“These girls are fantastic always give a sincere greeting. They treat you like family here. I probably passed by three or four Starbucks just to come to this location. That’s how awesome the baristas and management are here. Nina is always fantastic. Always has a great attitude. It’s a pleasure to start the day.“

“I've been to this Starbucks location twice, and I really like the atmosphere. I also like the size of the location because it provides a lot of seating. It's a great spot for coworking or working remotely. The last time I went, I ordered ahead on the app and was expecting my drink to be ready by the time I arrived, (which was about 5 minutes after ordering) but my drink was not on the counter when I got there. I figured it was just a busy day, so I decided to just find a seat and start working while they prepared my drink. However, I noticed tha several customers who came in and ordered in the store after I had arrived ended up getting their drinks before mine was even made. I think it took about 15 minutes for my drink to finally be placed on the counter. I figured there might have been a mix-up in the orders, so I didn't make a big deal about it, but it definitely knocked off star on this review. Other than that minor inconvenience, it was a good experience, and I'd definitely go back!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks because they have the best baristas around. Not only do they always get my order right, they are professional, friendly, have excellent customer service and some of the sweetest people I get to interact with. They are all extremely kind to me and my grandbabies and I love my little notes I get on my cups. It is always a pleasure seeing them. This picture shows 3 of their amazing baristas but there are so many more I adore. Hands-down, the best Starbucks in Ontario and surrounding cities.💚🖤💚🖤💚“

“This is my first time here and let me tell you Tedi very nice and very helpful . Had a big smile even thoe she was working on Christmas Day. Was patient with me ordering. I have gone to another Starbucks in Ontario and very bad customer service, they where very rude. I will coming to this Starbucks from today on. Malia store Manager was very nice polite and all the time with a big smile. Love how her being a manager was nice and greeting us with a big smile“

“Once again!! The AMAZING training/personalities of your staff, is what the world needs more of, regarding KINDNESS!! Thank you extremely, beyond words, for the service! With the whirlwind of changes, I have been able to relax, feel safe and have the comfort of quality foods(better than what's on the market at some establishments)! Definitely how I want to train and have my staff, regarding my single owner/operator(3 1/2 years and still running the marathon (not sprint)), lawn care business!!“

“Service was excellent at this location. Everyone is friendly, and even though it was very busy on the days that I went, it was well-staffed. 4 stars because this location has maybe four tables, all with extremely uncomfortable flat wooden chairs. Maybe it's by design and they don't want people staying to enjoy their coffee/food, I don't know, but the furniture in this location is probably the most unwelcoming I've seen in any Starbucks.“

“The new place is nice, but they keep messing up certain things on the drinks. I've received my drinks with little or no sugar/sweetener a few times. It's not always all the time (and sometimes only 1 of 2 or 3 drinks ordered), but it's still pretty frequent that I'm going to stop going there for a while. There are other little things like too much ice, not enough of coco milk or scoop of fruits even when asked but it all adds up and I hate to order an item all the while expecting for something to go wrong.

The workers are nice and professional though and it is a new place so it's never too busy either inside or the drive-thru.

edit: For a starbucks, it's much better now. I never have any issues with the drinks. Over the past years, the workers have been friendly and professional. The inside is small, but there's a covered patio with plenty of space. It can get pretty busy, especially the drive thru, but you're not left waiting too long. It's my go-to starbucks when I want something quick and refreshing.“

“The guy at the drive-through complimented on the subaru brz my bf drove, very friendly. He talked to him and had a pretty good vibe. My bf smiled at this interaction. The first time someone noticed his car. Overall experience was really good!“

“Super clean on the inside and really chill atmosphere. I recieved awesome customer service Kat was my barista and she is very nice and helpful. Its unfortunate the java chip frap one of my fav is off the menu but she had no problem making an almost identical drink for me. Thanks so much ill def be back to this location :)“

“Great service from the staff. There's usually only one or two members working at a time whenever I've been, so expect a wait. However, they always work fast and you'll be through the line before you know it. Always like ending my target trips here.“

“I went to the one off foothill and the 15 ordered mocha cookie crumble… it tasted like ice topped with crushed chocolate chips! I Went in to ask if it could be remade, that one tasted like ice as well, how you mess it up twice no idea…. Coming home from the doctor I decided to try this location, asked the ladies to make sure it had flavor told them the situation the ladies were so nice and understanding they kindly upgraded the size in drink to venti and made sure it had flavor!!! So glad I stopped cause I finally got the flavor I had been wanting not just ice!! They make drinks very good!!! Skip foothill go here!“

“I've never had a bad experience at a Starbucks. I'm from the east coast so I was hard core Dunkin' Donuts girl. But I gotta tell ya this was the best service!! Eric is super cool!! He took our order with personality and charm! I was a barista for over 10 years and I know how challenging it can get. For his first time I window he was fantastic! Keep up the good work Eric! “Nice and clean. Great service, everyone works as a team. Parking is a juggle, as you compete with other businesses customers looking for the same. My advice. .. phone/app/Web etc.. walk in maybe a few min depending on order numbers. Drive thru is also an option.

Parking: Depends on time of day. The parking lot is HUGE, but a lot of people like to be door to door. Some like to walk and don't mind parking a few rows over. AM is ok.

Kid-friendliness: Despite juggling their job they acknowledge your presence as a customer and welcome you.

Wheelchair accessibility: Let's roll brother or sister. I'll push if you ask. Otherwise work them arms!!.“
