“Great dinner -- Good cocktails - Blood orange gin & tonic & San Vitor . Also a selection of spritzes. Duck pate' nice size portion to split for appetizer. Cappellacci di Granchio - little soft pillows of crab and ricotta in lemon butter sauce and Spaghetti alla carbonara were both delicious. No room for the homemade gelato. Great service and nice wine list. Suggest reservations.“

“My husband and I had an excellent experience tonight. We didn’t have a reservation and were able to snag 2 seats at the bar. Arturo, the bartender, was precious. He was so friendly, happy, and was extremely attentive… he refilled my soda water multiple times without me having to ask. That kind of service used to be an expectation, but the industry today isn’t quite what it was. The food we ordered was delicious too! Definitely order a cocktail, the burrata, and pappardelle (we got a lamb one and a veggie one)! We will be back.“

“Don’t let the outside fool you… it’s a charming little Italian feel inside with the sweetest hospitality (young woman with butterfly tattoo/hat was extremely caring about her job and the customers).we were going to order “to go” but it was so quaint inside we decided to stay. The best part was the food! The calzone was the perfect texture of cooked dough, thick cheese, perfect sauce and overall just melted in my mouth with goodness! Also got a fresh salad and a barbecue chicken flatbread which were just as rave worthy! It was nice to step away from the busy Cannery Row vibe to enjoy a great meal experience. “I tried something new today, the hot Turkey open face sandwich smothered in a wonderful mushroom gravy. OMG 😱 So good ! And my salad was the perfect size to complement the large portion of the hot Turkey. I added a little Tabasco cause that what I do. I thought I was finished until the little waitress offered dessert 🍨. I ordered a piece of their home made apple 🍎 pie 🎉🎊😱. People let me tell you this is a bucket lister. With out a doubt the best apple pie I have ever had. And yes they make it from scratch. Great lunch experience today ! I ordered a piece of pie for a friend who is not feeling well and dropped it off to her. Thanks Victorian Corner for such a pleasant atmosphere to have my lunch 🙏.“

“Ordered take out twice during my month long vacation in PG. First order was 5 stars. Fish & Chips and artichoke appetizer. Hot, freshly prepared, delicious! 2nd (repeat) order not so much☹️. “This is our second time eating at Il Tegamino, and both times it was absolutely delicious. It is definitely a step up from your basic Italian American cooking. The pacchieri in ragu sauce was the winner, but everyone enjoyed the other items we got. The service is very attentive. Both times we ate outside. But because the terrace is all enclosed and with the space heaters, we were perfectly comfortable, even at the end of January. This place is a hidden gem in a town of frequently overpriced and mediocre restaurants, catering to tourists. “

“We came in on a saturday afternoon and were able to find a table right away! The Bar side of the restaurant has happy hour every day from 4-6pm and their small plates and pizzas were on the food list! Their cocktails were all 8 dollars and house wines 7 dollars. We ate and each had a drink for under 40 dollars which seems absurd in Carmel! Not only affordable but the food was to die for! We had the Truffle Gnocchi which was easily the best gnocchi I've ever had and the White Truffle Pie was so fresh and full of mushrooms and onions! Dipping the crust in the leftover gnocchi sauce put it over the edge! Isabel was our server and she was kind and quick with everything! It was a wonderful little stop in Carmel, just off Ocean Ave!“

I appreciated that they let us stay later and didnt rush us were having a good time! Their bathroom was unacceptable though! Someone needs to do their job better in that department!“

Yes it’s pricey, but so is everything else in the area!!! My wife had the crab special and I had the ribeye, BEST food we have had in 5 days!
