“We ordered avocado smoothie and tiger frosty milk (no boba, with caramel).
Avocado one has very light flavor (3 stars)
Frosty tiger is just shaved milk with a little bit flavor of caramel, so I asked to give more of caramel and they fixed it. Its much better so order with a lot of caramel at the first place would be better! I appreciated they did my favor.

I live in vallejo and the nearest poke one for me is in benicia… which cost me $20 all the time.. whenever I am near I always come to this place. this one is a good price and the portion fill me up so much 100% would recommend if you are looking to get filled up. “I like that the interior has a very luxurious feel to it. The choice of colors, materials, and furniture are spot on. I would love to see more Kirby decorations inside. People like myself who dont know about Kirby wouldn't know that the name of this boba place is actually Kiby's world, which is called Dream. I would add and highlight that more inside. I feel there aren't enough decorations or explanations, which would totally not do Kirby any justice. Maybe even having a drink where people can get a Kirby toy out of the bottom like other boba spots would be super cute and a great idea too! Moving onto the products purchased! My drink was actually really good, not too sweet, and so pretty. They used real fruit and it was a great amount for a decent good price. I'd like to have the option to make it a tad sweetee, that would've been perfect. We also ordered a side of popcorn chicken, and honestly, I was not impressed. The portions was very small, no seasoning, and it looked like you warmed up the pop corn chicken in the microwave. I suggest trying out other Boba spots and comparing portions and display to see what I mean. Usually pop corn chicken is fried, crispy, and has an array of seasoning and seasoning options as well as a few garnishes. I understand every place does it differently but I believe this would really add to the dish. Anywhere I'll be back to try more dishes and drinks!“

“Got this place after so long as T4 is my main place to get boba since I barely get it, I got the mango milk boba bc I can’t have caffeine and it was 10/10! Their menu has shocked me bc it has so much more food than when I last came so I am definitely going to be back to the try the whole menu! I had the spicy Korean BBQ banh mi with chicken and it did not disappoint and was hot and spicy (just a heads up for those losers who can’t handle spice) and it was 10/10! Don’t worry about the reviews people leave you have to come try it for yourself, it is still a roughly new business I think and I think they’re headed in a good direction offering more food than before and good boba drinks! I will definitely be back again to try the rice plates, vermicelli noodles, and the ones I’m most excited for, saigon street fries! “Whenever I'm in the area, I always stop by Tea Bay for a cold drink. I get the mango avocado every time—it’s made so well and never disappoints. So far, three different people have made it, and each one nailed it. I haven’t tried the other drinks yet, but if they’re anything like this one, I’m sure they’re great too. “I came to One Tree for the sole mission to finish some work tasks at night. It’s a good size with plenty of seating. I brought the Thai Tea with Almond Milk, agar boba, no ice, and no added sugar. I’m glad I did as it was definitely sweet enough on its own with the sweetened milk. It wasn’t too strong which was perfect for me as I’m sensitive to caffeine. The only thing downside I would say is the bathroom. It was hard to access during the time I was there as there is only one stall and was a busy night. However, I highly recommend this place.“

“I absolutely love this place! During quarantine I would come by from time to time because it was the only great bubble tea spot that is beyond amazing . The prices are really good for the different variety of drinks, the bubble tea always comes out very refreshing, very pretty with the decor they put up, and my favorite part of the store is how welcoming and kind the staff is each visit. A lot of places can create bubble tea but when there is staff who make customers feel welcomed and valued that’s what really sets the bar. They are also very helpful too! It was pretty good and the presentation was just too cute! However, not enough meat for me. My sisters loved it.

Drinks: tried several and I've liked them all. Make sure to get less sugar.

Service: Staff were friendly. Our only interaction was pickup order. I thought it took a little too long for our items to come out.

Atmosphere: it's just BEAUTIFUL at this location. Lots of photo op.

The location is not big , but has pretty much decent capacity for customers who are willing to dine in. Yes ! They offer different types of services dining in, to go , and delivery which like most other food chain restaurants or regular coffee shops. In addition, the prices are pretty much decent for the different types of drinks you order, also California is getting expensive, so nothing is cheap anymore. One thing about this location really caught my attention that the quality of their ingredients, and products are really good, and fresh, so the quality of drinks , and food is good. They are wheelchair accessible, and friendly, but the seats are not comfortable for a bodily disabled individual, so use your own accommodations. The parking is big, and you can easily find parking spots including handicapped areas. My experience was good , and I got my favorite drink with extra ingredients, also they do listen to customers concerns, and take care of them, so I will definitely return, and will definitely recommend. “This is really a hidden gem, best dumplings I’ve had in a long time. All dumplings are made by hand and are very delicious. Seeing is believing, and I saw the lady making the dumplings. I ordered wonton soup, which was very tasty. My wife ordered steamed dumplings that was delicious, and I ordered the fried dumplings. My wife also ordered Ube steamed buns 😁. The pickled cucumbers wasn’t spicy, but was flavorful. ( I can’t eat a lot of spicy foods) every once in awhile is ok. I took home my fried dumplings some of my wife’s steamed dumplings and the pickled cucumbers for an add on for our evening meal. From where I was sitting I could see Folsom Dam. Traveling 10 miles for some delicious dumpling was worth the distance.“
