“Excellent food,Resto,Place staff and management“

“I stopped by here this morning to pick up my online order for my wife. I found parking right in the front because I came right when they open so the plaza where this store is at wasn't busy yet. If you come later in the day then finding parking can be difficult.

I arrived early to pick up my food so it wasn't ready yet. I stayed inside of the place and waited until the food was made. The food was ready at the pickup time I selected and I took it home. My wife got her Salmon Veggie bowl because that's her favorite. The portion size of the salmon was small so its not always the same size. I selected for extra veggies instead of brown rice and it looked like they give more veggies. My wife loved her food, the salmon bowl never disappoint her.“

“The food was excellent and quite fresh. Some of the decor was nice but I didn't care for the bright neon lights and the repetitious techno music. It took me back to the 90's club scene. If they make slight modifications to make the style and make it a bit more up to date, it will be an excellent place. Also, there was one server on the floor the entire time which made the service slow and the restaurant a bit sad. Some of the folks in the kitchen, the owner, etc.. could be at the bar or working on the floor to make the space look a bit more lively.“

“One of my favorite restaurants for relaxed atmosphere Thai fusion. This is a very chill hole-in-the-wall style restaurant with great lunch deals and large portions. Orange chicken is soooo good. Good seating inside and a nice small patio outback. Great staff.“

“This place is a whole vibe. Purely from a food perspective, the menu here is pretty standard Chinese fare and is above average though not incredible. The dan dan noodles are spice and solid. The walnut prawns were a bit too sweet.

The prices are also on the high side.

But what you're paying for is the setting and nostalgia. I mean, we dined in a converted train car!

The inside is dark, sultry, and decadent. The service is solid though a bit scattered at times.“

“The portions were phenomenal! Compared to a couple other poke places the pricing felt pleasing and the food was just as good. I got a sushi burrito and a bowl and that sushi burrito filled me up and I ended up saving the poke bowl for later. The staff was great! I don’t know who was serving me but he was extremely helpful since it was my first time there! I can tell the staff knows how to treat their customers well!! :]“

In life there are only a couple of locations I eat everyday; my mom’s kitchen, my neighbors kitchen, arthur’s kitchen, tanya’s kithcen, and pokitonik. I find comfort everytime I come here, whether it’s friendly banter with Mary, or Sushi Burritos made by Arpi. I have been to multiple 5 star restaurants in my life, but nothing even compares to this glorious establishment. Where else can you combine the three of the greatest of things in life into one small building, hot cheetos, boba, and teriyaki chicken. Can’t think of one? That’s because you’ve never been to Poki. If there was a 8th wonder of the world, is would be located right here. I used to resent this building because they replaced Yogurtland, but no more. This is the greatest experience of my life.“

“Me and my boyfriend had hookah and drinks here after dinner at yamshiro (upstairs) our server recommended this lounge so we checked it out after dinner. You have to have reservations on the weekends here as it gets pretty busy but luckily the host made something work for us I believe her name was Maria. She was beyond sweet and kind and stunning too!!! We had such a beautiful time, she gave us the best seats on the beautiful patio as we over looked the view! I highly recommend you guys go here. The Chicken Curry Noodles (with the flying noodles 🤩) completely amazed us! The flavor was so well balanced, rich but not spicy, with a delicious tangy finish that made every bite better than the last.

The Lemongrass Pho was pure magic—beautifully aromatic, light, comforting, and packed with flavor. And to finish, the Mango Sticky Rice was simply a work of art and absolutely delicious.

“This location has a great staff, they work well together and the food tastes hot and fresh. But the negatives are that it's difficult to find parking when the lot is full. It's a very busy location with many eateries and shops. Plus this store is small. They were busy and it felt very cramped. Also there aren't many tables for seniors or the disabled. There are only two available. The rest of the tables are too high and have stools. Not good for someone with bad knees, like myself.“

“I came to this mom and pop restaurant on a Saturday night with no expectations and boy was I BLOWN AWAY. I absolutely loved it. The couple that own the place were super sweet and helpful in helping me decide what to get. I got the bulgogi bowl (first time ever having one) and it was one of the best dishes that I’ve ever had. This restaurant has great food, beautiful views and a very welcoming atmosphere so they don't need to negotiate prices. However, our party was on a budget and to our very pleasant surprise, the manager worked with us to fit the evening into our limited budget. The service was outstanding and the food, well, I'm repeating myself but, again, absolutely amazing! Some establishments are willing to work within people's budgets, but the food and service level tends to reflect the lower pricing but that was NOT the case here: We were treated as if we were the only people in attendance that evening. The occasion was bitter/sweet because we lost a loved one but, by the end of the evening, we felt as if we had spent the evening at a family member's house and we will NEVER forget this evening, on many levels. The guy at the front counter might seem a little serious at first, but once you’ve been there a few times you realize he’s actually a cool guy who always makes sure your order’s right before you leave. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now, and the food is always fresh, tasty, and priced right. Definitely recommend!“
