“I once again he had the grilled salmon and steamed broccoli and it was delicious. And had a small amount of a cream sauce on it, which kept it moist. My two friends both had pasta dishes one was a gnocchi, actually in a short rib sauce and the other Friend had a Ragu rigatoni. Those were unbelievably mouthwatering satisfying. They paired it with a nice Pinot and it was delightful when I tasted theirs. I liked my salmon and no doubt and would order it again as I have, but after tasting their, it was so savory. I can't remember our waiters name, but he has waited on us several times. I know that he must recognize us as we recognize him, but he never seems to acknowledge that which is a little disappointing, but he's a good waiter and we appreciated his efforts. My reason for four stars as it was a little loud. It was a Wednesday night rainy but packed as usual. I wish the fireplace was on because it would've made a little bit more cozy.“

“I tried something new today, the hot Turkey open face sandwich smothered in a wonderful mushroom gravy. OMG 😱 So good ! And my salad was the perfect size to complement the large portion of the hot Turkey. I added a little Tabasco cause that what I do. I thought I was finished until the little waitress offered dessert 🍨. I ordered a piece of their home made apple 🍎 pie 🎉🎊😱. People let me tell you this is a bucket lister. With out a doubt the best apple pie I have ever had. And yes they make it from scratch. Great lunch experience today ! I ordered a piece of pie for a friend who is not feeling well and dropped it off to her. Thanks Victorian Corner for such a pleasant atmosphere to have my lunch 🙏.“

“Pasta dish was good, salad a little funky with sardines on top (but still good) wine was good as well. While the bread was very good and hot, paying 12 bucks for it was ridiculous. Service was slow for a Sunday night. We still had a good meal and enjoyed our time.“

“I had done a search for the best clam chowder in Monterey and they are at the top of almost every list, and they were right! I got the clam chowder in the garlic sourdough bowl I highly recommend them! My wife, Michele got risotto with caramelized onions, shrimp and sole. We had a view of Monterey Bay and some sea lions playing. Our server, Giovanny, was phenomenal! He brought Michele a piece of complimentary cheesecake and a rose for her birthday. 🌹 I had the chocolate creme brûlée. Great start to our mini-vacay in Monterey!“

“We love Cafe Fina and always try to dine there when in Monterey. Great food, cocktails and good wine selection. We recently had our son and daughter in law’s rehearsal luncheon there and everyone enjoyed the atmosphere, amazing food and drinks. We highly recommend this fine restaurant while visiting Monterey. Cozy, warm and friendly staff too!“

“Pizza was amazing! The owner Jeremy is also great! We stopped in for a late dinner on our first night in Monterey. My hands malfunctioned (probably because I spent all day clenching the steering wheel while my wife relaxed in the passenger seat) and I dropped a slice on the floor on accident and he gave me a new pizza. Super nice guy and great place!“

“We ordered prosecco and an appetizer to share. The waitress brought the 2 bottles of prosecco and 2 glasses and walked away! She put them on the table without opening the bottles or pouring the prosecco into the glasses. When she brought the appetizer we asked her to open the bottles because neither of us were physically able to open them. After she left we realized we were not given plates. Unfortunately we never saw her again until we flagged her down to get the check. I have been to Baja Cantina many, many times and this is the worst service I have ever received. So sad.“

“My wife and I had a wonderful time during a day-trip last Sunday, 4/12/26. Our server did a great job of attending to our every whim and request! “After visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium, we walked down to the pier and chose Crabby Jim’s from all the restaurants—and we’re so glad we did! The entire experience was amazing.

Alfredo, the host at the front, welcomed us with a great attitude. Once inside, our waiter, Butch, made the experience even more memorable with his excellent service. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and the staff went out of their way to surprise her with a birthday slice of cake.

Papa brought out the cake and made the moment so much fun—he reminded us of a character straight out of The Sopranos! Great personalities, wonderful service, beautiful waterfront views, and delicious, fresh seafood. We definitely recommend Crabby Jim’s!“
