50 Best Salad Restaurants near Pacifica

“Stopped in for coffee, a very kind gentleman agreed to sit with my 11.5 month old Golden Retriever outside. Nice woman behind counter said my dog was welcomed in, my dog doesn't have enough manners to go inside, yet!
Ordered an Americano, kind woman asked if I'd like an ice cube in coffee, as it was way too hot to drink. Glad she was thinking as it was perfect!! Still hot, love LOVE my HOT black coffee. Without the 1 ice cube, I would have to wait for caffeine consumption!
The other woman behind the counter was making a beautiful bowl.. not sure what it was but it looked delicious!!!! Going back this week to try !!!

The gentleman that sat with my dog volunteers with human society and he educated me on the correct walking leash for my dog and informed me of puppy classes!! Super grateful, as I just moved from Detroit!

Ok...what does that opening sentence truly mean?

Well, I don't think my wife and I have ever gotten a sandwich from this spot that we didn't enjoy. Their veggies are usually very fresh and they truly make good sandwiches. They just take a long time to do it.

Last night, we decided that we wanted sandwiches for dinner and I drove into Linda Mar to get them (our other sandwich shop is Mr. Pickles and you can read that review here as well).

It appears I got there just before closing as the person who took my order said that they were only taking "to-go" orders. She didn't say it in any fashion that was off-putting...just stating it as fact. That was at about 6:40pm.

Our order was two sandwiches.

The order came out at 7:22pm, but it was perfectly made and my wife said, "It's exactly the taste I was craving."

42 minutes was quite a bit of time to make two sandwiches, but the taste was worth the wait.

The time was similar other times we've ordered from there.

Give them a shot, but plan a little time for them to make the sandwiches.

The sushi from this place is delicious. This place has the best sushi in Pacifica. I recommend the SCREENING ALASKA AND THE CHIRASHI DON. Everything is delicious. But those 2 are my favorite.“

“This spot has undergone much change. Yet, every time a new regime comes in the product improves. I was very much a fan of Chacho's predecessor, which I believe may have been called Kanpai. Yet, last night I visited Chacho for the first time, and I walked away happy. I started off w/an appetizer, which was the Seaweed Salad, and I liked the way it was seasoned. My entree was Sake Don, which was well-prepared and savory. My waitress was very attentive and hospitable. I shall return!“

“One of my fav breakfast spots in the Mission! El Mil Amores is a small, cute, and homey restaurant in south Mission near Potrero Hill.

The chilaquiles were incredible. I chose verde for the salsa between verde and rojo. My friend got the CDMX plate and he loved it as well! The concha French toast it came with was fireeee.

Our server was very sweet and was able to answer questions about food allergies. I would definitely go again!

“The food was excellent, the atmosphere is casual with lots of seating and nice decor. I got the mixed Gyro plate with chicken and beef. The meat is flavorful and the salad is fresh. Comes with fresh pita, hummus and paprika sauce, with hot sauce at the table. The servers gave us a free slice of baklava drenched in honey and pistachios, and hot tea. Would eat here again!“

“Went here for a light lunch and went with a salad from here. They had a nice selection of greens and toppings to add to to your salad. Instead of pre-made salad, they have a build-your-own station where you can customize the salad to your liking (which I prefer). Definitely satisfied with my salad. “We ordered the Kapow Gai pizza and the Tom Yum wings. Both were delicious. The regular crust pizza is on thinner side but the bottom stays dry and maintains integrity with every bite. The wings were meaty and flavorful. Definitely plan to order some of the traditional Lao cuisine they offer.“

“Simply excellent bagels perfect texture and flavor. We bought lox and cream cheese to make bagel sandwiches at home and everything was fresh and delicious. The bagels freeze well too - just slice them while fresh, put them in an airtight container, and pop them in the toaster when you’re ready to eat!“

“Good selection! Pricing is avg for SF but it will cost you (all items are 15-20$) but tasty and good portion size. What you see is what you get which is awesome.

They have individual portions a la carte of the proteins but I wish they had some vegetable cups or something to supplement, maybe brussel sprouts or broccoli or squash

Plenty of seating aswell and well maintained. Chopsticks available on request

Recommend the curry tofu! Rice is just ok but with the curry it is tolerable

“Loacated in a mini plaza so parking is not an issue. I placed a pick-up order and was greeted with the most friendly staff. People were laughing and it felt homey. I would definitely return, especially for those late night cravings.

Birria Pizza ($28.95 for medium) - I asked for cilantro on the side because half of us don't like it. It was still a hit with everyone. Fresh ingredients and delicious homemade crust. Only available Thursday to Sunday.

Garlic Bread ($7.95) - Small pieces but garlicy. It was so crunchy that everyone turned around when I took a bite.

Caesar Salad ($11.95) - Nothing special. Chicken was dry.“

“This is one of my frequent go-to Thai restaurants in the city where Thai places are common.

One of the things that I value in a restaurant is consistency of quality and these folks always roll out high standards in their servings.

And while there are so many Thai eateries in San Francisco in plenty of pockets around town and everyone has their favorites, I submit this post as a simple endorsement as a great place to try or include in your rotation.

The food is very good with plenty of selection, the place is clean and the service is prompt with reasonable pricing. That about checks off all the boxes.“

“Came in for the first time and ordered a super chicken burrito and a beef taco, along with a horchata and canned Coke. I was impressed with the quality of the food, no complaints, it was excellent. The burrito was very very good, not a lot of fat on the chicken at all, the beef taco was also very very good. The chips were absolutely great, and I appreciate good chips from a taqueria restaurant. A lot of taquerias will give you cheap bagged chips, that is upsetting. My only complaint is that it's too expensive here, $16.99 for a super burrito is way too high, the horchata was not too good either, but that's forgivable. All in all I would give this taqueria a five still, even though there were some issues with the horchata and the pricing.“

“Blue Line is my favorite pizza place in the Burlingame Avenue area. Their individual pizzas at lunch are perhaps the perfect size. They also always have good beers on tap. Service is expedient and they always do a good job topping off your soda and getting you more drinks as desired. As a plant-based diner, I particularly appreciate their vegan pizza option.

I also use Blue Line for throwing company parties. The truffle mushroom grandma style is the crowd favorite at these events.

“Some of the better pizza in town. A little pricey ($5-8 a slice pricey) but the food is quality. Given there is not a lot of great pizza in SF, this spot is deserving of the price and a solid 4 stars.

Oh but definitely you gotta stop the homeless people from staying in here. They tried to charge me $1 for a box, but I didn't want to leave ... it just wasn't safe there with the homeless guy going around to everyone and being weird.. I argued that I was not comfortable there and they owe me a box so I can eat my meal elsewhere ... but these are very specific San Francisco problems that if the staff is not dealing with, will destroy your business. This should be a 5 star review, but the -1 star is because I had to literally argue with the staff for a box instead of the staff arguing with the homeless person to remove the problem.... like really? (The poor guy tried, but the lady just stood there and argued with me over a dollar box.... like, help your dude out girl). Hope this helps, save your store, it has good pizza.“
