“In the search for the best Neapolitan style pizza in LA, we booked a table at La Morra Pizzeria 👏👏 @lamorrapizzeria is now permanently located on West 3rd Street in the very trendy walkable shopping and dining neighborhood of Beverly Grove. We ordered The Margherita! I loved the pepperoncini peppers, but what makes La Morra so special is its perfectly-charred, bubbly crust. Definitely, one of the best truly Italian wood fired pizzas in Los Angeles 🙌 They ship pizzas nation wide if you’re pizza lover and connoisseur 🎉“

“I’ve tried lots of ramen before and by far this is one of the best broths I’ve tasted. It was so creamy and full of flavor. I got the red miso ramen and it was great. The other ramens were also full of flavor and doesn’t have a water downed flavor. The staff was so freindly and nice. It gives a very personal and homey feel. Everything was nice and clean including the bathroom! They also give these free puff deserts that are filled with strawberry creme and it was a phenomenal ending. One of the staff even gave us free pocky’s as a small new year festivities.
This is definitely a lowkey, hidden spot that’s worth a try. Would recommend the ramen any day. I will be going back!“

“This is hands down my new favorite sushi place. I will never be going back to Katsuya. Joe is quite an extraordinary chef. I used to frequent a sushi restaurant he used to work at, but it wasn't the same after he left. I'm so grateful that I was able to find him here after a good hunt. Highly recommend!!!

Vegetarian options: You can ask for whatever you want that doesn't contain any meat. Like cucumber rolls, avocado rolls, egg rolls, or just miso and an order of sticky rice.“

The large pita and hummus wasnt available at the time, so she made the medium. The pitas and hummus were top notch. Competitive pricing for sandwiches of this quality in the area.“

“In the last 15 or more years of ordering from Healthyca, not once have I ever had a bad meal. Food is always fresh, perfectly delicious and the delivery people have consistently been incredibly sweet. The food is worth every penny, and still less expensive than other “health” food options. “I have been going to roma deli for over 6 years. My kids and I sometimes go grab a pizza while we're washing at the nearby laundry place. They have a large variety of drinks and bottled water.
If we dine in we usually get sandwiches and paninis. With either fries or sides. The staff is always friendly and patient with us. The food is always good. Yesterday we got it delivered, I didn't wanna go out and I don't like ordering from delivery apps so I love that you could order directly from their website. I usually get the grilled chicken caprese panini but yesterday I tried the roma cheesesteak and that was also top tier (chicken caprese is still my favorite though) Literally everything that I have tried at Roma Deli has been good. Also I never remember to take my punch cards, I think you get a free sandwich if you fill up your card. If you have picky eaters, trust me you'll find something on the menu that they'll like.“

“I was on a time crunch last week while on a lunch break and I noticed this spot was nearby, and open. I ordered the So Cal bowl; it came with very juicy chicken with chipotle aioli sauce. It was extremely good and I’m definitely telling my coworkers about it. Also got a chocolate chip cookie for my little sweet tooth, and that was also fantastic, so chewy and not too sweet.

“I am vegan. When my family lived in North Hollywood Leonor's was my go to restaurant. It was one of the few restaurants that my entire family would frequent. We used to eat there before it was Leonor's (we are talking 1970s). I think in 1980s Leonor became the owner... I don't know who owns it now... if it is someone in the family or not.. however, the food is great. I miss it. It's been a while. When this heatwave in Los Angeles cools off I will go and order lunch... Hopefully I recognize a face or two.“

“My husband and I just had pineapple fried rice, pad thai, red curry salmon, and papaya salad. EVERYTHING was top notch and better than any other Thai restaurant we have ever been to, including Original Thai BBQ, which was our go to restaurant for almost 50 years!! Truly, a hidden gem!!“

“Have you ever entered a business and immediately feel like you just walked into your home where family is waiting to greet you? That was the very feeling I had when I stopped by the NoHo Cafe today. I knew the food was good as I used the delivery service before. Today I decided to visit the Cafe and I promise I’ll continue going frequently. The food is delicious but what won me over was the welcome and love you experience when you walk in the door. The staff is amazing... the Cafe has a very “welcome home” atmosphere. The complimentary cup of soup is AWESOME. I sat at a corner table allowing me to do what I love...watch people. As I enjoyed my delicious first meal of 2020 I watched as every person who entered was treated with care and joy. Just like being home the staff will keep checking to see if the food is ok and if you need anything. The NoHo Cafe is a place I recommend to anyone wishing to enjoy a good meal and to experience a “welcome home” feeling. “We came during odd hours between lunch and dinner. Food was excellent! We had the chicken samosas, butter chicken, saag paneer, and some garlic cheese naan and chicken naan. It was all really well made and tasted really fresh. The spinach in the saag paneer especially tasted really fresh. Definitely worth stopping in.“

“Swung by this little ol establishment with 3 others on a blistering Sunday afternoon and what a surprise Thai Victory was! I now understand why TV has received the voluminous amount of 5 stars. Coming from Thai Town, TV can really be ranked amongst the gr10s.

Inside - 4/5
Very cozy and intimate with only a handful of tables. Bunch of Thai decor around the restaurant. And of course a random TV and hanging Xbox hah.

Service - 5/5
This sm0l establishment is run by the nicest (I assume) couple. They checked on us often and offered recommendations for the different dishes (e.g., spice, rice vs noodles). They also gave us a couple Thai tea's on the house! Very refreshing during this heat wave.

Food - 5/5
Now I'll be honest with the non-lunch special value of at least ~$14-17 a plate, I was worried that we would not have enough food and/or they quality would not be great. Alas, I was gratefully mistaken. This day we got Chicken Pad Thai, fried Eggplant, Roasted Duck Basil and Garlic Basil Tofu. Each dish was made with fresh ingredients, wasn't overly cooked or oily and was filling. Much like I said above, TV could stand on it's own Thai Town. But, why compete with so many other restaurants when you can capitalize in NOHO? My personal favorite dish was the roasted duck. The duck was crispy and was on a bed of Chinese broccoli. All dishes were distinct, but complimentary. Also we had some Thai coffees and man did it wake us up (and also sent us to the bathroom hah).

“The crust is thin and crispy. Since it's thin it cools down quickly so eat it while it's hot! But careful it comes out piping hot so gobble it up during that Goldilocks phase. Grab a fountain pop and enjoy. There's 9ish tables inside and a couple outside. Good pizza!“

“I've ordered from here twice now and both times the pizza has been prepared perfectly. It's some of the better pizza I've had in Los Angeles with it's thinner, crispier crust and the perfect amount of cheese to sauce ratio. The wings are easily the best wings that I've had in LA, hot and crispy! If you enjoy the wings at Ye Rustic Inn, you'll love these!“
