“I recently visited Specialty’s Cafe & Bakery in San Francisco for a quick breakfast, and I was thoroughly impressed. The cafe features Peet’s Coffee, which makes for a perfect start to the day. I opted for takeout and ordered a Cafe Mocha and the spinach mushroom sandwich, both of which were delicious and fresh. The self-checkout system was incredibly convenient, making the ordering process seamless. The indoor seating area is comfortable, with a great ambiance for both quick stops and longer visits. If you have time, the walk around the bay just outside is absolutely stunning, offering a peaceful escape with beautiful views. A fantastic spot for a quick bite or to linger longer—highly recommend!“

Great quality, flavor, and good presentation on food. Highly recommend their salsa verde on just about anything. Superb. My favorite: Chilaquiles with ham, verde sauce. You won’t regret it.

“If happiness were a restaurant, I’m pretty sure it would be called *That’s My Jam*. I came in expecting a nice meal and left questioning whether I should move a small bed into the corner and live there permanently.

First of all, the food? Absolutely incredible. Every bite felt like it was made by someone who genuinely cares about flavor, the quality of food they feed to others… and possibly about my emotional well-being. If you're lucky enough to chat with the chef or his wife, do so! You can tell they really put their heart and soul into every aspect of this establishment.

The vibe is warm, cozy, and the kind of place where you instantly relax. The staff were so friendly that by the end of the meal I felt like we were all part of a very delicious support group.

Final verdict: come hungry, bring friends, and prepare to fall in love with your meal. If you hear someone at the next table whispering “wow” between bites… that’s probably me again.

The only issue I have now is I doubt any other resturant will be able to provide my taste buds with the same magical expereince. I live in SJ but 10/10 would happily get jammed here anytime. 🍓✨

“I ordered the pork belly bánh mì, and it was so good! The pork belly had great flavor, and the amount of sauce was perfect. The bun was crispy on the outside and fresh on the inside, and the combination of flavors and spice made it really enjoyable. Definitely one of the best bánh mì I’ve had“

“Cute and cozy restaurant serving up unique pizettas. We had the funghi pizza which was loaded with mushrooms and greens. We also had a lamb pizza that was almost like an open-faced gyro. The ricotta cake dessert was heavenly. Such a delicious meal and great service!“

And the chipotle yogurt sauce? Next level. Creamy, smoky, with just the right kick of heat and it elevated every single bite. “This is my favorite breakfast burrito in San Francisco. They are so, so good - stuffed with bacon, beans, avocado, cheese - I’m literally drooling thinking about it. “Total hidden gem in SF. It’s low key and does take out only, but don’t let that fool you, this place rivals SF’s finest establishments. I moved in a few blocks down the street and have been ordering take out almost every day as I unpack. I’ve tried the chicken hummus plate, meatball and rice plate, and the Beyran Soup. Literally each dish was 5/5 amazing. The soup was the best soup I’ve ever had in my life. Super rich flavor, but not overly salty. Just right. Honestly these folks should turn into a full fledged restaurant.“

The other Mixt locations around where we were closed early but this location was open until 9pm which was great. Lots of great choices.
