“This restaurant is phenomenal! First of all the food is dreamy, I particularly LOVE the shrimp pasta. The cocktails are also just insane i love the fresh fruit in them sooo yummy! We have come multiple times and every time is great. Staff is always so friendly. Came on Fathers Day w/ the hubby & sat at the bar. Our bartender Lexi was killin it. “Been there multiple times - our favorites have been the rolls and the lobster tacos. Also needs to be paired with the fries and tater tots half and half mix. It’s the perfect meal. Parking is the only downside. The lot for that building is super expensive so we usually spend a couple extra minutes finding street parking. But it’s worth it for really well-priced, fresh, well-seasoned lobster and crab meat- and really friendly service!“

“What an incredible hidden gem! We were craving Italian food and decided to check out Al Italiano. Walked in on a Tuesday night a little before closing. Eddie and the owner Robert greeted us warmly. The menu has some great options and we were indecisive what to order. Our waiter Eddie is a first class professional and answered all our questions with patience and in details. His recommendations were amazing. We ordered Eggplant Parmesan, Veal Piccata, Children’s cheese pizza, Salumiere pizza and their homemade Tiramisu. Everything was excellent and so tasty. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find this gem in my neck of the woods, and am happy to report that Mardi Gras Tuesday will be my go-to Cajun/Creole joint for the foreseeable future. Mind you, I'm no expert on the cuisine, but I've been a fan for a long time and can happily endorse the Étouffée (crawfish), the Jambalaya, the Mac and Cheese, hushpuppies, and the friendly service at Mardi Gras Tuesday. *Though the cornbread didn't necessarily wow me, all and all, it was a great meal for the portions, price and quality. And considering they got slammed as soon as we walked in (around the start of the Super Bowl), the service was quick and we were in and out of there with bellies full of comfort food within an hour. “My husband made us a reservation here for Mother's Day last weekend, and I absolutely swooned over the experience. Our booth was roomy yet cozy and the interior felt intimate and special. We absolutely loved the complimentary, tasty breads, and then for our appetizers, the Tuna Poke and Smoked Trout Spread! I was smitten by the Roasted Beet & Burrata Salad, which was so beautifully put together. We actually had to take a little of each item home, as the portions were so huge and we filled up more than we intended to, before our entrees even arrived! My husband enjoyed the Slow-Roasted Prime Rib and I the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken! We were much too full for dessert, but we will definitely return!“

Parking is limited, but we found some nearby at a strip center. 4/5 - Complimentary Tostadas: Served with pico de gallo, salsa and bean dip. Really good. 4/5 - Horchata 4/5 - Eggs, Beans & Carne Asada: My husband requested this (since it's not on the menu) and they made it for him. He was very happy. 2/5 - Beef Machaca: The beans and rice and tostada were really good. I didn't love the machaca though. The food came out to 3.5 stars. So, I obviously thought, probably garbage, but for the price, I'll try it.I walked in and was immediately greeted by the host. He seated me right away, brought me water, and kept it flowing.Key things I loved right off the bat. Naan and Garlic Naan are served as part of the meal. Chai is also served as part of the meal.At most places they will give you water, but no other options unless the price has gone up for a weekend style buffet. Also most places will give you Naan but if you want garlic it costs extra.So, we were already off to a better than 2 star rating.Now the buffet spread. Everything was clearly labeled.One other thing I liked is they kept the vegetarian dishes on one side and the meat dishes on the other, as to not mingle the foods by accident. My friend had a hay day about that one time we went to go eat.I tried a little of everything.I have to say the only thong I wasn't super impressed by was the chicken curry rice option. “I've been here twice now and I must say I am very pleased. The first time I got one of their pastas I got the rigatoni and spicy vodka sauce and it was a creamy delight but just the right amount. I went again for my moms birthday Friday night and ordered the Parmesan crusted halibut and it was perfectly cooked, moist, well seasoned, and cleverly balanced with the amount of parmesan on the crust of the fish. Their wine list is wonderful too providing excellent reds/whites/roses from highly rated regions so the pairings with the food helps balance out the flavors nicely. Very happy with both experiences and would highly recommend this place!“

“Hands down best burrito(American style) in the valley. The soup is a hidden gem as well, I would say it is one of the best things on the menu, no matter what you get atleast get it on the side. Owner is also very nice, polite and professional to everyone. “Shout out to Ximena for going above and beyond to provide the best customer service! It was my first time going to this location. I ordered online, and when I went to pick up, I could not find the store in the shopping center. I called and Ximena answered the phone and asked me where in the shopping center I was and was able to provide directions to me. She went as far as coming out of the restaurant, located me while still having me on the phone to make sure I made it. I also noticed that the rest of the employees were very kind and made sure the guests were fully satisfied. I ordered the shrimp bowl with salad and it was fresh and delicious.“

“This place hits the sweet spot in your tummy. I was craving Mexican but not just any Mexican food. I was craving good quality Mexican food. When I have a craving for high quality authentic Mexican food I know to come here. It was 15 minutes before they were closing and I was wondering if it was yo Kate to order for pickup. They said no problem and that it would be ready in 15 mins. So my husband and I hopped literally across the street to go pick it up as soon as we had orders it. We got to sit and chat for a few since we got there early and before we knew it we had our food and were walking right back across the street to eat in the comfort of our homes. The food was delicious as we already know it to be. Our favorites we ordered were the: 7 Mares dinner (7 Seafood) (YUM!!!) “First let me start this off by mentioning how FURIOUS I was when I left the hub yesterday. I ordered my food inside and waited an hour to finally receive it. I was like super mad... I even asked the cashier to let the owner of MGF know how angry and annoyed I was LOL. I was complaining the whole way home that I would never go back. Let me tell you something though.. My attitude completely changed when I opened up the bag of food at my house.. Holy shit. The food was phenomenal. I ordered the catfish, Mac and cheese and bbq baked beans. This food was . Like stupid good. Like so good I'm definitely going back and definitely waiting an hour if I have to (I'll place the order on the app next time in advance.) The catfish was super delicate and perfectly seasoned it was perfect... probably the best I ever had. The Mac and cheese and baked beans were the best I've ordered from anywhere in a long time. The cornbread was fire. The meal was so good my wife and I are low key planning a picnic somewhere soon, JUST so we can order the bucket of chicken that they offer so we can try that. My current message to the owner is: Your food is insanely good. 11/10 exceptional. It's still not right to make people wait an hour for it, y'all got to get a more efficient system back there because that's just crazy. Glad one is closer to where I live and I don't have to drive to Northridge for the other location. I URGE anyone who wants sushi to give them a call, reserve a table, and just enjoy. I can't wait to return. If anyone wants any recommendations, here are our orders (in order of when we place them). Again, this is just preference, everything is amazing. We are a party of 4 and DEFINITELY, can eat. First order: Edamame (plain, spicy, or both), shishito peppers, spicy tuna with crispy rice, extra ginger and wasabi. Second order: 1 order Tuna, salmon, and yellowtail nigiri, 2 orders of albacore(each order of nigiri usually comes in 2 pieces so keep this in mind), and a spicy tuna roll. Third order: Roasted jalapeño role, lemon role, creamy Langostino roll, albacore lovers role, and got sushi role.“

After 4pm it's 29.99 and it's 29.99 on weekends but if you're a senior citizen you get a discount of 10 %Parking: A lot of parking but it is a busy shopping center in between a laundromat and a grocery store so you do have to do a few rounds but you will get a spot and it's free parking.
