During the chill of the winter months, one's pho must not only be hot enough to warm ones stomach, but the flavor must be equally satiating. Ladies and gentlemen, if you have been tired of subpar pho with equally poor service, I am glad to announce yo you all that your search for the best pho you've ever had is over.Not only is the broth steamy hot, but the specific flavoring this family restaurant utilizes is spectacular. You can tell that it is freshly made and that much effort has been expended to curate the best flavored broth I've EVER HAD. As a pho enjoyer, I can't believe I've never been here before.And if that is not enough, the lovely hostess/waitress, who is also part of the family that owns this business is the kindest and warmest soul I've ever had tend me at a Pho restaurant. “One of my favorite places to get naengmyun. Mo Ran Gak is a name that is widely known to have reputable cold noodles.
When you get a meat dish with naengmyun, they give you a small side dish of the spicy one as well. Or vice versa if you got the spicy, you'll get the broth one as a side.
There is a small parking lot here and usually a line even right when they open.
I would advise on coming early or putting aside enough time to wait 1 hour before being seated on a busy day.“

“When we went to eat on Friday night there was an amazing server named skyler(Skylar) and she was the best server we have ever received. My fiance was eating soup and when he was finished she noticed that he didn't eat part of the soup and specifically asked if he would like it without. “This lunch price is reasonable. These days, Korean food prices are way overpriced.

I went there for lunch recently for the first time in years, and the prices were the same as 7–8 years ago. The free side dishes were also delicious.

These days, dining out is so expensive that it's hard to choose a restaurant, but I think the owner made a very wise decision. When you live generously and share with others, you'll be blessed and make plenty of money.

They’ve brought back the original flavors, and the service was great too. I’ll always be happy to open my wallet for food like this. Try having a bowl of soondae soup with a shot of soju, like you see on Korean TV — it’s the true taste of Korea.

“Wow, the taste was amazing - both the pho and the cucumber lemonade. The pho was richly and deeply flavored and was satisfying while still being bright and fresh feeling. The service was very prompt, friendly and helpful - the server understood my not liking overly sweet drinks and recommended the cucumber lemonade as refreshing while still having sweetness. It was, indeed, refreshing and sweet - perfectly balanced flavors. The server also wisely suggested we package the noodles and broth of our leftovers seperately. I almost never eat out, but I would if I lived near Soup Shop.“

“This is a soondubu (spicy silky soft tofu soup) restaurant like BCD chain. You can order combo menu with a meat or fish entree with a version of soondubu soup. You can select the spicy level and toppings for the soup. I thought the soup is really good but the meat dishes except for the LA rib were too sweet. Ban Chan (side dishes) were just average. For Diamond Bar I think this outlet is fine. There is plenty of parking in the shopping mall lot.

The Green Thai Tea was refreshing as well! My kids can't wait to come back to eat everything again!

Next time, I will try the Banh Canh Noodle Soup, I saw someone ordered it and the seafood were all individually packed for freshness!

“This is the best rice noodle I have eaten in the United States. The ones in the Bay Area are not as delicious as this one. The crispy skin is super fragrant. The rice noodles are extremely soft but not chewy. The other noodles are either hard or broken. I will go there again before returning to the Bay Area. once“

“If you love Hu Tieu like I do, this is a place for you to try out. Their menu was very simple and easy to order. The hu tieu dry style with the broth on the side was so good. “Fantastic 10-course Peking Duck banquet for 10 people at an unbeatable price of $288.95! The duck was expertly prepared across three dishes, with the wrap being a standout (we requested extra wraps). Other highlights included the shrimp, eel & sticky rice, and fillet mignon. However, the real showstoppers were the giant steamed fish and dessert soup with rice balls, which stole the show with the group.

Service and ambiance were on par with a traditional Chinese restaurant. A reservation is a must, and 8-10 people is the ideal group size to take advantage of these banquets. Worth noting: they seem to have set seating times to ensure perfectly roasted ducks.

“If you want to drink Korean soup, this restaurant is definitely the first choice. It tastes very good. Although there are only four side dishes, they all taste good. The purple rice is also delicious. The highlight is definitely the big pot of beef bones, potatoes and Rice cake, tastes very good, but the price is a bit expensive“

“It was our first time back to this place since the change of new ownership. We used to come a lot when it was under Cortez ownership. Needless to say, we wanted to go somewhere local without waiting much so we decided to come back and try this place.

It was empty when we came in on a Sunday afternoon. The server was very welcoming, courteous and attentive. It was about 92 outside and inside it was nice and fresh, cool but not ice cold. There was plenty of parking ( they have a small parking lot and plenty of street parking).

We both ordered the chilaquiles, one Red and Green plate. Came with refried beans and potatoes. The portions were relatively decent sized; not too big and not too small.

They gave us homemade chips with some homemade green salsa, fidelio soup which were all good but the salsa in my opinion phenomenal. So the free entries were good.

The chips were homemade and not too hard and not saggy, not full of sodium either. The sauces and salsa are all homemade and delicious. The red and green chilaquiles salsas that this place uses were both handmade and great. The beans were delicious, the potatoes were rather hard though and in a very small portion. We enjoyed the food, definitely coming back to try other things on the menu. THEY DON’T SELL ALCOHOL……..

The prices were relatively reasonably priced. If ur local, and don’t want to go broke or wait for a ridiculous waitlist then I’d definitely recommend coming.“

“Complex, authentic Korean flavors made with traditional p ingredients. A humble porridge could become a pleasantly enjoyable experience. I ordered bulnakji porridge today and instead of using ground beef or cheap meat, they used a good quality meat and then they sautéed the marinated bulgogi in butter. mmm. Chives/buchu they used were fresh and green. So was the octopus. Often times you taste the fishiness but this octopus or nakji had a very clean flavor. The venue and the food they served were very clean. I highly recommend this place.“

“This place has my favorite chicken dishes. When I’m feeling like I need something with broth, I’m going for the pho ga. When I’m feeling for some rice, I pick the com ga chien ( fried chicken rice). They have many other great dishes as well. If you’re in the area, stop by and dine . You won’t be disappointed.“

If anything, that's what makes Olive Garden great. Anyways, two managers came by to ask how we were, and one of them congratulated me for graduating. It made us all laugh. I graduated years ago. We ordered the spicy braised short ribs, seafood onion pancake and beef soup. The spicy braised short ribs is so flavorful, it comes with radish and rice cake. The beef soup reminds you in Korea, no MSG! And the seafood onion pancake is huge, good to share. Their banchan also changes everyday!

The service is friendly and many old diners and family in the restaurant- that’s how you know it’s a legit place! There’s dinner rush so come early

“I like the big portion of this restaurant. I went 2 people so we ordered 2 dishes. We tried: 1. Pork Back Bone Stew: very huge portion. The meat is soft and you can feel the broth has been well cooked that gives you the sweet and rich taste. 2. Stir Fried Squid (because I love squid!): very good. This dish can be eaten with rice (if you want to be full) or will paired good with a taste of Soju. The portions are big so don't over ordering or you will have some food to go. The food is a little plaint and there's salt to add (if you are a salty food fan) to assure you don't leave the broth behind. You will feel healthy as you leave the place. Will be great to have for hangover or when you are sick. I went on a weekend night for dinner and the restaurant was a little quiet. I think this place is most suitable for lunch. I would definitely come back to try their other stews and pork belly!“
