“Fantastic smoked meats and a unique, fun, western style bar. I found a portion of the ribs I got a little over smoked to the point it was dry and hard but the rest of them were top tier excellent.

Half chicken was probably the juiciest and most tender, flavorful chicken I've ever had. I seriously don't know if I've had chicken breast that good before.

Chili cheese fries were great smothered in a tri tip chili.”

“Finally made it happen and had the most delicious organic lunch here, for the first time. Wonderfully eclectic & interesting crowd of diners. We had a table for 2 people and a dog within about 10 minutes on a Saturday. The service so friendly and helpful, we were offered drinks while we waited. A welcoming environment & great energy. Nice people, the owner herself and all who work there. Wonderful & cozy chic seating outside. Lots of well mannered dogs making the ambiance even that much more pleasing. This place has very talented & creative chefs. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Great service throughout meal. My hubby had the steak with grilled peppers while I had the most delicious Salmon Salad which was prepared with love & each ingredient such excellent quality. I think we were told our beef came from free range organic farm in Australia. The water they serve is from a local aquaphore and tastes excellent. If I remember correctly our desert was toasted parents with raspberries & a glaze that was uniquely tasty. We will definitely be back to this gem.”

“We were just passing through and stopped to photograph the Joshua tree in front. Never pass up a chance for good bread. The baker was out of bread but very sweetly gave us 2 brioche buns he had left even though they were closed! These folks are kind, and lovely and you should definitely try their bread. It was delicious.”

I love checking out the community library and exchanging books there. My daughter is autistic and lives in her own world. She touches things and cuts in line because there isn’t a line there in her mind. Anyways, this establishment is always extremely understanding and treats her like any other kid! She loves the big pink coyote and Strawberry ice cream with sprinkles. Thank you so much for your understanding staff and awesome flavors!”

“I had the pleasure of eating here a week ago. The restaurant is the cleanest restaurant I've been in, even in the restroom. The plants and decor sets a vibe. Susan and her son made me feel so welcome. They allowed me to try different things, and Susan even gave me sushi to take with me. The food was fresh. Everything super tasty. I have no complaints and recommend this place to everyone. You can tell they put a lot of thought and effort there. The love and energy are felt as soon as you walk through the door!”

“Our meals were as well-prepared as we remembered from our childhood. We're originally from Galesburg, Illinois, the first place SnS founder Gus Belt located one of his restaurants outside Bloomington-Normal, Illinois, so we know what the original tastes and preparations are. Our burger patties had the correct lacy, crisp edges for which SnS is known. The chili tasted exactly like in the old days. The size of the fries is slightly larger than in the 1950s, but I think that's an improvement. The service at this location was excellent; the manager was friendly and informative. We'll return soon!”
