“The prices and hours are great . One thing that needs to be improved is the curbside pickup . Sat and Sun people use it as a regular parking spot . Not sure how Sam’s can fix that but it’s crazy when u have a scheduled pick up and people are parking in the curbside to shop“

“Definitely a diamond in the rough I stumbled across this place while I was in Camarillo, California I was looking for a breakfast place, but none of them looked like old school diner cafés and none of them were open until 7 AM so I found this place just 12 minutes from Camarillo and I’m so pleasantly surprised Particia was a very nice waitress and it’s definitely my kind of place. I’m getting the corned beef and hash. It says it’s homemade and I’m really looking forward to my meal.“

“Good fresh food. Not spicy unless you want it spicy!! They have chilequiles which ill probably get next time. Homemade salsa, and espresso drinks too. Clean place, airy and bright. And attentive sweet waitresses. Also they play good music, and play music videos. Great vibe, will definitely be returning next time I'm in Oxnard.“

“The best pho in Ventura County, hands down. The buttery noodles, delicious beef broth, hits the spot everyyyytime. Can't go wrong with the Thai tea, tofu spring rolls with the bussdown peanut sauce. Literally, I have dreams about Love Pho, but I also think this location is the best. I feel like everything I have tried on the menu has never disappointed. I <3 LOVE PHO“
