As a regular patron of Capriccio and other local eateries, I respectfully disagree. Each town has its own unique culinary landscape, and it's important to explore it thoroughly before making broad judgments. As a resident, I can attest to the quality and variety Ventura offers, including at Capriccio. I encourage everyone to try Capriccio for themselves - always great service and great food. “This place just opened up on the Avenue and it's cute and spacious. I'm surprised that it hasn't become too popular yet. I ordered a margarita with the shrimp risotto, both were pretty delicious! My husband ordered the molcajete and I won't lie it looks a little sad. The flavors were on point but I felt like with such a big molcajete so little was served. Staff was super friendly and attentive! Who doesn't love beer on tap?! This place deserves a lot more credit than what it's getting! I do think the restaurant should allow for more variety on their menu I would say there's a good 6 different things to choose from. Advertising as a bar and grill I definitely think some tacos should be added and some more bar food! I did drive by last Friday for karaoke night and the restaurant looked nice and packed! Dessert was amazing!!! Overall, I think this is a lovely place to eat for dinner.“

My husband just surprised me with over 100 of our favorite people at a private party he put together for our 30th anniversary and my 50th birthday. Bruce, the Owner, DJ'ed our wedding Back in March 1994. 30 years later, we are still going strong and to have our anniversary party at his place was nothing short of magical. The set up is like no other. An outdoor cemented patio with a stage for the band, plenty of room and seating for your guests, Parking can be tricky, but it works. Food and drink available for you and an ambience you won't find anywhere else. I can't recommend this place enough. “I went to Sbarro on Tuesday July 11, pacific view mall Ventura Ca; I'm a regular customer because I love the pizza that Alberto manager makes; and also the very kind, great and polite customer service by Sarah, she helps me a lot to choose the variety of foods everytime that I go.However yesterday was an other guy in the morning making pizzas and was so awful pizza, it was soggy and doesn't have consistency, the guy had all the displays full of pizza and he was in the phone with his earpods and he knew that many customers were in line and he didnt pay attention to us even our line was in front of him, he didnt care to Help Sarah, she was doing all the job and taking care of all of us the customers. She did awesome job yesterday because she could handle by herself the busy time and offering us a real good customer service even though the place was very busy.The manager should not allow the earpods during the working time specially the guy that was yesterday, he had no absolutely help behaviour to his co-workers and his pizza was horrendous.However I feel grateful with Sarah because she did an incredible job (she took orders, served sides, entries, served drinks and was being cashier at the same time) Sarah and Alberto are the kind of workers that make it worth visit Sbarro.“

“11/5/23 - was wanting spaghetti and meatballs with a salad. All was really good only I wish they would put more sauce in with the spaghetti and the meatballs should be kept in sauce as well. They're so naked and a bit dry.Hadn't been here in a really long time. Had some Presto Bucks so came in to get dinner. They were hopping, waited a little but to place my order. Then something came up with someone who ordered after me and then line to order stopped moving. But I could see the cooks in the back just loading them counter with all these orders and no one doing anything about them. Then as Postmates person camw in to pick up an order, and a couple of phone in orders showed up. Had to wait about 20 minutes to get my order and there was still as line of people up to the door to order still. Love how you can pick your pasta and sauce. Their salads are so yummy. Great place!!“
“Love this place beyond love this place! I am from New York where the pizza is unbeatable however this is definitely the best pizza I have come across outside of New York and hands down! The Garlic chicken pizza and the garlic cheese rolls are absolutely fantastic ! Actually everything's great the sandwiches the pastas but those two are my favorite!“
