“I ordered using the app. I waited 30 minutes to receive my cinnamon dulce latte. There was no apology or excuse given. Several others also had to wait just as long. One person observed people ordering at the register, then receiving their orders before us.“
“This visit was just so-so. Maybe they aren't fully staffed yet? If I am paying for a service, I want good service. I don't like having to ask or repeat myself. I can get that at home for free. Food usually no complaints. This just wasn't a good day.“
“I always come to this location because everyone is so kind and welcoming here. I've never had a bad interaction with any of the baristas. The store is clean and inviting.
Parking: Lots of parking available; can be a little more difficult when there's a workout class happening.
Kid-friendliness: Everyone at this location is so friendly to kids!
