Adam started off with giving us great recommendations, asked about our preferences, and even asked about how our day was going. This kind of attitude deserves attention. “Today was a good day because it's the weekend, skies are blue and I got to go to The Hat for lunch! So many items on the menu but I always get the Pastrami Dip. I've tried other places but it's just not the same. My kids always get the chili cheese fries. Again, something you can get anywhere but The Hat does them the best! Went through drive-thru, fast service, no complaints at all.“

“I took my girlfriend here for lunch after hearing about all the hype of board and brew. I was not disappointed. This was my first time at this lovely establishment and I have become a lifetime customer. Our bartender Sarah was phenomenal, this woman deserves a raise. “It is hands down the best sandwich spot in orange county. I everything from the fresh bread baked daily, down to the in house made cookies and brownies that come with every order.I always enjoy the #1. It's a turkey sandwich on rosemary ciabatta , with avocado, bacon, and a sweet onion relish. I Potato salad, and a brownie. Everything is 13.95 on the menu and they're all 3 course.It is not open on the weekends and closes early. It is a must try for anyone living in Orange County. “I’m very picky with sandwiches and I must say these are the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. My girlfriend and I love the “Hot T” and enjoy the cookie that comes with every sandwich. Always seem to crave it past 8 PM. Wish they were open later, but an absolutely splendid sandwich 11/10“

“Drove past this place many times and never thought anything of it . Today I wanted a classic deli Sandwhich that wasn't subway and this place did not disappoint . The bread was so chewy and soft .I ordered the truly vegan sandwich! Most Sandwhich shops do not add a vegan sandwich even though they have all the veggies for it. Mr pickles does though and they added a heaping full of all the ingredients. The only thing I regret is not getting a giant pickle with my sandwich! The delivery came on time and they even through a cookie in ! I will keep coming back to this spot !!!!!!“

“This Ikes is really great, partly because of this guy at the register, who is so friendly and kind and helpful. He even convinced me to sign up for the rewards program, which I don't usually do but he is just so informative and helpful that I did it. “The breakfast burritos are bomb!! Still thinking about it. Minus 1 star for customer service. I ordered at the location, 2 burritos and 2 lattes. The lattes are from a simple machine, but they left it sitting for quite awhile. Once I reminded him, he gave it to me, and it was lukewarm. I told him that it has been ready for awhile and that it's warm now, and that I'd like a new one that's hot. He wasn't too happy about.“

“Stayed at Hampton Inn. I ordered from my phone in the lobby. Went up stairs. Got to my room, sent 3 texts and 'knock knock knock'. I have heard the commercials, but this was scary fast!! They would 100% legit have beat police or fire fighters there. You want food in under 10 mins from order to delivery? Do this Jimmy Johns. Food is good. To be honest, JJ is not my favorite sandwich place. I don't think the food is "great", but it is what I expected and it was good. So, I do recommend it.“

“Alton Cafe is def a hole in the wall place if you want quick, yummy food during lunch. Alton Cafe is my go-to spot for lunch since it's around the corner from where I work. They have all sort of entrees from breakfast, sandwiches, salads, and poke bowls. My usual order would be a turkey, swiss sandwich on a croissant which is to die for, but my review today will be for their poke bowls. For their poke bowls, you're able to choose between 3 or 5 scoops which is either $10 or $11 which is such a steal. From there, you can customize your bowl to you liking by choosing your base, sides, protein, sauces and toppings. My poke bowl tasted super fresh, the quality of fish was super good. The portions are huge as well so a 5 scoop def made me full. Overall, don't sleep on Alton Cafe. It has the best lunches!“

It was generously loaded with meat, toasted to perfection, and abundantly populated with fresh veg. The spreads were proportionate, the wrap up was perfect, and the cookie was warm. Everything about this eating experience was amazing. I can confidently say this is the best Subway I've ever been to.Not to mention the woman behind the counter, who I assume to be the owner, was INCREDIBLY sweet. I was transported back to a time when my mom would make me sandwiches when I came inside after a long day of play.In closing...yes, this is still a Subway, but it's a special one. “Wow! What great service at this location in Ladera Ranch! It's so rare to find someone going above and beyond in customer service these days (ever since Covid). I had been craving a big salad and will come here every so often. I did a BYO and they didn't have the option to mark "spinach" so I had forgotten but the cashier (I think the manager?) reminded me and asked me if I wanted that too and I was like, omg that's why I came here, yes! Then she realized that they had run out so this amazing woman offered to go get some for me!!! She dashed out to the grocery store nearby and I got the salad I was craving! “I loved TOGOs growing up in SoCal so I was thrilled this location is here when I moved back to South OC. Their Sourdough bread is the best sandwich bread imo. I can't get enough of their #24 Turkey+ Avocado. I constantly drive out of my way to get TOGOs and I've yet to be disappointed!“

“The Houston is my favorite and go to panini here. Love that it’s family owned. Yeah service is not as fast as a franchise place but the sandwiches are worth the wait IMO. “Fast service, good preparation, and mobile order is great! This location is very busy, but they get you in and out quickly. The are located inside of Shell so I typically park in the lot to the left of the gas station to avoid the fueling crowd and that saves me time. The food has always been what you would expect from a Subway and they don't try and push up-sales. They do offer the upgrades, but they are not pushy like other locations. The location is clean and that's a great thing to see in any food service location.“

“This is by far my favorite spot to get a good chicken Philly cheese steak. My advice, don't skimp on the chicken California. It's so good and I get it with extra cheese which is so worth it. Side of fries and a crisp fountain drink will set you up for success and definitely a food coma. I also tried their buffalo chicken version which was good but I'll stick to the chicken California. It's in a mall so atmosphere is a little plain. Overall I plan to keep coming back for more.Parking: It's a mall so depending on the time there is usually plenty of parking. Just avoid during the Holidays.“

Since I was having my car serviced, I stopped to have lunch at this location. You pay for and pick up your meal at the front counter. For my Appetizer: cheese & broccoli soup; One cup of fresh & hot soup. Delish! My Entrée; turkey sandwich combo; Extra turkey in a toasted wheat bun with; spinach, tomato, cucumber, red onion, avocado, & Swiss cheese. sides; potato chips, cookie, & a drink. Delicious! “I took my mom there two days ago so she could get her favorite, the cold cut combo sandwich. My experience was made to be a wonderfully positive one, all due to the young man behind the counter who was also the sandwich artist who put my mom's sandwich together. Eric is a young man around 20, but his demeanor and customer service by far exceed that of his cohorts. At the time that our youth cannot even pried away from their mobile devices and Tic Toc, Eric was handling the store all by himself ( Hey Subway, this kid is upper management material, allow him to grow). The place was clean, and Eric was friendly and welcoming. He followed my mother's extra demanding and detailed order to take out the inside of the bread before making the sandwhich and cutting it into 4 pieces, and so on. Eric followed my mom's requests with a pleasant and kind attitude. Basically, Eric turned an ordinary visit to the local Subway into an extraordinary experience at the local Subway.
