“Came here as a "cheat day" of sorts. Service is impeccable. The bread that is served is so very tasty. I could have made a meal just out that. The pasta is devine. The pictures I took weren't great, but I don't care. I was in a hurry to get the food in my mouth. My husband enjoyed the wine offered as well. Well worth coming here. Be sure to get a reservation.“

“one of the best italian restaurants i’ve been to. biggest reason being they use just enough salt to flavor their dishes. not obnoxious & the food felt light but filling. all three dishes we ordered were splendid! the waitress was also very kind and professional. i usually never leave reviews, but because the food was so delightful, i needed to spread the word! some cons—the dishes took a bit of time to come out. outside patio was ok, some flies were flying around but surprisingly did not swarm our food at all. but the food makes up for this! also, if youre struggling to find a restaurant without a long wait time, i would recommend here because they barely had any wait time (i think it was slightly past 6pm when we went) most likely due to the slightly hidden location. all in all—highly recommend!“

“Every time I come here the food is amazing, but I recently ordered takeout and it was just as delicious as eating in the restaurant. You can tell they put heart and care into the food, whether dine-in or pickup. Highly recommend the rigatoni bolognese and marscapone chocolate cake.“

“I showed up in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday. Nobody there except my server who was very kind. I hung out for a bit waiting for my pizza and what followed was me wishing I had paid more for it! Holy smokes. I got it to go but took a bite when I got to my car. “I tried something new today, the hot Turkey open face sandwich smothered in a wonderful mushroom gravy. OMG 😱 So good ! And my salad was the perfect size to complement the large portion of the hot Turkey. I added a little Tabasco cause that what I do. I thought I was finished until the little waitress offered dessert 🍨. I ordered a piece of their home made apple 🍎 pie 🎉🎊😱. People let me tell you this is a bucket lister. With out a doubt the best apple pie I have ever had. And yes they make it from scratch. Great lunch experience today ! “While thinking about where to eat jeognac after golf, we suddenly fell in love with pizza. This house we accidentally found while searching was more perfect than expected. The interior was so cuddly, so lovely, so kind and cute a server welcomed us. Pizza was the very taste we were looking for, which was not salty and light. If you want to eat the pizza you want, order custom pizza. I strongly recommend it.

Everything from the lasagna to the caesar salad and everything in between is awesome. They have a live band sometimes and have tiramisu Tuesdays! (Who could say no to free dessert)

“Great central Carmel location amongst galleries, bakeries, coffee shops, bookstores etc. In good weather ask for the patio they take reservations by inside vs outside. Great atmosphere out there… old building, stucco, vines, etc. It was cool but they have plenty of heaters. Great food… had bruschetta appetizer which is loaded with diced tomatoes and smoked flavor (grilled bread). Also the di stefano salad, it has crispy goat cheese, roasted beets and fig-balsamic dressing. Excellent, highly recommended! Had the cioppino which was excellent. Good wine list. Eat here lunch OR dinner.“

“Great view from the patio. The food and staff here are both amazing! The chipotle chicken penne is so delicious! They also have a Fido menu for the fur babies, they bring out a bone mat with a water bowl and the dish of your pups choice. So thoughtful! I will definitely eat here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

I appreciated that they let us stay later and didnt rush us were having a good time! Their bathroom was unacceptable though! Someone needs to do their job better in that department!“

“Very nice restaurant, tasty food and great views! I love the look of the inside of the restaurant, especially the big fireplace in the middle. The food was delicious! I oredered the seafood pasta, highly recommend even though it's a bit expensive. The only compliant I have is the service. It took a WHILE to not only order but to recieve our food. We had our 11 month old with us and babies that age don't typically sit well for extended periods of time. That and our waters weren't refilled once. Hoping for quicker service next time but we will be back some day!“
