“SO GOOD. 100/10 , would recommend to anyone who listens to me.
I recently visited Hawaii’ and came back on a hunt for good poke in LA. While we are lucky in LA to have amazing food options , gooooood poke was somewhat of a challenge.
But then the gods blessed me with a recommendation of Jus’ Poke. Must be the good karma coming back to me because it’s INCREDIBLE.
I brought my mom and grandma , who is an immigrant from a Slavic country and very hard to impress with food and she loved this place.
Love the people working there as well. The guys are always welcoming and kind.
Pro tip for extra whimsy : grab a bowl and head to the beach for a sunset dinner. ✨“

“The green salad and fried shrimps lacked the taste, which sounded mediocre. However, the macaroni one and dumplings (I forgot the name) were okay, while the yakisoba was tenderly good. Even the service was excellent with a fantastic atmosphere. Loved the restaurant since it was good to visit, as I'd recommend it.“

“Took the fambam here after coming home from Kauai and man o man the Loco moco here was way better than what we had in Kauai. The poke is fresh and very tasty. Come get you some great food. On Tuesday they have buy one pound of poke get one free. That's crazy, but this is awesome.“

“For a small take out poke place, this was great. The fish was fresh, and all the ingredients in our poke bowls were well thought out. We had the mango albacore poke bowl and the shitake chili tofu bowl.

Lots of people came and picked up takeout. They do have two small tables in the front on the sidewalk. I would definitely get their poke bowls again. Not much atmosphere needless to say.“

“15+ years and this is the only L&L location I’ll go to. Located at Torrance Crossroads, easy to find, easy to park.

The owners and staff are the best here. What can I say, they’re always super welcoming and friendly, service is quick and accommodating.

Food-wise, you really can’t go wrong with any of their options, it’s perfect for any occasion. We’ve ordered their catering options as well for parties (half, full, etc.) and everyone loves it.

Price to portion ratio is excellent, especially the portions are very generous. We tend to always take it for take-out and one thing we always get is the mini chicken katsu plate with double macaroni. The mini is a lot, I’ll have leftovers for another meal. Crispy chicken katsu with the delicious sauce. The macaroni is great to pair with the katsu.

The bbq mix plate is delicious as well, the proteins (chicken, been and short rib kalbi) is well marinated with lots of flavor. I don’t think I even need any extra sauce with them. I do prefer the chicken over the beef, but I’m biased and not the biggest of fan of bulgogi style beef.

Other items I’ve enjoyed on their menu include spam musubi, pineapple chicken and the mahi mahi.

There’s really a lot of options. It’s a quick dining option with quality food.“

The ingredients are always fresh, and there are plenty of ready options to choose from. The service could use some improvement, but overall, it’s still a great place to visit for a satisfying meal.“

“Gardena’s gem of a restaurant. Great food, atmosphere all with authentic food with a Hawaiian flair. I enjoyed a kalbi bento (it’s not on the menu but they will gladly make it for you with double Mac salad). I also had the famous chili which is THAT good. “Went here with my mother on Friday, September 12, 2025. They have so many delicious looking selections! My mother decided to get the Hawaiian BBQ Trio. It is $15.99 plus taxes. You are provided three different types of meat- pork, beef and chicken and macaroni and rice. I chose the fried rice. It was $13.99 plus taxes. They only advertise the Shrimp Fried Rice and since I'm not a Shrimp fan I asked if I could substitute it for a different meat. The attendant said sure would you like beef or chicken. I opted for the beef. She said no problem and substituted the meat for no extra charge. The food came out very hot within 10 minutes! They also provide bar-b-que sauce for each meal, napkins and forks. We both thought that our food tasted really good. We would definitely go back.“

Poke was great! Loved all the topping and mix in options and the fish tasted fresh. Very good. The avocado I got was weirdly hard and really not edible… couldn’t even chew it, but I’m guessing it was just a fluke avocado situation. (You know how avocados can be. 🤷🏻‍♀️) Sauces were thick and flavorful. Best poke spot I’ve found in the area. 😋

Bonus points for a nice outdoor seating (with umbrellas!) and also a great location close enough to grab it to-go and head out for a beach picnic.“

Love that their macaroni salad doesn't have tuna! But this time is tasted over cooked with too much mayonnaise.

The loco moco patties tasted frozen & gravy wasn't very good . . ($16)

The mixed BBQ plate comes with a lot of meat, a couple scoops of tice, & Mac salad. ($19)

They don't have the original Red Rooster Siracha anymore .. bummer.“

“I love this place. I go almost at least once a week. The employees are wonderful. I have never had a bad or sad poke bowl. Everything is fresh. Trying to stay on the healthy side, I order small scoop of rice and all the sides they offer except for wasabi. My eyes are bigger than my stomach, but I have always restrain from getting the large. Two scoops of protein, which consist of tuna and salmon. A lovely alternative to fast foods. I highly recommend Mono Poke!“
