“We have lived in Port Hueneme for 7 years now and had never tried this spot because friends and acquaintances told us it wasn't good. But about 2 months ago I decided to give it a try, and boy I shouldn't have listened to those people. This place is a really nice sit down mexican food spot. The chips and salsa are my favorite in the whole area. The food is pretty good as well. Im just glad I tried it because now it's my go to sit down mexican style restaurant. I like the crispy tacos and the chili relleno, my husband likes the enchiladas. They have good drinks as well. The price range for the food is very affordable and you get really good service. The atmosphere is cozy and quaint. If you're in the area and want a quiet sit-down meal with friendly staff and good food, this should be your spot.“

“5/5 Stars for BEST fried chicken anywhere. Kind and fast service. We dined in although several came in for take-out while we were there. Safe for kids, lots of parking, cold canned or bottled drinks. A fried chicken plate for only $10. Not going anyplace else for fried chicken as this place 100% beats any fried chicken chains! Ps: bring your own pepper! They don't have any.“

“The food comes out super fast. Our waitress, with the pink eye shadow, carried all of our plates on her two arms to ensure we all got our food at the same time. Everything was cooked to perfection. I got the steak tips breakfast. The steak was savory, not my favorite, but it could be someone's. Otherwise, we were all happy with our food. You get a lot of food for your money.“

“I love the tortilla chips with the salsa the mariachi was really good for the atmosphere horchata was great and for the food I ordered the filet with a side of fries and a salad. Filet was cooked to perfection and the fries delicious they were crunchy and well seasoned. The waiters were really nice and deserve a raise because they were really nice and asking if we needed anything almost every 5 to 10 minutes love the service here and would recommend this to anyone and the price is very affordable. 10/10“

“Always pretty quick and the food is pretty good with reasonable prices. You can also order online e and have it waiting for you when you arrive. Only thing I'd wish they add is the daily specials to the website. FYSA, they only accept cards.“

“I tried to stop in here a month ago after seeing the great reviews. Unfortunately, they were closed, and I had to head to LA to catch a flight home. Well today was awesome!!! Greeted and seated. Menu and drink were delivered very quickly -- the restaurant was nearly full on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30. I ordered spring rolls and Pho Ga. The spring roles were amazing -- tremendous flavor, everything fresh. Unique feature I had not seen before a length of spring onion sticking out one end made them almost look like a large popsicle. Very generous amount of shrimp and pork! The Pho Ga was even better and again huge severing. Just unbelievable flavors plenty of chicken. Everyone was busy but very attentive all the customer's needs. I'm for another 6 days will be stopping in for lunch again. Thank you to the whole team at Pho Saigon.“
