“This is the best place ever!!! The service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious. I brought my dog and she was treated like royalty by all the staff. The patio was beautiful and well lit and had a bar in the back! Will definitely be making this place my weekly tradition!“

“I once knew a girl, we worked at South West YMCA camp, jeepers was it 1984? Fast forward to 2002 I randomly saw her in this bar and time hasn’t passed. We said our goodnight, but this a meet zone that has legs…it’s an older established neighborhood bar, a meeting zone. You should check it out. From my experience, there are a few ground rules, ready?Be good or be gone…No matter the size of your entourage, you don’t own this place, we are all transitioning throughout, so calm down.The deputy mayor of the town is at the end of the bar. The local doctor is at the bar, the local plumber that will fix all of your issues is at the bar, so tread lightly before you blow this place up with your outside view.Back to my original point of view, you don’t own this place with your ca$h, they own the history and you borrow it for a few hours. “Great place. Very low key which is what I like as opposed to loud with obnoxious drunks. He keeps those guys (and occasional girls) out. Bartender/owner Justin is a great guy. I see other reviews saying he only pays attention to friends. Simply not true. There's a saying, close mouths don't get fed and this is no exception. If you ask or wave him down, you will get served. He's not just gonna stare at you till you finish your drink like people want. He will walk up and down the bar to make sure you're good or if you need anything then go and resume conversation with customers whether it be friends, regulars or newbies like I was. Has been my go to place for a month and a half now and am saddened that I was in the area temporarily and won't be in as often. Do yourself a favor and hit this bar up. Quieter than most bars but great selection and plenty of food in the area!! Some of the regulars are great too. Not territorial like other regulars in other bars. Made me feel welcome as hell there. “Ok. So, this is an older crowd for sure but I had the best time here. The band was great and everyone was dancing - recipe for a great night. The bar had two bartenders that Friday night . Plenty of seating area but I didn't check out the restroom situation so idk. I would go back“

“First time here for my wife's birthday. Good quality of food. Ingredients and meat are fresh. Clean and nice ambiance. Service is on par. Wish they have more cold drink selections than just soda. Ice Tea or other Asian can drinks will be good addition. Definitely would recommend people to try!“

“Food Yummy Chicken Jalapeños Sandwich was delicious , Salmon Burgers was too , plus Mom loved her Pastrami sandwich with added sauerkraut, Service was tentative , based on not very busy , on a Sat @ dinner time , lots of TV's Easy to View , lots of different sports with March Madness“

“Local dive bar that... were you go to see your friends and be greeted with a smile. Bartenders are friendly and drinks are reasonably priced. Pinball, pool or just take a seat at the bar. Chris and George are the best. Check it out. I give them 5 stars.“

“It does a good job for what it is. Good food selection (e.g. garlic fries), quality is acceptable. Reasonable beer selection. The real reason to go here is the proximity to north bayshore and the atmosphere. Lots of seating including heaters for outside.“
