“I took my husband for Father’s Day brunch/lunch at our favorite Italian restaurant here in the Palisades and as always it did not disappoint. It never does. He loved his steak and eggs, steak was Devine and I loved my chick pea soup. Always have the panne cotta and the cherry gelato and an espresso in their delightful patio and you’ve been to Italy!“

“We had such a fantastic time at the Great White Cafe! The atmosphere was great, and the food was even better. My burger was absolutely tremendous - juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. My girlfriend loved her chocolate mousse, which was rich and decadent. Highly recommend this spot for a delicious meal and a great vibe!“

“My wife and I went to the Grove in Los Angeles last night and we had dinner at "Sogno Toscana," an it was outstanding. It was perfect in every way; great food, great drinks, outstanding and friendly staff, beautiful location, etc. I love Italian food but I can't think of one Italian restaurant that I like, until "Sogno Toscano." The food was outstanding, and there was so much more we saw go by that we can't wait to go back and try. And the drinks were outstanding. I love martini's and they served the best martini I've ever had. Giacomo was our server and took great care of us. He's from Italy and "Sogno Toscana" brought him to America when they opened their New York restaurant, and now he's in LA for this new restaurant. Although very busy, the entire staff were very fun to be around, and most of them are Italian which is also great.“

“The food has a great taste and I can tell the recipe of the broth is thoughtfully designed and flavored. The service was fine but the restaurant felt too crowded and loud. While I understand it’s a ramen spot, their décor and presentation are more refined than most, so the hectic atmosphere detracted slightly from the overall experience.“

Generous portion with pickles and delicious soft boiled eggs, pickles, puréed fresh tomatoes and a small amount of hot sauce that isn’t too hot. Just right. “I stopped by this spot on the way to dinner over the weekend. Parking was a little limited, but there were plenty of public lots and street parking nearby. The shop is super cute, and I picked up a few cookies: Guava Cheese, KitKat Tiramisu, Ube Coconut Éclair, and Peanut Butter Banana Brûlée.

What I loved most is that they add the toppings fresh after you order! The cookies were soft, flavorful, and had a nice hint of cinnamon. My favorite was the Guava Cheese🤍

The staff were really friendly and explained each flavor. Next time, I want to try their ice cream since I saw a lot of people ordering it!!!“

“I came across Playa Provisions when in town for business. It was a short Uber from the airport, so I figured I'd give it a try. This place is an absolute gem! It is a unique setup that has everything you'd possibly need from morning until late at night: Cafe in the front for coffee and fresh baked good, as well as full breakfast menu. Later in the heat of the afternoon, take a break from the beach (right across the street) and enjoy hand scooped specialty ice cream cones and shakes. Oh look, it's dinner time... and Playa Provisions opens their dining room and bar, some of the best, most relaxed ambience you'll find for miles around. But don't let the casual setting fool you, this is some incredible, elevated cuisine. Chef owners Nick and Brooke (who you might recognize) crafted a menu that's I've been eating my way through, and have yet to find a dish that's not delicious. You've been eating and drinking all day, and are exhausted? Don't leave yet! Wander into the back 'secret' whiskey bar, (Grain Whiskey Bar) and enjoy hand crafted cocktails from award winning bartenders (no, literally), in a gorgeous wood laden atmosphere. I consider myself a foodie, and try as many different restaurants and cuisines as I can. “Little Dynamite has super pizza. You will love it. They have all different sorts of pizza with great toppings. You can get different sauces as well.
They also have great meatballs and garlic knots. We love their thin and thick crust pizzas.

The place is adorable. Not huge, but super clean and cute. We love to get takeaway from them. They also deliver.

The prices are fair and you will not be disappointed.

The service is very nice. They take my order over the phone usually and just pick up. It is ready when promised and it is hot.

The avocado toast and the soup were great though according to my friends! We visited right after our barre class and it’s such a cute spot! “We looked up places to eat for breakfast while we were staying in the area and Maxine’s had good reviews so we checked it out. We ended up going three days in row for our breakfast because it was so good!! The food was incredible. The atmosphere is great- so cool and individual, playing awesome classic rock. “Went for special holiday meal. Food was delicious. Probably the tastiest chopped chicken liver I've ever tasted. Fabulous brisket, potato pancakes, noodle kugel. Service was extremely good. “For it being u first timing dining out for Thanksgiving I was worried that the nostalgic feeling of a family gathering would be missing but I was definitely wrong. Everyone in the restaurant was having a great time and you could feel all the love and energy in the air. Started with some sourdough and truffle butter and some mezcal cocktails. Both were amazing. Dinner consisted of a 3 course menu and between our party, we were able to cover all items offered. The appetizers were a choice of scallops, crab cake, or pumpkin ravioli. All 3 were so delicious that we wish we don't want to share haha. The main courses were turkey, osso-bucco, or aJohn Dory fish plate. Again, all 3 were so delectable but the turkey and osso bucco were stars because they came with heaping sides. We paired our dinner with a couple bottles of Pinot noir from France. Dessert had a pumpkin pie, French applie pie, or a dark chocolate ganache tart. The pumpkin pie was probably the best I've had. The apple pie was also very good. The ganache tart was decent but very strong chocolate and orange flavors which I wasn't quite ready for. Service was excellent from all staff members and the decor gave you this feeling like you were at home. I will definitely be coming back to have a regular dinner because everything was on point.“
