“This is the friendliest and fastest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Initially I thought drive-thru only = ick. But you can tell when the culture of a place values kindness. My daughter enjoys talking to the people taking orders in the drive thru. They are very fast because they are very well prepared ahead of time, yet they find ways to go out of their way just enough to make each interaction feel intentional and warm in communication. We love coming here.“

“Im from Murrieta and had a doc appointment here in Riverside, I was fasting so I had no caffeine or food and needed to get my protein in asap. I was assisted by Desiree and I immediately let her know I needed to make a protein shake with my espresso lol she was super sweet and added all the extra cups I needed to make my drink. Instead of treating me like I was annoying and being extra she was patient and kind to me.
Tiffany who assisted with my drink was so sweet and reassured me it wasn’t a problem at all when I know I was being problematic about adding more to my order after I just ordered lol bottom line these ladies were the absolute sweetest girls and I just want to share my experience about these lovelies. “This is hands down the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The service is exceptional thanks to Tanya. She really goes above and beyond for her customers and gets to know everyone. She makes you feel welcomed and can turn a bad day into a great one. Everyone here works hard to push out orders as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of the drinks. They power through the morning rush like champs and keep the restaurant clean and orderly. I feel better every time I come here and am so thankful for their kindness. The customers here are also amazing as the regulars say hello to everyone and the dining area is filled with laughter and smiles. “I love this Starbucks! The staff is so friendly, especially in the drive-thru. Eliot (tall, long brown hair) is also so friendly and helpful, I'll drive out of my way sometimes to come to this Starbucks because it's seriously that much better <3“

“You don't need me to review Starbucks - you know what you're getting here, in terms of menu items. Whether its your preferred coffee, or you deem it a good value or not, I won't sway you.\n\nBut I WILL comment on are the people here, who are, as of this writing, excellent. I've visited a good deal of Starbucks around town, and this place easily has my favorite group of baristas. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to interact with.\n\nIt isn't the biggest Starbucks in town, but if you count the patio, there's a good amount of seating. If you're going there to work as I do, you'll appreciate the long high table with power outlets, which is easily the first-claimed seats in the place.“

“Great tea's and snacks and besides Jacklyn, a very friendly crew. Last holiday season I was schooled on the ugly sweater cookies, are not ginger bread cookies, okay.. however when ring up on receipt it showed ginger bread. Jacklyns attitude was that of someone down talking me.. really?“

“I usually have very good service here which I am thankful for. One time my online order was stolen and the Starbucks worker was very kind and remade the food order for us. The service is good and I get my order in a timely manner. Highly recommend!“

“These guys are great to me. I frequent there and they great you by name all the time. One of the girls Jasmin starts making my drink when she sees me walk in when she has time and always with a smile she’s amazing. I would take her to my star bucks if I owned one. These people are always great I don’t k ow why the bad reviews. I never use the drive through I always go inside and I never order online for pick up. That may be why I get great service and it helps to be a regular. Once we had an issue with the coffee it was weak as I always get an add shot and they made it 4 times until it came out right and I left $a 100 bill in the box for them. They deserve it. Owner : you better be taking care of them.“

“The food service and drinks are always going to Starbucks. The reason I gave it a low for the atmosphere is because a couple ladies sitting right next to me had their laptop going with a video call or something it was very noisy and inconsiderate in my opinion“

“Ok so I hate Starbucks in general lol I’m not big on waste or even the taste of coffee, but when I choose to go they’re nice about my personal cups. And they’re human so they messed up a few different drinks but never denied remaking them for me. There’s a few new people, I understand why they get defensive but honestly you can’t please everyone and they should take it with a grain of salt. I feel like Starbucks culture in general is a prissy bougie societal fail lol but be nice to the workers and you be surprised how much better your drink taste and your experience is. Be prepared to wait it’s not a Starbucks express. Lately my pick up orders have only taken 5-9 mins and that’s VERY reasonable for how busy they are. They’re people, they see you huffing and puffing and rolling your eyes, knock it off. I don’t complain about the workers it’s the PEOPLE that come here that suck. That’s why the atmosphere gets a low rating. Also I love these new fall apple crisp drinks because “f” pumpkin spice.

Dietary restrictions: I don’t like cows milk in my tea or coffee so having so many non dairy options is really nice. I prefer the oatmilk here but often get coconut milk too

Parking: There’s a few spots in the front way more on the drive thru side

Kid-friendliness: Bring your kids they have cake pops lol

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a patio that’s suited for wheelchairs and friends without“

“I visited the Starbucks at UCR Glenmor Market, conveniently located near Parking Lot 10. Parking is free for 45 minutes, then $7 for 2 hours. For breakfast, I had the jalapeño roasted chicken, potato cheddar bakes, and cheese sourdough bread with coffee—all were delicious!

This location doesn’t accept American Express, but the staff is amazing. One gentleman went out of his way to help me, and the friendly service really made my morning. The environment is cozy and perfect for enjoying that first cup of coffee to start the day. Highly recommend this spot if you’re on campus.“

“I drove from Palm Springs to Riverside to visit my sister and realized I had forgotten to bring a cake and balloon. While driving around, I spotted a Vons and decided to pick up a vanilla cake with strawberry filling and a little balloon to go with the flowers.

Inside, I noticed they had a Starbucks, and since pumpkin spice lattes are finally back in season, I treated myself to one along with a caramel macchiato and a pumpkin loaf for my mom. Everything was absolutely delicious!

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The cashier/barista and the rest of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. It truly made the stop feel extra special. Thank you ☺️“

“It's early morning, I ordered a hot Americano, but got into the car and realized I was too sleepy and still had an hr drive ahead of me and I couldn't drink a hot drink that fast because I would burn myself.

So I went back inside to ask for a cup of ice so I could drink it faster. And they made me an entirely new drink! And let me keep the hot one for later!! SO kind and generous!
