“This was our first time and we can't wait to return. The setting is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We had the smashed cucumbers - delicious ! We were warned they could be spicy but they were perfect to our liking. The peanut sauce was so good. The recommendation of having bread was a great idea to enjoy the sauce. My husband had the pasta agnolotti the mushrooms were delicious and since he doesn't eat meat or seafood they put the lobster on the side for me to enjoy. I had the crudo as my main dish and it was SO good ! Perfect size for an entree. The coconut sauce and pineapple really enhanced this dish. The chocolate chip cookies are a MUST and our cocktails were equally delicious. We had an expresso martini and our cookies by the fire pit. It was perfect evening. And service was also excellent, we had a lot of questions and our lovely server was very patient with us and offered good advice on food choices.”

“Wonderful atmosphere, food and service. Sat outside. The chicken dish was fried which we were surprised but it was very good and not greasy. We also got charred green beans that came with a spicy thick tomato adobo paste. The steak was also very good and tender. Would have been nice if the chicken came with something else besides the sauce and a whisper of frisée.”

“I stopped by for the first time and was so impressed! The arepa was packed full of flavorful fillings — every bite had that perfect mix of tender meat, cheese, and fresh avocado. You can really taste how fresh the masa is; it’s soft, golden, and perfectly cooked. I also tried a few other items, and everything was just as good. Especially the guyaba filling in the pastry. The drink was refreshing with just the right touch of sweetness, and the service was excellent — friendly, fast, and welcoming. I asked about most of the menu items and the person who helped me was happy to describe the items. Definitely a spot for authentic flavors and generous portions! Will definitely be coming back!”

“Anyone can cook pasta, but if you want to make an authentic Italian meal you’re gonna have to shop here. I’ve been cooking authentic pasta amatriciana for years now and this Real Italian Deli has guanciale which is very uncommon. Yall, they have guanciale! Cant get more “Real Italian” than that unless you’re in Italy.
Aside from the surprisingly authentic and high quality products, the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming.

“I apologize but I have been going to get food at this location ever since they opened. I should have given a review from the start, but I wanted to wait until I truly experienced all of what they have to offer. All I have to say is, AMAZING. Everything from their carnitas tacos to carne asada nachos is the best. I can say I even drink their hot sauce lol. You want food that gives every bang for the buck, you need to go here. They are such wonderful people to deal with, which makes it even better.”

“Our new go-to for Italian! Prompt seating with our reservation (5pm) and service. One of the better margaritas my wife has had and my Manhattan was solid. Warm, soft, sliced bread with an olive paste—ate more than I should! Split a generously portioned Caesar: very fresh, shaved parm, and lots of anchovies on the side made it filling. A very tasty, cheesy lasagna was a treat for my wife, and my Tuscan risotto could not have been better—hot, cooked tender, sliced Italian sausage, chicken, artichoke hearts and kalamata olives. Enough to take home for lunch the next day! Mario was very attentive and personable, and fun to hear about his expertise in local architecture. We’ll be back!”
