“Such a warm,family- friendly place to visit. It’s so beautiful to sit amongst the plants that are for sale and lots of shade and nice music while sipping beer and soft drinks. Often there is a food truck available so you are able to dine as well! The gift shop, workshops and craft fairs are an added bonus!“

“This is a place I always ome to when I'm in town. The first time I went there, I was alone and a nice man named Dave who was sitting in a booth with someone socializing started talking to me. The next couple of times I went, he was there. He doesnt remember my name but he remembers my face. Ive met lots of locals through Dave. Its also a place my Uncle frequently eats. They dont serve alcohol but it reminds me of a diner version of Cheers. The food is good and the coffee is great. You may even find someone to talk to. The outdoor seating is very comfortable.“

“Great family steak house where everyone has options to satisfy their taste buds. We took my Dad and 2 Daughters, enjoyed some live music they had that night. The atmosphere is pleasent, they've updated the decore since it was McClintock's just the right amount where it feels fresh and their own, but also maintained the similar ranch steak house vibe. The entire Crew were very nice, helpful and super on it. We're so glad Vix opened up and can't wait to return soon!“

“We came in today from NCounty to check it out. All the IG posts make my mouth water! We got two shaved ice, an ube/Taro smoothie and a spam musubi. Everything was so so so good but the customer service was even better. Very sweet and welcoming staff running this place. Will absolutely be back!“

“This place has the best matcha and overall drink menu in the whole county, hands down and I’ve tried everywhere. If you like high quality, unique, one of a kind matches and Lattes (and not just generic Starbucks type coffee cats or overly sugary drinks) you will love this place. I just ordered a hot oat milk matcha with stone fruit and pumpkin and it’s perfectly balanced, I have pretty refined taste though, so if your looking for huge blended frappes this won’t be your vibe. They put a lot of effort into each drink so it’s not the fastest service either. Also they have minimal food options, but great jalapeños cheese bagels. I can only imagine the kinda food they’d have with a kitchen…maybe one day!“

“My husband bought us sandwiches yesterday and I have to say that was THE best sandwich I have had (that I didn't make).
I had the turkey and avocado club sandwich.
Wow be prepared for a huge, meaty sandwich!
The bread was homemade, toasted and very good! It was the size of sourdough bread! OMG!
Be prepared to eat a sandwich that doesn't skimp on the meat! Lots of fresh borehead meat with cheddar cheese melted onto the toast. I had purple onions, lettuce and tomato and could barely take a bite it was SO THICK! And don't forget the fresh avocado which was like a THICK spread!
It was really a great sandwich.
My son had tuna, lettuce and tomato on the same bread.
My husband had a 3 meat sandwich that was also huge!
I highly recommend the Dune Side Deli to anyone who wants eat a REAL sandwich.
Thankfully it is super close! And thank YOU Dune Side for opening this wonderful little sandwich shop in Oceano.
It is conveniently located right next to Central Market so there is plenty of off-street parking.
So refreshing to eat good fresh food that is healthy too!

“When traveling along the coast, I always make it a point to stop at ManRock Brewing Co. Beers are incredible (loved the “Get Him a Hoppy Bag” triple hazy IPA), food is great and comes out fast (try the bacon covered hot dog) and service is always friendly. Was surprised and happy to find they were open July 4th too! Was also able to get some cans of my favorites to bring home.“

It was a delicious bowl and the corner piece of bread was absolutely the best. The restaurant itself had an amazing atmosphere with such a warm welcome and wonderful staff! I cannot wait to return!“

Totally worth going to for an extraordinary flight of wine tasting or a glass of wine from their by-the-glass menu while enjoying the cozy outdoor patio. The tasting manager Denise is super friendly, knowledgeable about the wines and food pairings, and an absolute delight to talk with. Shout out to Joey and Bethany who, like Denise, welcomed us like we were old friends. Warm, hospitable, gracious, friendly staff all around, and the wines are a delight. The waiter came to the table numerous times inquiring if we are enjoying our meal and if we needed any additional items. A definite place to return to. The location is within downtown Arroyo Grande with other businesses within walking distance. There is public parking in the rear of Gina's. Enjoy the bridges and the wandering roosters in the parking area.“
