“I enjoyed a wonderful experience at Farm in Palm Springs for an early Mother's Day dinner. We had delightful three hour six course dinner in a magical setting with live music and delicious fare. PROS: The hostesses graciously greeted us and sat us a bit earlier than our reservation time. Had a nice table in one of the rooms with a fireplace and a large mirror. The saxophonist played and the sound poured in with great acoustics from the speakers. The amuse bouch had avocado, so I could not eat it, so my mom enjoyed all two. My dad could not eat solid foods due to mouth surgery. The bread course had warm fresh items and silky salty butter. The beet salad, melon salad, and corn soup provided earthy, tart, sweet, and creamy bites and tastes. The varied textures provided a kaleidescope of fresh tastes. The baked brie offered sweet and savory mixes of grilled bread, pear, and date spread! The lemon sorbet palate cleanser provided a balanced experience that did its job. The salmon entree provided an exquisitely pan fried crispy and juicy flaky fillet. The creamy dijon mustard sauce complimented the protein perfectly. The sweet peppers offered a wonderful crunch. The swiss chard added some bitter contrast to the garlic potatoes. The wonderfully bitter Citron crepe provided a nice end to a culinary cruise. Crystal took great photos in the garden. Gilbert was professional and affable. CONS: They asked me so many times for extra drinks. I had to prompt them multiple times to fill the water glasses and refills on tea and diet coke. They charged me full price for mashed potatoes, soup, and sorbet for my dad's meal. I get it. OVERALL: I highly recommend this restaurant for a magical evening meal inspired by Provence, France.“

“15th anniversary dinner at the Barn. We stayed at the hotel (super cool) and had a 6pm res. Sat outside in the beautiful courtyard. Our server Desi was fantastic. We ordered two baby lettuce salads, the new creamy cauliflower dish and the chicken mole for two. One of our best dining experiences of the year. Also, the music...5 stars“

“Absolutely delicious! We went to Bongo Johnny’s for the first time, and we will definitely be going back! The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was so tasty! It is funny but the atmosphere seems very casual, but the food is something you would expect from a fine dining experience. Thankfully the prices were pretty reasonable! And to top it all off, the music was the best! When we were there they were playing 80s music and we just loved it! Bongo Johnny’s is a must if you haven’t been there yet. You won’t be disappointed! 😋😋😋“

“So I was seated immediately. The hostess and waiters were really quick and nice. The cooks were often not at the omelet counter, so people often waited a few minutes. The food was decent. The waffles and French toast were not too good, dry and overseasoned. The rest was good though. For a quick large meal, it was worth it.“

Watching the process of how W&F makes their housemade short ribs made my mouth water, and me want to take the 2 hour drive from San Diego...\n\n$21 Short Rib Melt Sandwich...Here it was! The short rib sandwich I saw on TV was now in my hands...and it was good. Just good. Not great. The flavors were good, the short rib was flavorful and tasty, but I wish there was more of it. Came with some nice crispy tots.\n\n$7 Blueberry Breakfast Tart...W&F's housemade "Pop Tart" pastry was a cute, whimsical, sweet, and lovely dessert pastry.\n\nGood food, not great, and bit pricy for the portion and quality. Maybe it was overhyped in my brain from the TV show...never meet your heroes?“

“What a great anniversary meal! We had the delicious prix fixe menu and everything was top notch, from the bread basket with truffle compound butter to the citron crepe and cranberry crumble desserts. We made a 5:30pm reservation, which is probably necessary on a Saturday night. After we were seated in a lovely courtyard, I noticed a man in Farm chef attire standing next to a large menu board. We talked about the merits of each of the mains and I told him we were most interested in the duck cassoulet and beef bourguignon. Minutes later, after we were enjoying the tasty bread basket and butter, he brought a sample of each of the dishes' sauces to the table! Such attention to detail. Next was a watermelon amuse bouche, so refreshing. We selected the pear and Gorgonzola salad and the beet and arugula salad—both were carefully composed and delicious. We paired our mains with a Caymus cab and it did not disappoint. The duck in the cassoulet was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. The beef bourguignon was incredibly flavorful and especially great with the cab. Next was a light lemon sorbet pallet cleanser, so delicate and refreshing. We barely had room for the delicious desserts! Service by Justine and the support staff was impeccable. What a memorable evening, we highly recommend Farm.“

We had a group of 6 on a Saturday morning around 9:30, it was packed! There was a 30 minute wait so we just went shopping while we waited to get a text that our table was ready. They don’t take reservations.

We got seated on the patio. There were a few flies which kind of got annoying as we’re sitting there talking, having to swat them away. I wish they had fly fans to deflect flies away from food. The food though, delicious!! The whole group enjoyed their food. Half of us got the sourdough french toast, the other half got the fall hash. I got the hash and it did not disappoint!

“Dear Escena Management I am writing to formally request a refund for the golfing fees paid for my recent visit to Escena golf course on May 4th 2024. Upon booking, I was led to believe, based on the descriptions and images presented on your website, that your course offered premium facilities and conditions. Regrettably, my experience did not meet these expectations. The condition of both the fairways and greens was notably poor and not reflective of the high standard promoted online. Additionally, the level of noise from constant overhead airplane traffic significantly detracted from the experience, further compounded by an exceedingly slow pace of play throughout the day. I have also noticed a number of overly positive reviews on your website and various social media platforms, which seem inconsistent with my experience and potentially misleading to other customers. This disparity raises concerns regarding the authenticity of those reviews and suggests a possible deceptive practice that I believe warrants further investigation. Given these issues, I feel that the quality of the course and the overall experience did not justify the prepayment of $166 per person. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of the fees paid. I believe this request is reasonable under the circumstances and aligns with fair trading practices. Please let me know how we can facilitate this refund. “I was a guest of some members. This place has so much potential that is not being utilized. The food is ok, (same menu as 849). The service is excellent and the setting is charming! With a little time, creativity and investment this could be on the same level as La Vallerius. Alas...it is what it is...“

“Selected this property for a short stay in the desert. I had seen mixed reviews since COVID but my personal experience was very positive. Received an incredibly warm welcome from Luke at the Front Desk. He could not have been more gracious and helpful. He even walked us to our room [#302]. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member I was very grateful that my suite upgrade request had cleared. The room was spacious and well laid out. There was a queen bed and a separate sofabed [no mention of this on the website though]. Two negatives included a lot of noise from the outside street [Indian Canyon Drive is a very busy road] also the bathroom really smelled whenever we took a shower.. the drains clearly need to be cleaned out. Everything else was great though...location is awesome...pools are really nice. One piece of advice...the cost of parking is not worth it...we parked on the surrounding streets. Recommend you do the same.“
