“First time going in , food was pretty, good service, friendly people. Cant wait to go back a try something else. Thanks for taking the time to read my short review ?Vegetarian options: NonDietary restrictions: Just askParking: Huge lotKid-friendliness: Of courseWheelchair accessibility: Not sure“
“I love the food, but the cobblers are awful. I had the blackberry and it was watery, tasteless, no sugar at all added. Obvious they don't know how to make fruit feeling for a pie. They'd do better to buy the canned stuff. Yuck! ? ? ? ?“
“Great experience at this restaurant. Yummy food that is beautifully plated, attentive, and friendly staff earned 5 stars from me. We had the braised pork shank that was so tender it fell off the bone! Also enjoyed the Mussels and shrimp Piccata. The lamb meatball appetizer was a bit dry, but the flavor was great. Otherwise, our meal was wonderful. I'm looking forward to returning to try more dishes!Parking: Right next door“
“My family and I go to Skips semi frequently for their seriously good hamburgers. It's comparably priced to the fast food chains but with much better food. The staff are always really nice and I've had zero complaints on several visits I've made. I recommend trying it at least once?“
“Charming local restaurant with friendly family vibe and delicious food at reasonable prices. Our group of eight enjoyed a fabulous lunch of very generously portioned gourmet sandwiches with yummy asparagus soup side, and beautifully grilled artichoke appetizers. Will definitely be back to check out Sunday brunch and dinner menu.“
“Came for dinner when we couldn't find any other restaurant open after a night of line dancing. How lucky we did! We still haven't stopped talking about how delicious the deviled eggs were or how we wiped our plates with our fingers to get every morsel. The only thing we didn't order was our table - it was drafty and cold.“
“Last night we had the privelage of dining at Localis for the Returning To Thailand - A Story of Redemption menu. This was the best meal of my entire life. Chef Chris and his amazing team have outdone themselves. From start to finish I would not have changed a single thing. Every bite was pure bliss and at times I felt myself get emotional. Some people eat to live but I live to eat meals like this. If you have ever been on the fence I urge you to treat yourself to an experience at Localis. Redeemed is an understatement.“
“We had a great dinner this last Saturday night. First, we were seated in a comfy, centrally located booth in the dining room. The food was delicious. Their bread service is excellent! It's so tasty. My wife and I both started with the onion and leek soup. Their French onion is a good one. Next, I had the 8oz. filet Mignon with the truffle butter and red wine sauce. It was perfectly prepared to my requested medium rare. For a side, I went with the loaded baked potato. It was huge! It was baked perfectly, though it would have benefited by being salt crusted, rather than plain. My wife just had a house salad, which she enjoyed. Excellent selection of wines by the glass. Service was professional, attentive, and friendly.“
“We had a very pleasant dining experience at Canon. The menu is not extensive but still offers a nice variety of options. We appreciated that there were some unique and creative items on offer. For example, we were unfamiliar with lamb pave, but gave it a try and loved it. Our waitperson, a young woman, was very knowledgeable of every item we inquired about and made some excellent recommendations. The large platters are intended for sharing. Even the small plates are good sized. We are early diners and enjoyed a quiet ambiance during most of our meal. As we were finishing, the noise level had matched up significantly. We will definitely return.“
“Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating for dietary restrictions. I’m gluten free. My boyfriend is dairy free. Every time we eat hear there are always options and sometimes they can make things specifically to meet our dietary restrictions. They also have the best gelato and sorbet.“
“Michelin recommended restaurant (as of 2024) with great food, amazing service, and a massive drink menu.We made a reservation for valentines day and they had a special 5 course valentines menu. All the food was fantastic and unique in both flavor and execution.“
“Absolutely lives up in to the hype. I’ve been to tons of Michelin starred restaurants but The Kitchen is DIFFERENT. It’s somehow a mix of Michelin quality food/service while maintaining a rager atmosphere. When they say you can walk around the kitchen and ask questions, they really aren’t kidding. It’s an incredible experiences. I can’t recommend enough,“
“A little bit slow on the service but the waiter was very personable and the food amazing. He recommended one order of fries for the 4 of us for our sandwiches and it was more than enough! The French fries are delicious. Exotic meats available here too. We had pulled pork, Philly cheese steak and elk burger. I tried camel in the past. I would order it again!“
“Classic breakfast place with the most friendly staff. I have visited more than 10 times for breakfast. The food is simple and consistent and this is a no-nonsense restaurant. Most people who visit are regulars and the staff know them by name and even their orders. Reminded me of old country restaurants but in Sacramento city. Highly recommended.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking and doors“
“We enjoyed ourself at the Oyster Bar. Our waiters were super attentive, Alvina gave great recommendations & made sure our needs were met. We will be visiting again soon!Parking: Accessible parkingKid-friendliness: Great music & friendly atmosphere“
“Tower Cafe became a favorite when I moved here 25 years ago, and remains my go-to place for good food, good service, and wonderful atmosphere, indoors and out! The shaded garden dining area is a year-round pleasure, and the eclectic art from around the world displayed inside creates an endlessly fascinating environment. Plus, I've never had a dish I didn't like there! Easy to find, easy to park in the large lot shared with the theater, Perfect for a tete-a-tete, or a gathering of family and friends.“
“One of a kind experience. Unfortunately, the food was not as good as i was expecting for the price. The main course was plain and bland, nothing i can't make at home better, but the first 2 courses were amazing. The service was excellent! NOT for kids.“
“The food was amazing. Two of us got the chorizo sausage egg scramble which proved to be delicious. Two people in our party got the French Toast and said it was delicious. The mimosa carafes were very reasonable ($15) and everyone was friendly and accommodating“
“This is fine dining at its best. The timing in your order is on point. The bar can make any drink taste amazing. The food, my duck was more than fulfilling, the best I've had in a long time.Great for any occasion. You've got to come here!“
“Love love love this place! Parking is a little iffy. Definitely pay to park. The wait is a little bit or you can grab a seat at the bar for quicker eating. Cameron is the hardest working bar tendress I've ever seen. She makes some delicious looking stuff. The food we had was super flavorful. The regs there told us 2 items to try. So we did. They were wonderful. Got the Locomoto and Korean Fried Chicken. Super clean bathrooms and an actuall REAL handicapped room. Usually don't leave bathroom pics, but it was very handicapped friendly and even had a changing table for babies.Wheelchair accessibility: Huge wheelchair bathroom stall area“
“This is my boyfriend's go-to spot and he kept raving about how good it is, so of course I had to be the judge of that ;) We came in on a pretty busy Monday night, but were able to place our orders and snag a table. There's TVs all over so you won't miss out on anything no matter where you sit at. I got the Little Mule, which came with a sunny-side up egg. I absolutely loved the way the yolk oozed out. It was even better when I dipped the fries in it hehe. The fries themselves were really nice and crispy while maintaining a nice fluff to them. I liked how they used hawaiian rolls for their burgers, it adds a sweetness that balances out all the savory flavors. I took a bite of my boyfriend's burger and the chicken was super nice and juicy. He ordered a side of buffalo sauce which had a super unique flavor that was unlike any other buffalo sauces we've tried. It had a peppery undertone and was thicker than a normal buffalo sauce. Their burger patties are similar to a smash patty, so it has that nice crispy edge around it. I absolutely devoured mine since I was in the mood for a burger this night :p Everything was super good and I would totally come back to try out their other items :)!“
“The food here is great in this cozy little diner. They do have two rooms of seating and counter seats as well. I love the eggs benedict and hash browns extra crispy. The staff is super friendly and the environment is casual neighborhood eatery, enjoy it there!“
“I'm going to start by saying first off I'm not vegetarian, nor vegan, nor pescatarian. I have to state that because every time I've told someone about this place the first thing they ask me is if I'm any of those above categories. It shouldn't matter If I am or not because flat out the food here is amazing. Yes this restaurant provides a great alternative for those who are vegetarian or vegan for sure. But even for those that are not this place has truly has delicious foods that tantalizes the taste buds. This place has also showed me that it is possible to eat healthier and still have tasty food. I've even been inspired to cook at home or so after trying dishes at this place. Whether your vegan or vegetarian or not I highly recommend you give this place a try You may be surprised at how delicious the food truly is. One of my favorite dishes is there crispy brussel sprouts sometimes I ask them for a little bit extra crispy and the pairing with the pickled onions pomegranates and the feta cheese along with the balsamic reduction is truly a delightful flavor that has left a profound impression on my taste buds.Vegetarian options: My favorite items are the crispy brussel sprouts and the gnocchi. But there are several delicious items on this menu and you can't go wrong. The only one I haven't tried is the one involving red beets that's just a personal preference.“
“This place goes Kau-rayyyzyyy! Warm and comforting ambience, fantastic service, exceptional dishes and an awesome host running the floor…emitting an overall welcoming, fun and chill vibe. Possibly the best version of Eggs Benedict I have EVER had and don’t even get me started on the Chicken Long Rice-this dish for me felt made with love and soul! 20/10 thank you all for the amazing brunch and overall experience! ✨? “
“It was okay. I'd recommend the meat grills, however, which they cook in front of the restaurant. The pictures they have on the menu are not the same esp for the sides. I thought treatment wasn't as friendly towards females at least my experience of it. No ice for drinks.“
“We continue to have delightful experiences here - a result of the pleasant and happy staff paired with thoughtfully sourced and expertly crafted cuisine. Dining in this space you can feel that the team cares about the work they are doing and take pleasure in delivering excellent experiences to their guests. The service is warm and attentive, the cuisine is considered but not fussy - warm vibes and good eats, what else could one ask for? Highlights: winter BLT, Beet Panzanella, Pork Belly, you can’t go wrong.“
“The overall description for heat here is kind of interesting. Got the med + because it was hard to tell how hot to choose. They don't even offer the hot hot on dd so got the medium plus.Very quality chicken perfectly cooked and the spice level is enjoyable, but for a real heat seeker I would go for hot next time. Spice blend is nicely balanced with a max of flavor, chicken crispy after delivery.Big money sauce and dirty ranch quite fire and both easy on the pallette.“
“Shift Coffee House offers a solid grilled cheese sandwich — crispy on the outside with a generous amount of melted cheese on the inside. Their latte was well-crafted too, strong and smooth, great for a caffeine fix. The atmosphere is laid-back, making it a good spot for some focused work or a relaxed coffee break. A comfortable spot that gets the job done without too much fuss. The service here is also awesome and super friendly. Worth checking out if you’re in the area and need a bite or a sip while you tackle the to-do list!“
“Hook & Ladder always delivers a great food experience! Where else can you get chicken liver mousse on pan-fried thick country bread, with cherry mostarda? The monthly featured shrubs are delightful and fresh. It’s very nice to be on the secret garden style back patio again in this weather.I love reading the whole menu to discover their creative cocktail names.“
“The best sandwich I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot of them. I think it’s the bread, it’s perfect. It keeps the sandwich from being soggy, it’s crispy and flavorful. Also the woman selling the sandwiches is a ray of sunshine if you’re there because someone you love is in the hospital nearby.“
“The food was great, the service was quick and welcoming, and the atmosphere was very low key and we didn't feel rushed in any way. My only complaint was the prices, the food I would say was worth it, but more than 3 dollars for a drink felt like a bit much. Other than that. 9/10 would recommend“
“There are so many ramen restaurants that disappoint- this is the opposite. The broth is rich and flavorful, the pork is roasted to full flavor and texture, and the egg is suitably soft. Good luck finding better. The Banh Mi is similarly excellent. Origami Grill sticks to a simple menu and gets each item just right. Well done, all around.“
“Lovely restaurant. It is very modern and pretty inside. Menu is small, about 5 appetizers and 5 main courses to choose from. Changes seasonally. I had the citrus salad and halibut. The salad was so good! I know, a salad right? Trust me, it was delicious. Halibut was cooked perfectly. My date had the rib eye and artichoke soup. He said it was probably the best rib eye he's ever had. It had a mushroom tartlet that was good as well, but we both thought it would be perfect if maybe there was a small portion of fondant potatoes as well. Soup was alright, but he preferred the citrus salad over the soup, as the soup was more one dimensional. Service was good. Wine list was good. Old fashioned was also nice.“
“It's a great place downtown to have a quick bite. I had fish and chips the first time I visited there; sumptuous quantity too. I came back the next time with a few of my APS April Meeting colleagues to try some brunch. Didn't disappoint, although I think the lunch menu could be more substantial during weekends. Felt like it was limited.“
“Quite solid for the area. Caesar split was more than enough. Two 8 oz filets with strong sides. Decent wines (I had the Faust). It's not Mastros but it's not priced like that either. Cool small desserts (key lime was the best) so you could try a few.“
“The service was especially good, and the food was really quite excellent. Portions were fine, not too small. Not cheap, but not at all unreasonable, as far as expensive restaurants go. A terrific choice for the special occasion of your choice.Vegetarian options: The waiter told us the chef would be happy to put together a vegetarian entree, and it did not disappoint.“
“Moksa Barrel House is a collaborative mash of serving local Rocklin Moksa beers and food created by the chef/owner of Hawks restaurants.Right when I walked in, the size of the dining room threw me off. From the outside, it didn’t seem that big. But, it’s a pretty big with its high ceilings and significant square footage. Plenty of seating choices of communal long tables, high pub tables, and smaller tables made it a great option for any group size.Towards the back wall, to the far left is where beer and alcohol can be bought. To the far right is for ordering food and non alcoholic drinks. The wall menu board is hard to see while standing in line. At least for my aging eyes. But don’t fret, the QR menu codes are plastered all over the place. For the food, they give you a buzzer and will buzz ya for pickup. The lunch and dinner menu are the same, it includes fries $5-13 (a bunch of different kinds), burgers $8-13, chicken sandwiches $10-15, salads $6-12, hot dog $9, and soft serve. They even serve breakfast, starting at 7 am. Coffee & espresso drinks are served all day while the hot breakfast items stop at 11 am.I bought a hot dog. They serve Snake Rive Farm Wagyu dog on a potato bun. The dog was split grilled but was served lukewarm. I suppose the dog was hot off the grill but when they added the cold relish, chopped tomatoes, and other condiments, it must have decreased its temp. But despite that, I’m game to drop by again.“
“Amazing food at reasonable prices. Staff was friendly, polite, and prompt. The mayo on my wife's filet sandwich was piped on. The ingredients were quality and prepared masterfully. We were in hungry and out full of great food in 30 minutes, amazing service. Best calamari I've had so far away from the ocean!“
“Its so rare to find a place that serves hotdogsI had the Chad (hotdog) and the Georgia mocktailBeen back 3x since. Highly recommendInside seating is limited to the bar, but on warmer days, there is plenty of outdoor seating. If you plan on ToGo, order ahead about 20-30 mins“
“Went there for lunch one day and tried to park as close as I could. Got my walker out of the back seat and headed for the café. I was amazed to find a young man opening the door for this old disabled guy. Went in, sat down and enjoyed probably the best burger I have had in years.Yes, I will be back again soon. I just might go back for lunch tomorrow. Thanks Serrano family. Mike.“
“I don't drink much beer but I love to here!!The staff makes me feel right at home and very friendly and helpful.I love this place!!Wheelchair accessibility: I have a special place for my electric wheelchair.I can just roll right up to the bar!!“
“We found our new favorite place to eat!! These days, every restaurant we go to has high prices and the food is from boxes or frozen! Every time I get a burger, the servers tell me they are frozen patties!!! Why would I pay $20 for a frozen patty burger?? Well, this is NOT THE CASE AT RIVERSIDE CLUBHOUSE!!!! This place is home made, from scratch, OUTSTANDING food!! And the prices are SO reasonable!!! The service was fantastic, the food was hot, fresh and came to our table in 15 minutes!!! I had the Baja fish tacos and then creme Brule for dessert!!! Phenomenal!!! My husband had their HAND MADE bacon burger, and then the lemon cheesecake!!! Mouth watering!!!!! Don't walk, RUN to Riverside Clubhouse for your next meal!! You will not regret it!!!“
“Many wonderful things happen at this tap and kitchen. First, the food is made in house and don't forget to check on the chef specials. Second, the service is great. The two bartenders/servers were friendly, kind, and full of knowledge (I'm not a beer drinker (my husband is), but they helped me find something that was to my liking). Lastly, the ambiance is nice welcoming and there's a decent amount of seating. This is a must try spot if you're in the area.“
“Gluten free fryer & so many delicious options! The ? burger is always incredibly satisfying & perfectly cooked. Gluten free bun is top quality & yummy ? fries ?Dietary restrictions: Gluten free fryer & delicious gluten free ? bread. Celiac safe!“
“The food were so delicious!!! The Ham is big better than IHOP and Denny's! The waitress are very good service and always make customers happy! Their Ambiance are stars 5! Hey, guys come over and try this restaurant! I wont disappointed you guys“
“Came here for the Beignets but ended up ordering more from their menu. We started with the Mardi Gras Beignets and it was so yummy. The Beignets sit on a creamy custard cream and three sauces. (Huckleberry, Strawberry and Peaches) My hubby got the stuffed french toast with Huckleberry sauce on the side. And I ordered the Cajun Egg Benedicts with "crispy" red skin potatoes. Our waitress recommended to get the crispy potatoes and it was so delicious. The service was amazing from beginning to end. Very friendly staff and they were on top of everything. Clean and fun decorations. Once you enter you get greeted by an alligator sitting on a molasses barrel. Forgot to take a photo . You just have to visit the place to see it. *They Offer Military Discount Overall, we had a great experience and the food and service were awesome.“
“Four of us enjoyed a wonderful experience last night at Moxie. From the crab appetizer to the mouthwatering desserts, the evening was fantastic. The host, the service, the generous portions of food, and the atmosphere were glorious! The presentation of each course was amazingly prepared. If you want a special night out, Moxie is the place to go!Parking: Going early there was no problem on the street near the restaurant.“
“Super cozy, low-key, diner atmosphere. The food was very fresh and perfectly seasoned! The potatoes and crepes were the standout but everything was amazing. And very good portion sizes for the price! Will definitely be coming back to try more of their menu options!“
“Amazing food. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Beyond that.....from a locer of all things beautiful and fun....this place has the absolute greatest soundtrack playing at all times. Check my creds.Kid-friendliness: It's a safe environment, in the middle of a rough area.“
“This places is delicious nice juicy burger with hot fries I came here twice now and haven't been disappointed yet my first time I got a double cheeseburger with pastrami and he second time I got just a regular double cheeseburger with the garlic “
