“Located on the northeast corner of Sherman Way and Wilbur in a small strip mall. Parking is free but does get crowded. This little restaurant is a gem. Not a huge menu but the food is amazing. Their Pho broth is among the best I’ve ever had. Other than water, all the drinks available are bottled or canned.”

My son ordered Joojeh Kabsb, which was juicy and flavorful, served with a side of rice. I ordered Abgoosht, and I loved how fresh and well-seasoned it was. It reminded me my childhood traditional abgoosht places in Tehran.

Ordered the pho combination and some spring rolls on the side. Service was quick, portions were solid, and the flavors was Deep, rich, and straight-up authentic. That broth hit all the right notes. Spring rolls were fresh, and dipping them in that peanut sauce to Perfection. Had some soup left, so I threw in steamed rice...texture was spot on. Everything just felt right. Once you’re in and seated you realize most everyone is a regular, and the staff is warm and welcoming. And the food is seriously stellar. I had the Bullet (their original recipe since 1954), my girlfriend the Huevos Rancheros. You can taste the time and care that goes into making everything from scratch. I don’t usually go places more than once but look forward to becoming a regular here and trying more on the menu.”

“This is my favorite Thai place. This gem is small but mighty. Their food is always so good, my favorites are the yellow curry with chicken, pad see ew with chicken and their beef salad. The lava cake with ice cream is the best ending. Portions are nicely sized. The lunch specials are perfect during the week. Delivery is always quick, and the drivers are so friendly. I also love the thai iced coffee. I highly recommend this restaurant for delicious Thai cuisine.”

We understand that everything is getting expensive but they made portion size way little. Do yourself a favor and check it out if you like old fashioned fish and chips. Hopefully you'll eat it soon after getting it. Like most foods it's best when fresh and hot.”

“It was crispy noodle type of day and I wanted one badly that day. I stumbled upon this low key Chinese restaurant. The entrance is at the back facing the parking lot. Next to the restaurant is a bar that seems to attract chunky dudes who likes motorcycles. Frankly the entrance looks a bit sus.

Upon stepping in you’ll recognize it to be quintessential family run Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood. Only thing missing is the obligatory owner’s child doing homework in a corner table lol.

The crispy noodles I ordered was the one topped with prawn and veggies. The serving was quite generous and nicely plated. $14.95 for such a good serving! Other than maybe a bit more shrimp I’ll say it was a 👍👍
