“I was just invited for my Birthday Afternoon Tea Celebration at this wonderful venue! Everything was perfect..The food, the atmosphere, the staff and Willie himself! The attention to detail was much appreciated. Lovely tea service, the live harp music, beautifully presented food. Our waiter made sure our yummy Vanilla Earl Grey Tea was always refreshed and hot. Highly recommend this cool and elegant restaurant! Can’t wait to come back!!”

“Just discovered this place two weeks ago and we’ve brought friends here twice now. The food is soooo good. I’ve had the chicken gyro both times and friends have all had lamb in different forms. Very delicious. I don’t know how the thin sliced meat isn’t dry or overcooked as it usually is elsewhere. Large portions, great prices and comfortable chairs too.”

Ok so what went great? Everything..... Upon walking in had a conversation with Marvin.... HE HAS THE BIGGEST SMILE BY THE WAY AND YOU JUST FEEL HIS PERSONABLE ENERGY..........

We had Christian as our server.... By the way just as a side not I feel it is important to know ur audience to understand the correct pairing on the staff/client relationship and THEY NAILED IT!!!!! Christian was very polite, GREAT attitude, great small talk (congrats on 4 yrs and he brags about the staff he works with---- this speaks HIGH volumes of management).

It was a delight to have Marvin, Christian and the other staff members willing to take pics of us because my sister and I are a part of the Foodie group & promote the restaurants this way!!!

The ambiance absolutely gorgeous. I do have a suggestion though .... the lights in the pool can be a cool energy Lavender color and I believe that will complement the lighting and absolutely pop.

The food ---THANK YOU CHEF. So, I ordered WELL DONE (YES, I SAID IT) Filet mignon and not only was it cooked correctly but super tender.

I am definitely glad to be the ONLY person to ever stump Marvin on the question of the salt & pepper shakers!!!! Also, Sara & I are available for design suggestions once items picked out (I have an extended work background in construction & design).

This place is definitely worth it.

“I live in Irvine & commute to work once a month & I try not to ever leave Rancho Mirage without stopping at my favorite bakery & sandwich shop. I go to the small one inside Clark's Nutrition & their sandwiches always hit!!! I sometimes also grab a loaf of fresh bread, bagels or the Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.

We shared the Bystander on jalapeno cheddar bread & the Prime Cut on rye bread. My reliable option is the Aspen on a croissant. SO GOOD! I am never disappointed in anything I try there. My assistant tells me the full store in Palm Springs is even better & I cannot wait to try it.”

“While dining earlier this week, our server mentioned the casino in Cathedral City, Agua Caliente, he thought it had one of the more relaxed atmospheres around. We went to gamble yesterday afternoon and our server was correct! We took turns on this one machine and within 30 minutes we cashed out and moved to the $10 BJ table. My GF played and she's not a player but today, luck was on her side, big time!
After her initial bet, she never had to use her money. At least 10 straight wins with one being a double blackjack on Ace splits. Our meager earnings bought us this dinner and paid for our hotel stay!!

Sorry, now about the dinner! I wanted the bone in ribeye but decided on the ribeye, medium rare, with pepper corn sauce and added the scallops. I probably should have home with medium since the steak was fairly thick! My GF got the salmon and we split a Caesar salad and baked sweet potato. We thought the salmon filet was a little small, but it was very good. Everything was really delicious, they even brought out a delicious mini cheesecake for Rosemary's b'day celebration!”

“This guy diner has the ambiance and people. The service is excellence. The hood is comforting n good. It’s not Michelin five star restaurant but fun neighborly gathering for family n friends.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are available. From pancakes to omelets. They service plenty. Price is competitive with other restaurants.

The fish was not battered and deep fried. No ... pan fried and not overcooked as is often the base. Well presented as well.”

“It's a hotel restaurant so I don't think it should compare it to other high end places, but given that we thought the food was good although certainly a bit on the expensive side. Being family friendly with kids meals at a family resort makes it a decent balance of nice steaks and entrees that your kids can also eat at and not feel like it's too fancy.”
