“Every Friday afternoon, I come to this restaurant thru the drive-thru and the young lady Leonor who works there always has a beautiful smile and such a nice vibe overall. She makes sure I got enough napkins, condiments, correct drink, and meal. She is well-mannered and speaks politely. I enjoy going there, just for her service and atmosphere that she creates.“

“The floors were sticky and strewn with trash and the tables were dirty when I arrived. I spent $40 for two people. I got a combo and my companion got a salad. My combo included a teriyaki grilled chicken sandwich which was pretty unsatisfactory, unfortunately. The chicken patty was extremely thin, and the ciabatta bun that the sandwich was on was very crusty and springy which made the contents of the sandwich (which were very drippy) spill out with each bite.

The service was excellent. People came out to sweep and mop and one of the workers cleaned the table for us. Everyone was friendly and attentive and even said goodbye to us as we left. The extremely good service is what buoyed my overall rating from what would have been a three-star up to a four-star.

I obviously haven't tried everything on the menu, and your mileage may vary with regard to the chicken sandwich. My companion really enjoyed the Santa Barbara Cobb Salad. I'd say this place is at least worth a try to see if the food matches with your preferences, because the service is certainly good.“

“I have ordered my favorite Double whopper meal and was disappointed by the size of a whopper. First I thought they confused my order as the burger didn’t even look close
to the size the regular double whopper looks, it wasn’t tall either and it didn’t have tomatoes.
I go to different Burger Kings and I know what to expect when I order double whopper.
Believe me, it Was NOT it! Not by size not by look!!! The owner just use that particular size bun was the answer!!!

“The manager of this restaurant, Erika, should be training every manager. It was my birthday, and I was sad. He went to the counter and told Erika about this and asked if she would sing to make his grandma feel special. This is not a normal policy. Well that is exactly she did in the middle of a busy day. They brought me a cake and sang, and I felt very special, and my grandson was oh so proud. My 8yr. old grandson loves when we go inside your nice clean restaurant and have dinner, it is always a special time for us, and we talk. You know there are some qualities you just can't pay a person to have and although Erika runs a very tight ship, she has those qualities above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I got there at near closing and John understood my issue and made my food even though I was really late to the drive through. “I NEVER even think of Carl's Jr as a lunch option when considering fast food but today I had a long visit at Urgent Care and was going to have an additional wait for the pharmacy and I decided to grab a bite while waiting, CJ's was the closet place around. I am extremely glad I came! The AI took my order at the drive, it stated it was learning so I put it to the test. The AI suggested a burger, I asked what the sandwich entailed and the AI described the burger so I ordered it without tomato, the burger suggested a combo to which I agreed and I pulled around. I was greeted sweetly by a Imelda, who confirmed my order and processed payment. The food was DELICIOUS so fresh, I have no notes! I truly enjoyed that whole experience, especially when compared to competitors prices, hands down Carl's Jr has the best value.“
