“Was looking for a good chimek place, and this fit the bill. Called to make a reservation , pretty easy. The restaurant is small, but clean and well decorated. All the dishes we had were great, and the fried chicken was perfect. Definitely on the pricier side, but can't complain for the quality.“

“I love their menu selection! Also love they have korean sushi. That's hard to find in Korean Restaurants. I also get the japchae fried rolls, seafood pancake, spam fried rice (for my son). It's right next to the movie theater so you can eat before then catch a movie.
Parking: Garage parking lot. Love shade!“

“We ordered this Korean feast for delivery via DoorDash, and it didn’t disappoint!
1. Banchan: A vibrant lineup of kimchi and pickled delights—tangy, spicy, and crunchy.
2. Grilled Short Ribs (Galbi): Sweet, smoky, and tender with a perfect char. Melt-in-your-mouth goodness.
3. Japchae: Light, glassy noodles with a savory-sweet kick and crunchy veggies—comfort in a bite.
4. Seafood Pancake (Haemul Pajeon): Crispy edges, seafood-packed, and perfect for dunking in a tangy dip.
A delicious delivery that hit all the right notes!“

“I went with a colleague and this was my first visit. I did enjoy that the spoon and chopsticks were wrapped. I had the mul nagmeun and my co-worker had the bulgogi stew. Both were good. We also had the steamed mandoo, which were delicious and a hearty portion. The banchan was good. Thumbs up!“

“This place is a hidden gem with amazing Korean food. All the soups and BiBimBop are served in the hot stone bowls which crisps up the rice in the BBB.l and the soups come out boiling. The Sae Gam Tang, La Kalbi, and Japchae were the highlights of what we ordered. Everything was super delicious and came out very quick.Plenty of Ban Chan served with the meal and they specifically said we can keep ordering more of the ban chan.It is attached to a bowling alley which just adds to the ambiance. I heard someone order a cheeseburger so I think you can get non Korean food as well.“

“The quality of this chicken is really good. Meat is juicy. Usually, boneless tends to be a little dry, but this is not. Probably the best chicken i've had in this area. They don't skip on quality. That is for sure. If you have a big appetite, You're looking to spend about $20+
It's on another level compared to KFC, Chick-fil-A, and Wild Wings.“

“First off, BOSSAM!!!
Located in Willow Pass is a new spot that features Tang (Tang Jip lightly translated into Broth House). And while I wanted to try their Galbitang and other soups, my family was craving Traditional Korean dishes.
First off, the inside is modern and clean. Love the simplicity and minimalism. KPOP plays on the screen up top. Love the vibe.
Servers were good, although on a Sunday night, severely under-staffed. I would normally dock them down for the lack of service we received, but I could tell, from the young ones to the mama-san's, they were hustling. No one was slacking.
All the food was delicious. The items that stood out though was the Tteok-Bokki in Rose Sauce. Holy sh*t. I've ever had it this way, and it is amazing.
The bossam is the first I've had in the East bay that isn't dry AF. Delicious. And I could tell by the delivery robot, a lot of people were ordering it.
Lastly, the banchan. I'm a big believer in the less they give you, the better the banchan tastes. That is the truth here. Only about 5 items, but they were all delicious.
I 100% will be back, especially to try their soup when I visit the bay in the winter for Christmas.
It got packed on Sunday around 6pm...so be ready.“

“This is the first time ordering here and I was greeted by a tiny young girl who was so charming and polite. She answered all my questions and helped me decide what to try. I ordered one hot dog, half cheese and half hot dog. So as I was waiting I spotted their menu and had to order boneless chicken and fries. All three items were delicious. Now I'm having trouble breathing because my tank is too full. But what impressed me the most was the girl kindness and professionalism. I wish more establishments would hire people of her caliber. Anyway, give this place try and if your lucky you my have the opportunity to be meet the charming tiny girl with the beautiful smile. Have a beautiful day . . .Oh! Sorry, no photos. In my tank now
Kid-friendliness: ????? Let's just say they'll love the hot dog.“

“I love Vons Chicken! I really recommend their Honey Butter Chicken and Cheddar Chicken! The honey butter chicken is sweet and salty while the cheddar chicken is less sweet. Both are really delicious with white rice. Their servings are pretty good for the price. I order through DoorDash and it usually takes 20 minutes for them to get it ready. I highly recommend you to try it.“

“Took a friend for her birthday lunch to Moa, which was separately recommended to me by another friend familiar with my love for kalbi and banchan. It definitely measured up.
My friend said she never had Korean before except for KoCups - right?! Since I'd been wanting to try Moa for a while it seemed like the perfect opportunity.
We went for a midweek lunch and we got the fried mandoo, a kalbi lunch and a dolsot bibimbap. There was one person there - greeting/seating/taking orders/serving/cashing out.. Front of House one-woman-show. She was great! Very friendly and efficient and pleasant.
Everything came out hot, sizzling and so very fast! The kalbi was tender and delicious and my friend polished off the bibimbap plus some of my kalbi and we went through 2 rounds of banchan. Food was wonderful!
The restaurant is small but well-situated and clean. Restroom also clean and well-maintained.
The atmosphere is relaxed and we had a really comfortable and leisurely meal.
Location is really easy to find and get to, plus lots of free parking in the lot.
Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious vegetable dishes with options to add tofu or another protein, if preferred
Parking: Ample free parking in the attached lot“
