“I was at the laundromat a few doors down after my washing machine decided to go on strike and stop working. So after washing my clothes and loading them into my car, I decided to check this spot out. Upon entering I was greeted. The dining area is small, but not many people were eating in. I ordered the super carne asada burrito and hot salsa to go. I got home and found a movie to watch and unwrapped my burrito. I took a bite without salsa and it was flavorful. The salsa just added to it. I'll definitely be back to try more on the menu... and hopefully won't need to stop at the laundromat too much longer after the parts arrive. Los Charros is definitely worth a visit.“

If you're into taqueria food, this is hands down the best I've ever gone to and I used to live in burritos in Santa Cruz for years and Santa Cruz has a LOT of taquerias. It's loud and fast paced. “I’m from Guadalajara and moved this area a few months ago, since then I was looking for real tortas ahogadas and was loosing hope till I found Tortas Ahogadas El Tio that is an extraordinary place!! The torta ahogada is awesome, also loved the rest of the menu; enchiladas, tacos de barbacoa and gorditas was all really good! I highly recommend it, the restaurant is also beautiful, the tables, the chairs, the picture, all the environment is typical Guadalajara restaurant. Service is great and kind.“

“Good, expected, Taco Bell food. Complaint is service. I hate the new normal or only ordering from your app or in a restaurant kiosk. You can see workers making food, but absolutely no interaction with customers. After ordering, just stand to the side and wait for someone to place your meal up on the counter. Then you have to walk over to the counter to read the name to see if it's yours. Also... this location especially seems to forget items routinely. Suggest to always check your bag before leaving restaurant.“

“The atmosphere was friendly and the food was outstandingly delicious!!!! The cashier was so bubbly and attentive. The restaurant was recommended by a nearby business. I was not disappointed.

I ordered the chicken burrito bowl. The dish had the right texture, taste and an excellent mixture of ingredients. As I have grown older, I assure you that it is the type of customer service and quality of product that will keep me going back. I give them a 5 out of 5 for the reasons stated above. “This mom and Pop shop is definitely Underrated. Please folks don’t let the Area fool you. I stopped in for a quick soup because my tummy wasn’t feeling very well. from the beginning the service here was exceptional, and the food is absolutely amazing!! “The vegetarian bowl was a little bit on the small size as the same price as a meat bowl which doesn't really make a lot of sense to me. Beans rice some lettuce. A little salsa and they should make the bowl a little bit bigger because they're not putting the the beef and the chicken and whatever else they usually put in there. I think that would be great. Otherwise the flavor was good. Wasn't a Chipotle that's for sure, but it was more expensive than Chipotle. I think a good price for what I eat would have been around $ $8.50“

“I’ve been here a few times and have always had a great time . Personally my favorite is during the colder months , they start serving tortilla soup. All other times I’ve ordered chilaquiles mild. If you’re feeling adventurous and want to try the hot version, they offer to put some of the hot sauce in a little cup so you can control the heat. The staff is very attentive and always makes sure my glass or mug is full. If you’re visiting bethel, then I’d recommend this place and the bar right next door.

Parking: Parking lot is tight , but you can always park on the street.“

“Great food and plenty of variety. It’s not one of the cheaper ends when it comes to Taquerias, but that’s just me. The Asada is excellent, fresh, and lots of flavor. Everything is all good, but some of the hostesses working at the register...attituuuude! I’m not an expert in customer service, but a smile and good energy (not like the feeling when they want you to hurry up and order) goes a long way. I’m not taking the fact that the food is good, but working on your presence helps a lot!“

“I’m a revert Mexican. I usually give reviews based off a revert point of view since most halal Mexican food is terrible when viewed in the eyes of a non-Muslim Mexican. This time, either way this is good authentic Cali-Mex food.

There is haram products that they sell, the chicken and beef is halal. The chicken and beef tacos tasted and smelled authentic. The tortillas looked good, and tasted good. They weren’t covered in a thin film of fat or oil, if they were covered in the small film of oil or fat but make it halal then it would make it better.

The topping selections are slightly more than what you would get in a traditional taco stand. Do wish they had a guacamole based salsa option.

One thing I do wish this place had was giving you a few slices of caramelized onions that were on the grill, as that sweet and crunchy flavor of a caramelized onion just makes a taco so much better.

Overall, this place is a gem for Muslims, especially reverts. I wish I could say the only place you’ll find better halal tacos is in Mexico, but no known halal taco shops in Mexico so this is the best place you’ll find halal tacos.“

“Food is amazing!!! Service is good and prompt. The area is a little sketchy tho, but seeing how delicious the food is, it is worth going there, regardless of the area. Best damn al pastor tacos around. Bar none. The asada quesadilla is also excellent. The Oaxaca cheese and chilli inside the quesadilla really make it pop! The super burritos are really good too. Also believe the green Tabasco at the table, preferred over the orginal red sauce, might been out of date? Hashbrowns were cooked well.
