Finally, we tried the self-checkout, but the credit card reader wasn’t working. So we waited for five more minutes. She still ignored us. “My family and I LOVE NBC, so much better than any overrated cupcake place. Today’s experience was extra special because my kids got to meet the baker Kaden who came out to greet us and chat briefly about our favorite carrot cake. He made a birthday extra special without even knowing it’s for a birthday! We definitely come to NBC for the sweet tooth but the icing on the cake is the sweet employees like Kaden and Carmel Valley and Lai at Mission valley. Please do convey my gratitude“
