I prefer the bowl over the cob since it's much easier to eat. I also recommend getting two at once so u don't have to wait in line again and it's so cheap. 100% recommend!“

“I was visiting L.A. with my friends to see a show. We decided to explore Echo Park and Silverlake and I'm delighted we came across Alejandras Cart. It's a popular spot but waiting with other customers and watching the food being made is part of the experience. Delicious food, great people.“

“My husband and I had Little Tokyo Taiyaki at are wedding as a dessert vendor during our reception and they were such a big hit with our guests! Communicating with them was extremely easy and they even were generous enough to let us come by their shop for a tasting! We ended up selecting the red bean, custard, and sweet potato fillings! On the wedding day, they came early to set up, provided enough taiyaki for guests to have several to eat there AND to take home as well, and even visited our venue beforehand to make sure they had the right outlets for what they needed so we were so impressed by their attention to detail. So many of our guests told us it was one of the highlights of the wedding and that the taiyaki themselves tasted amazing and fresh. We can't thank Ken and Kaylee enough for going above and on our wedding day and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding and looking for a unique dessert option!“

The planning was pretty good, as the food, games, shops, and entertainment were all separated from each other, so it was pretty easy to walk around and experience everything 626 had to offer. The only bad things was the unpredictability of the quality of almost every shop. Some of the food was pretty good, some not worth the money. The lobster bread I got was not only expensive, but it was small and not good. There were also a lot of shops that were kind of repetitive, as Labubus was everywhere. If you go next time, go with a bunch of people, look up some food recommendations before waiting in line, and just enjoy!“

“Omg, hands down the best tacos in the 626. And trust me, I’ve had my fair share from TJ Tacos to Tacos El Gordo in San Diego and even Taco El Franc. This spot is legit. The line every night says it all.

This time, I ordered the baked potato with cheese and lengua (tongue). Absolute perfection. They serve it with handmade corn tortillas that take everything to another level. The meats here are packed with flavor. My usual go-tos are the al pastor, cabeza (cow’s head meat), and tripas (beef intestine). Next visit, I’m eyeing the sausages, stomach, and carne asada.

And their salsa? To die for. It’s fresh, spicy, and ties everything together perfectly.

The team here is friendly and clearly takes pride in what they do. You can taste the care in every bite.

They’re parked right on San Gabriel Blvd with a solid setup. The ambiance is just right, and honestly, the only thing missing is some outdoor dining space.

She mentioned she needs to change the name, she only has passion fruit and dragon fruit juice which is awesome but not what I expected at all. However, the fruit is ripe and on point. Delicious. Great service and although very disappointed as I couldn't drive away with my drink and I had to sit in my car and eat it which wasn't the point, the fruit was delicious and the variety of fruits was great including jackfruit, dragon fruit and lychee on top of the customary pineapple mango, etc. Will be back when in the mood for a good fruit fruit bowl.“

Got to meet Gabriella the owner, so nice and invited us to tour the kitchen, even though it was late in the day on New Years Eve. Such a great story with her and family recipes handed down from her grandparents. Worth a stop in! And I imagine calling her in advance she will give you a tour as well...“
