regular hamburger is a usual size for a hamburger. They have a few difrent options in size and even a Challenge wall if you dare to eat their XXXL hamburger.

I found parking alright in the plaza this store is in and this store also has a drive thru too. There no outdoor dining here but the staff are wonderful. “Quite a drive from LA but we think it's worth it because the food here is very good. They opened quite early in the morning and we went for breakfast. Drinks are amazing. The fries are really good. “I stopped by this Habit location tonight to get my wife her club sandwich. I have never visited this Habit location before even though I come to Northridge a lot so tonight was finally the time to try it out. This is one of the rare Habit to have a drive thru so I took advantage of that and I thought I made a good choice because there was only 2 cars in front of me. But I got stuck there for like 15 minutes because the car in front of me added new orders at the window and also had some of his orders wrong. I always use the mobile order and do store pickup so I'll likely stick to that moving forward. I got my wife her club sandwich and asked for bacon on the side along with no tomatoes. I also got her an order of French fries too. This drive thru only have 1 window where you pay and get your food. The brief interaction I had with the worker was great. My wife loved her food and they put the bacon in a side bag for me.

Vegetarian options: They have salad here.

Parking: There a small parking lot here and it can be hard to find a spot during the busy time.

“Ahh the successor to the good ol' Frosty Queen. While it doesn't replace the nostalgia of the Queen, it more makes it up with pretty darn good smash burger. The Goldburger gets it right with the most important component of a burger which is the patty. It had the right amount of saltiness, savoriness, and crispiness that makes for a tasty smash burger. Sure, it's a bit pricey and the presentation is lacking, but in the end, it tasted darn good.

Same goes with the fries. That is a must have if you're ordering from Goldburger!“
