“Hands down the best Thai food I've had. I have been coming to Lanta for about 10 years now and they never disappoint! I used to live nearby and would have it every so often. Now I live out of state and I have to have it every time I come into town to visit family! I'm addicted to their Yellow curry! Whether I do take out or dine in they are always consistent and delicious! Their staff is so helpful and nice! We recently had a take out order that wasn't great and when we called they immediately offered to remake it or give us a credit for next time. I can't wait to go back next month!“

Walked in with my husband in mid-Dec, we both are Green / Red chicken curry lovers, price is right, enjoyable food, strongly recommend. Then, got lunch special take out today, it was fast prepared. I was craving sticky rice with mango, so he called in the order for us, along with other plates such as orange chicken and steamed rice. The process was fast and easy, and we were greeted by a very friendly staff. To our pleasant surprise, they included complimentary Thai tea with our purchase. The sticky rice was absolutely delicious—perfectly sweet and satisfying. The Thai tea was also a highlight: refreshing and just the right level of sweetness. We will definitely be coming back. “This restaurant is so clean and the service is great! We came here tonight (Thursday night). Thought we were yhe only people dining in the restaurant, they had so much foot traffic for pick up orders.
Let me tell you, the food was DELICIOUS. The flavors were bold, on point, and authentic. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal,and so did my family. We even ordered 2 more dinner dishes for take out after our meal since we liked it so much.
Best part of all is that this restaurant is EXTREMELY affordable. If they keep their prices right where it's at, we will definitely be regulars here!!!

“I ordered the Chicken pad thai (Medium Spice) not thai level spice so if I do come back, definitely getting spicy with extra spice on the side. The space inside makes you feel like you're transported back to Thailand (there was a cab in the front of the menu screen) and limited seating, a couple of tables outside. Overall rating, 4.6 stars for me, I know google doesn't give me the options for the point six. The pad thai was really good, not too mushy, chicken not over done and love that they added the Vietnamese chives ( hẹ) and bean sprouts along with peanuts, gives an extra crunch in every bite. We were intrigued because it occupies the same space as Supatra's, a spot we used to frequent years ago before the change in ownership. We called ahead to make a reservation and were seated promptly within a minute of our arrival. My wife follows a gluten-free vegan diet, and Thai food has always been a reliable choice for her. She called in advance to ensure options were available, and the staff was accommodating. Our server, Paul, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure the kitchen was informed about my wife's dietary needs, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Here's what we ordered: Tom Kha Soup: Excellent, bursting with rich and vibrant flavors. Summer Rolls: My wife loved them--fresh and perfectly prepared. Mango Mood drink: Another hit, beautifully balanced and refreshing. Wine: A familiar choice for my wife that paired well with the meal. String Beans and Eggplant: Very delicious, with bold and flavorful seasoning. Crying Tiger: Unfortunately, this dish didn't meet my expectations and is one we wouldn't recommend. “Tried Thai 7 Bistro for the first time and loved it!! My wife and I ordered take out and enjoyed each dish. The Chicken Pad Thai was right there with my favorite pad Thai dishes I’ve had. The flavor was on point with juicy chicken, peanuts, and lime. We also ordered the yellow curry with tofu. Their yellow curry had a great depth of flavor with the creaminess of the coconut milk and a nice mild curry flavor. To top it off I got the Thai iced tea, always a great drink! The service was quick and friendly, our take out was ready in a quick 15 minutes! Highly recommend!“

“Delish and great staff. The staff IS family and they treat not only their customers like family, but the other staff as well. That means a lot. We had a fun time with DJ and Pleng. About the food... We had 4 dishes... Hanuman's ceviche, Tom Kha Gai, Massaman, Pad See Ew and a nice glass of Malbec. My favorites were the ceviche and Massaman. But everything was so good. Hubs liked everything. There was literally no wait at 3 pm but come soon... Once word gets out this place will have a 45 min wait just like the mother location on Bristol.“

They were able to make both dishes with varied spice levels. They came out just right. Service was also quick and very courteous. Will come back for sure. “What a pleasant surprise to find this little place tucked in the Santa Ana/Tustin area on Glassell and Fairhaven in the Big Lots shopping strip. Bangkok Taste is small eatery, would probably seat about 30 people but the flavors are pretty big. We didn't have a large supper because we were on our way to a party where there would be more food. But we couldn't eat at the party because we were so full from a plate each pad see ew pork and chicken, angel wings, massaman curry, rice and mango sticky rice to finish it off. What a feast! Plenty leftover for today's lunch. The only thing we didn't finish was the mango sticky rice. The coconut milk was a bit watery, almost no flavor which was a contrast to the absolutely heavenly coconut massaman curry. We don't live in the area but we visit a few times a month so we'll be back and take our time. Friendly and prompt service, great first experience, clean tables and chairs. Loved it!

Parking: It's a strip mall and they're three doors down from Big Lots so there's plenty of parking if you can't find anything directly in front of the eatery.“

“First timer to Basil Thai and it was quite good. The location is a small place with a dozen tables and at 5pm on a Thursday, not busy. The anchor store for this shopping center was obviously T.J.
Service was fast, english was spoken clearly at my table with I guess Thai (?) spoken behind the counter. I had Chicken Basil Thai Fried Noodle plate and Tom Yum Noodle Bowl. I could not finish it all which is a good thing for takeaway. Both have a light spicy foundation that was not overwhelming and sufficient for lighter Thai palates. As a local customer, I will return.“

“Great choice if you're leaving Disneyland and want to grab dinner before heading back to LA. This is right on Ball Rd about 4 miles from Disney. It's a quiet low key spot with friendly staff. We ate there. I got the Panang Tofu Curry with a side of rice. It was substantial and pretty tasty with a lot of tofu in it. There was also pieces of pineapple in it. Order rice on the side because it doesn't come with rice. My friend got Cashew Nut Chicken with side of rice. He was very satisfied with it .Total for both of us was like $38 including a soda. They have 1 bathroom in back . Lots of parking out front.“

“Lived in Thailand and am picky re Thai food. This small family diner has very good and well-priced Thai food vs other nearby more upscale Thai restaurants and the Anaheim Packing House. Green curry and Pad Thai very tasty (medium spicy for me was plenty zip!). Lunch pricing specials. Dishes come with salad, spring roll, delicious brown rice (mine never tastes as good at home) and sauces. Never mind no alcohol served, it's all about the food. And don't forget the coconut ice cream, not store- bought, with coconut bits and peanuts ( decline the peanuts if you're allergic, NBD). Worth the trip! Also near mall shopping do you can walk off all that good food! Spent $15 for lunch green curry, jasmine tea and coco IC! Super service from Joy! Very clean bathroom in back, no frowns.“

“Run by a Thai family with 7 sisters. This restaurant tastes exactly the same as point-and-scoop shops in Thailand. $9/$10 for a 2-item/3-item combo, respectively. Highly recommend this place for quality Thai food at a very reasonable price.“

“I absolutely love their sticky rice with coconut sauce and mangoes. There aren't many restaurants around here that they offer this dish and even fewer restaurants that make it delicious, so I love coming to Kanok because theirs is always yummy.
Although I have noticed when ordering take out, I have to remind them to put the coconut sauce in it because on a few occasions they've forgotten it. That’s what makes the dish so good. Also, on a couple rare occasions their mangoes have not been fresh, but that’s rare, and it’s a seasonal dish.
Luckily I always keep a couple of fresh mangoes at home so whenever that happens I just cut my own. I know you are paying $12-$14 for a small serving, and they should make sure it's all fresh and everything is there, but we're all human and therefore imperfect by default!
Also their crunchy fried garden spring rolls are supper yummy, as are the Crab Rangoon’s. I don't usually like garden spring rolls but their garden rolls are simply delicious!!“

“I tell you Thai food is amazing but this place it touched the bar. You know sometimes when you're traveling you don't really think how much your stomach grumbles you just scroll through all the Google food near you and you just start to get hungry. Well this restaurant really ended my hunger I ate and I ate and I ate it was so delicious. I ate plenty of pad thai and deep fried spring rolls it also the environment was so nice they had a picture of the monarch the king of Thailand on the wall he was decked out in his gold and had his army uniform on it was very amazing. The lady that served as she was very very nice I don't remember when someone was so nice when I ordered food it come to find out she was a only she took the orders and she also cooked the food. I mean simply amazing almost to the point I wanted to go to her actual village in Thailand to eat with her family just because she was so nice and her food was so delicious. People like this need six stars instead of five but unfortunately Google only gives you five. I look forward to eating here again on my wildest journeys through Los Angeles I mean Anaheim I can't wait to run into nice people to cook great Thai fried rice.

Parking: The parking was great it was right in the parking lot of a stater Brothers.

Kid-friendliness: This lady was very very nice places like this are like jems in the middle of the forest.

Wheelchair accessibility: They necessarily didn't have wheelchair ramps but they did have a wide door where I guess a wheelchair can go back and forth.“
