“You have to go at least once. I like the staff and the bar is close to the water with good outdoor seating available. They have bar food but have a good dinner as well. During the warmer months, they had outdoor music on Sunday's, but the owner was talking about getting some full-time entrainment at some point.

Parking: Parking can be tough at times

Vegetarian options: The only place I know that serves fish and chips with bass. So delicious. I also know that the chef makes a large batch of freshly made cocktail sauce. It smelled so good

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is wheelchair access there's no ramp it's all ground level. But the front door is wide enough to get a wheelchair and yes.“

“I’m a sandwich (and Italian hoagie) aficionado, constantly seeking out the best. I actually have an entire category of sandwich shops and deli’s saved on my phone. I will drive (or more likely ride my motorcycle 2+ hours just to try a new place.

Take it from me: Lucia’s is a rare gem. Five stars. Terrific bread, thinly sliced meats and cheese, fresh produce, homemade spread: they had it all.

And LOTS of it. I knew as soon as I picked up the bag: huge, loaded sandwich. I couldn’t get my mouth wide enough to get the whole thing at once. Then, I could only eat half. I brought the other half home and my wife could only eat half of that half. I enjoyed the rest the next day.

I should’ve taken a picture but was too busy devouring the thing. I will definitely be back, and I will remember to take a picture then. It’s as good an excuse as any for a return visit. See you there.“

“I love good bakeries and this one was good. I had Danish Fruits and liked it. It has a huge parking and people there were very attending. Will be back to try their coffee too.

“I was hungry and decided to give this place a try. They did not disappoint. I ordered the heart attack omelet with hash browns and I left full. It took the waitress using both hands to bring me a plate, keep that in mind when you order. The portions are generous but not excessive, and the food is excellent. It's so good I even got an order of biscuits and gravy to go. Between the omelet with hash browns, the biscuits and gravy, and 3 glasses of tea my bill was less than $40. If you're ever in Martinez and want a good breakfast or lunch you can't go wrong with this place. The staff is on point, the food is worth writing home about, and the atmosphere will give you a good pat on the back.“

“First time stopping by here after work. I started at the bar to order some happy hour drinks and appetizers and then moved on to a table with friends. The bartender and server at the table were great. The atmosphere inside was very chill, not too crowded, and had people from every walk of life. I would definitely be coming back. My only thing was the chicken wings I ordered were supposed to be salt and pepper but came out with little to no seasoning. I did try the fries, and they were decent.“

From the moment we walked in, we felt like guests in a welcoming place, after a long day of appointments, we were in search of refuge in the form of chips and salsa, a stiff drink and maybe a plate of nachos before an hour long trek back home to SF.
