“The location is terrific. We sat on the outside patio where it was relaxing, shaded by beautiful trees, comfy chairs, twinkly lights - really a nice ambiance. I can’t give the food as high marks as the restaurant’s physical attributes but it was more than okay. I had the pasta bolognese which was very under-seasoned and kind of flavorless (the pasta was perfectly al dente though). My husband had the duck breast which he thought was excellent. The service was pretty good although I had to wait so long for my aperitif that the food arrived before the drink! That was disappointing and I got antsy just sitting there empty handed for an unreasonably long time (I finally told them to bring my husband’s drink so at least one of us had something). That said, I have no hesitation to recommend this restaurant for a nice dinner out or special occasion.“
