“I first tried the classic alfajores from Sweet Andes when my husband and I were taste testing for our wedding earlier this year. Ever since I tried Peruvian-style alfajores as a teen, I knew I wanted alfajores for our big day. My parents are from Mexico and I know Mexican wedding cookies exist but I enjoy alfajores much better. I have tried plenty of alfajores over the course of several years trying to find the exact taste from when I had them as a teen, but did not have much luck. I was so happy when I found Sweet Andes and read on their website that they follow a Peruvian recipe! We immediately placed an order and I finally found the taste from many moons ago! We ordered 200 classic alfajores for our wedding in August 2024. Each guest received one and we had 40 left over — all of which were gone before dinner was served! Our guests really enjoyed them. Sweet Andes is now my go-to Alfajores spot!! It is also very easy to place an order and they have fast + friendly communication.“

If the price is advertised as what is charged different they have to charge you the lower price that's advertised not the price they say even if it's charged prices since this happened in the County mall Crawley restaurant“

“Nostalgia is the key. I grew up with Marie Callender's a couple blocks away and now there is only one within reasonable driving distance.

Thankfully this is in between my house and my parent's which is perfect for picking up a fresh fruit pie. To die for!

The food faire as far as I remember was always a traditional comfort food that hit the spot.

The only reason why the 1 star removal is that while it is nostalgic, the decor seems a bit run down and stuck in the mid to late 90's.

Outside of that, the service, pies and food were amazing awesome and everything I've known and loved about it since my youth. This is probably the closest you can come to Southern California's version of a country kitchen.“
