“Google searched and found this Baskin Robbins. It was very easy to find and had plenty of parking. Our server Pauline was pleasant and helpful. She gave us her thoughts on a few flavors we were considering and offered us samples too! The wild n reckless sherbert was what my husband decided to go with, it has a sweet and sour kick! If that's what you're going for, give this flavor a try. The place was very clean and not crowded. I've now got a Pasadena Baskin Robbins location to visit when I'm in town. “I can’t say enough great things! I went out on a limb and called Valentine Sweets. I live in New York, however my brother lives in Pasadena! I was doing a gender reveal for my friends and family in New York and wanted my brother to be included. I called early in the morning and spoke to the decorator Tatiana. I explained I needed one single custom gender reveal cupcake and she had no issues with the request or making it happen! A simple cute vanilla cupcake. Decorated with blue and pink sprinkles. And surprise pink frosting in the middle! She had the cupcake done within a couple hours for my brother to pick up! She had great communication and texted me when it was ready. Besides the fact that it was adorable,

I’m so glad I did because the chef/owner was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. “1st time buying a cake here. I tried a cupcakes first . The Icing taste like so much dye. It was so potent. Didn't taste sweet at all just taste like strong dye chemicals. Ordered a small chocolate cake with chocolate and strawberries on the middle and white Icing on outside with light amouth of colored cream . It was a good cake outside of the eggshells I almost ate.“

They even offered water to a customer that was coughing and we were impressed with the concern the server had. The customer service is very poorly they rarely show manners and when it comes to asking for samples they always seemed bothered.
