“My daughter treated me to Mother's day dinner. After getting seated our waiter Carlos came by introduced himself and asked if it was our first time. We said yes. He was very welcoming and patient with us. His service was OUTSTANDING! Best we've had! His attention to making sure our drinks stayed full and if he could get us anything else made our visit very pleasant. After reading some reviews we we're kind of nervous BUT his service changed all that. He brought out hot soft rolls and mentioned they were actually house made Hawaiian rolls!!! As appetizers we orderd the glazed steak bites w asparagus. Delicious! Both kids ate up the asparagus! Both kids had chicken alfredo. They could not stop raving how good it was! The honey and I had new York steak. Everything was delicious and hot. We will definitely be going back.”

We had the mozzarella sticks which were really great, the spicy marinara sauce was yummy but it should be served warm not refrigerator cold; also, the ranch dressing should be serve without the lid on it for presentation purposes (kind of tacky).
The chicken and shrimp dish was delicious!!
The Shag cocktail was really delicious and definitely plenty to share!!
They were accommodating when we asked for the channel to be changed to the Olympics.
The service was good.

I do not understand how you could act like that towards your server despite the fact all of you are grown adults. We heard you saying how if she didn’t give you any discounts you were going to find something to complain about and weren’t going to tip her, right after she walked away. She gave you, as well as, us great service. We even heard her trying to fix an issue with one of the dishes. How are you going to complain about the food and still take the rest home with you? And still expect a discount? You were all too old to be acting like that. Cristina if you happen to see this, you did great. I just wanted you to know that there was nothing more that you could have done to make those people happy. They seemed set to complain to get discounts since the moment they got there.”

“I come here often mostly for the twisters and shakes because no one makes them like Foster Freeze in Porterville, so Im more than willing to drive across town just to get a few large cups of rocky road, and strawberry cheesecake twisters. My kids and I are also fans of the dipped cones. I've do order food from time to time when hunger strikes, but I mostly come for the frozen treats. They never disappoint.”

“A nice, cozy, Hawaiian themed restaurant with friendly staff and good food. It can get a little pricy at times.

The staff are usually helpful, but the girl with glasses is very nice and extremely helpful. She has been very friendly and I very highly doubt she’d ever be rude to a customer. She helps pick out plates, is very patient, and is very competent. The workers go above and beyond when they can!

The food is good, though it can vary from time to time. It’s usually good, but sometimes it’s excellent.”

“Stopped by here on the way home to LA from Yosemite. Very extensive menu with lots of options. Good food and prices, vegetarian options are available as well. Even if they weren't on the menu, we asked about Tofu Pho and they accomodated. Portions are great too, we had leftovers that we ate once we arrived home. Would stop by again if we're ever in the area.”

“The food is how you would get it at home. The tortillas on the tacos are a little too raw for me, but my Dad loves them that way. They don't dip them in oil how most places do, so if you're going for a less calorie taco, this is the place. The meat is fresh and they put plenty in your tacos. The tortas are delicious also. They always have a variety of aguas frescas and also bottled or canned drinks. The tables have been widened so they aren't super skinny like before. You can sit and enjoy the food. It's clean and chill there.”

“I was so excited when a new hotdog place was coming to this town! Everything was phenomenal; the customer service was excellence; it makes me feel welcome to come back again! They help out with recommendations on what to get!

Once I placed my order, it came in 2 minutes; that is the fastest I have ever received my food! The food was piping hot! Lots of wonderful flavors! The hotdog was nice and juicy! The peach tea was unsweetened, but I did taste the sugar after all; it was just at the bottom!

There isn’t enough parking in the front, but there’s more parking in the back! Inside, there’s a little bit of sitting; there is a nice patio outside with plenty of tables to sit on! The place is nice outside with good lighting! The place was nice and clean!”

Some items, such as croissants, have a crispy crust and soft crumb, while others, such as cakes, seem overly sweet and greasy.
The service at the bakery is fairly quick, but not particularly friendly. The salespeople are polite, but do not show much interest in customers. The prices at the bakery are average for the city. They correspond to the quality of the products used and the size of the portions.”

I will be back to try some other items and definitely getting a funnel cake...I haven't been able to find a place in Visalia that makes funnel cakes.”

“SB Express is specifically a drive-thru only with a walk up window. No seating and only a few parking spots. The food is great it’s just a little tight when it comes to pulling through the parking lot! The service can be slow, so be prepared to wait, but it’s worth it!”

“if I could give a LOT more stars, I would proudly with no hesitation! long story short my husband took our daughter to the ER (negative on RSV n Covid) but deep nasty cough that no parent wants to hear. Doctor recommended a good bowl of chicken noodle and my mind went straight to Panera bread(is a huge favorite of mine especially when I was pregnant with our daughter). There is less than 10 minutes before closing and they hadn't even been given medicine or discharged. I called ahead and explained what was going on if they had any chicken noodle available if they'd mind waiting a while longer past closing. No hesitation and arms wide open gave me instructions in what to have my ride do as I was home with our other child. HUGE THANK YOU not only for the delicious classic but for the best customer service in going past expectations in your job title as employee/manager.”

However, i only gave 4 stars because they were out of gluten free crust, garlic pesto sauce, pineapple, and plates. Like HOW are yall out of all those things. They gave me the wrong order, they immediately fixed the order as soon as I called them. I was willing to drive there to get my Shrimp Chow Mein. I showed up, tbe cashier/host explained it was a simple mix up. To which, he kindly gave me free soda for my troubles. Great customer service. Thank you. I will be returning.
