“Food was somewhat poorly made, burger was falling apart. I keep coming here because they're few of McDonald with playground. They also doesn't have a changing table for the babies in neither regular/family restroom. So keep that in mind. Love that the doors in playground area turn on and an loud alarm goes on if they are opened.“

“When I show up, the store is usually clean and orderly (drive thru or walk in). The food itself is most often great, aside from a few incorrect orders (ie. Ordered no pickles, still got pickles, etc.). A few orders come thru with poor quality control (soggy buns, lack of fries when ordering a large meal, overly greasy patties, etc.). The staff however, have always been amazing. The issue with service seems to consistently come down to management. Any disputes or disagreements are met with hostility and denial 90% of the time, even with a receipt backing up what I had ordered, whether cash, card, or thru the app.

Overall, pretty quality food here with staff that care a majority of the time, and make sure the order is out in a timely manner. Issues seem to arise whenever you question your order or need alterations to said order. Worst case scenario, ask bank for a refund, especially if dealing with the app*.

*I ordered thru the app, was charged by my bank, and upon arrival to pick up the food, I was told the charge didn't go thru. I was denied my food, even after payment was confirmed by my bank and and the McDonalds app. I precedded to show them the charge via my chase app, and the McDonalds app, both confirming said purchase, yet they denied me my food and asked for an alternate payment. This is the issue with management. They stepped in to deny me, despite valid reciepts. A simple call to my bank with an explanation of what happened restored my money, and led me to boycott this store until i felt a shift in management.

“Let’s remember that we’re talking about a McDonald’s here. I was not expecting fine dining service. I’ve been going to McDonald’s since the mid 1980s when I was in diapers.. I’m not a regular McDonald’s order, but I am a red blooded American so I do like their french fries, Coca-Cola, and occasional cheeseburger. As far as McDonald’s goes, this place nailed it. They have good deals on the app that make eating affordable. They also have a very efficient and quick staff. Places that have the two ordering screens usually have to be pretty efficient and they do make that happen.. At night time you’ll notice the fries are pretty fresh from here so enjoy piping hot food at night time“

“Its way better than the one on Mission, way faster service than the ones on Camp Pendleton.

Order on the app for faster service, dont order on the kiosks unless you have an account you wont get the best deals.

They dont skimp on condiments. Fries are always fresh.

The design helps shield us from the chaos of the kitchen which keeps the atmosphere chill. Its cleanes regularly and eventhough it shouldnt count towards or against it the fact its connectes to a gas station is pretty convenient.

Staff is usually very friendly and helpful, not beaten down like at other locations.“

“Came to this location to dine in with my children. We all ordered our meals. Shortly after, they called for us to the counter. Staff asked if we needed ketchup/ dipping sauce. Our order was fresh and warm! Staff was polite, and the restaurant was clean. We will return when / if we're in the area.“

“I came in a very busy part of their morning. But the young man behind the grill putting everything together and seeing the team working together as a whole was impressive. The food was hot and melted in exactly how it should have been. I got two sausage McMuffin with egg meals and they were hot and delicious and everybody enjoyed them. You guys did a great job today as always. The lady at the front register was very kind and courteous. I can tell they had a great work environment from the young man who was preparing the orders and the cooks in the back that were supplying his supply chain. They work very cohesively and the overall experience was very good. Everything was clean including the bathrooms and the children's play area.

Parking: There is plenty of parking in the whole shopping center area. If you don't go through the drive-thru then there's plenty of parking within 500 ft

I am a big guy, so I have the extra large chair that goes through the door with no problem. When I have to go inside.“
