“Google searched and found this Baskin Robbins. It was very easy to find and had plenty of parking. Our server Pauline was pleasant and helpful. She gave us her thoughts on a few flavors we were considering and offered us samples too! The wild n reckless sherbert was what my husband decided to go with, it has a sweet and sour kick! If that's what you're going for, give this flavor a try. The place was very clean and not crowded. I've now got a Pasadena Baskin Robbins location to visit when I'm in town. Thanks for the new sweet and sour flavor!“

“Went in with my daughter on Wednesday afternoon 5/29 and the girl helping us did such a great job. She was inviting, engaging, and had a positive attitude. “Bought a cake for a going away party for my coworker who moved to Texas. The cake was exactly what I asked for. I had to pickup the cake at a store-front. The store-front is a cafe that belongs to a different business that is partnering with this baker. You have to go inside and let them know you are there to pickup your cake. The cafe store-frint sells good food and drink too, and the customer service was excellent.“

“They did an amazing job with my grandmother's 75th birthday cake. It was a lemon cake with lemon buttercream and lemon curd. It tasted so fantastic. Everyone was giving compliments on the cake design and flavor. My grandmother was in love!! People even complimented the fondant which was surprising haha.“

“Found this store on Eater LA and came on a Saturday. It was cheerful to get the limited special cake — chestnut tiramisu! The chestnut cream is so yummy! A bit pricey ($29 total for four desserts) but truly worth it. The genmaicha tofu cake is my favorite. It has a rich soy flavor and the texture is so soft! I also like the blueberry and lavender cake with jelly on top. Excellent combination! Staff were very careful about packaging so even I drove for roughly an hour with the cakes, they remained intact all the time!“

“Fabulous 👌!!! This is my favorite bakery. Whenever I'm in charge of picking up a cake for any special occasion, only the strawberry cake with almonds will do. The cake is perfect every single time.

This was my first order from Van, and I was pretty sure it would be tasty and satisfy my expectations because they wrote: "Under New Management!" So, I expected they would do their best to boost their sales, and I was right. The chocolate cake with strawberry ? and raspberry was delicious ?. The whole family loved it!“

“This is the “Omg, this is good! Where did you get your cake from?” kind of place. Their cakes are sooo delicious. I love how their cakes are not overpowered with sugar like most cakes. It’s a fluffy flavorful bite of goodness.

They were kind enough to accommodated my last minute request. They did a great job on my sons cake. Don’t waste your time googling anymore bakeries, this is it. Ps- make sure to taste their butterfly twist crisp at check out, so good.“

“My husband and I got our wedding cake from Maksen Cake House and were very happy with it!
We couldn't decide a cake place even 2 weeks before the celebration. Despite all the rush, they provided us with some samples. Not to mention that they were attentive and easy to communicate with.
The cake came out same as the sample image that we provided. Just like we asked them, the flavor was not too sweet or strong. It's sure that they use quality ingredients. Highly recommend this place!“

“The cashier was very friendly and helpful. They still do the traditional mango cakes here. Many other Asian bakeries in the area no longer do their Mango cakes with actual fruit layered all over the top/outside--they just use mostly mango cream or mousse. This place also has breads, pastries, and a small frozen area with veggie baos and more.“

“They have a great assortment of baked goods but I love coming here for their mango cake! You can get cakes by the slice or order a whole cake. Customer service is also good and I would recommend anyone to stop by to try out some of their pastries.

Normally it's to the brim, not sure why it was so low. Perhaps the ice cream was melted more than normal. No issue, both of the workers working the afternoon shift were attentive, understood my concerns and worked out a remedy for me. Very much appreciated! So be sure to stop by and get some ice cream from here!“

“We found this cute cafe on Google and it was just what we wanted. A perfect place for a low-key cup of coffee and delicious pastry on a Saturday morning with a friend ( my daughter:-). Just FYI, there are only a couple of tables inside, and the parking lot is small and shared, but there is street parking. Arbi the owner was really nice and our almond croissants and lattes hit the spot. I work in Glendale and will definitely stop in again.“

“1st time buying a cake here. I tried a cupcakes first . The Icing taste like so much dye. It was so potent. Didn't taste sweet at all just taste like strong dye chemicals. Ordered a small chocolate cake with chocolate and strawberries on the middle and white Icing on outside with light amouth of colored cream . It was a good cake outside of the eggshells I almost ate.“

“Ordered two of the Gotta Have it size bowls. Each of the GHI bowl is enough to share with two people. One bowl had Pineapple Coconut and Sweet Cream with roasted almond toppings. The second bowl had Vanilla and Chocolate with brownie toppings. The bowl with pineapple coconut and sweet cream was not too sweet, very creamy and you can taste the coconut and the pineapple chunks. This is a great combo if you want something fruity and the roasted almonds gave this a nice crunch to them. The bowl with vanilla and chocolate was a very safe, classic, and easy pick choice for someone that wants an ice cream fill and might be too overwhelmed by the other flavors. Topped with brownie pieces, this is a great chocolatey option that doesn't feel too chocolatey. Staff are really nice and patient while you order. They are no longer offering samples to try. Location is busy right along Main St and there is a nearby free parking garage that is time-limited.

Parking: Parking garage structure across the street. Does have a time limit but enough time to order and enjoy.“

“Great ice cream! Cold stone never fails on providing great service, however staff here is very very low. Probably just one or two people are serving, so expect longer wait times than usual if there’s a lot of people. Other than that, staff is friendly and do their best to be efficient and quick. I notified that they support local business, if you buy a pizza nearby (business on flyer) you’ll get a discount there at cold stone upon showing receipt.“
