This place continues to be our favorite Chinese place. The owner is amazing and so friendly! Everytime we come in, he recognizes us and wishes us a great evening. I get so excited, that everytime I enter I'm like....PAN PAN!!!!! WE LOVE PAN PAN! Thank you for always feeding us and making us feel special. I will always recommend this place!

I absolutely love this place. The owners and employees are always super respectful. The gentlemen who helped me , let me know that they will be open for Thanksgiving. Feeding families for those are staying home. That right there fills my heart but also my belly. Thanks Pan Pan for always feeding the community and sharing your food culture! One of my families go to spots!

For the price it beats PANDA. They are much more authentic. Great choices of different entrees. They are super generous with the portions. Will be coming back! Customer service was awesome. They were genuinely nice and started a polite conversation!“

“I had to take a moment to appreciate the Panda Express on Douglas Street in Oceanside. Every visit is consistently great, and a lot of that comes down to the manager, Enrique. He’s clearly built a culture where the staff is friendly, warm, and genuinely cares about the customer experience.

The customer service here is exceptional—everyone greets you with a smile, the line moves quickly, and you always feel welcome. On top of that, the food is always fresh, which makes it even more inviting to come back again and again.

“I had kung pao shrimp and husband had shrimp chop suey for lunch, it was way too much food & it filled the void. I don't know if I'd rush back there again anytime soon it was just okay for me .You can only order at the counter and then there's tables to sit at. I had it with the hot and sour soup was really tasty husband got egg drop soup pretty uneventful.“

“The food is the usual but it is good. The staff are patient. I normally get by usual teriyaki chicken with fried rice meal. The 4 stars is because they took away the passion tea and other iced tea option for a beverage for just the fountain drink. I get it, it is cost effective but it was a great addition to a meal.“

“They always let city bus drivers use their restrooms. Thank y'all for that!!! We of course don't have restrooms on board and we don't work in an office setting so your willingness to let us use your restrooms is a blessing.
