Starbucks in Rocklin

“I hate giving these kind of reviews. The secret is out, the friendliest staff. Quality drinks, and food. Good place to hangout and pass the time away. The white ambiance gives it a feeling of openness and clean. It is very clean, I've seen them clean a lot. Now for the problem the parking is just weird. Looks like they put a big drain in the middle of the drive thru. So unless you park on the street you'll have a few more steps to get in.

Parking: Weird! Go you'll see what I mean.“

“While I love Starbucks, this location seems to be the most problematic for me. Things that should be simple—adding Stevia and cinnamon to a latte—get missed. Wrong drinks are made. Ordering ahead through the app can take longer than ordering in person. They seem to be frequently understaffed or work excessively slow at time.“

“This is one of the nicer Starbucks that I've been to. Fairly large, seems to have a good number of tables, they were about half full when I visited. The baristas were welcoming and friendly. The restroom was clean both times I was there. And the coffee was ready quickly and fixed just the way I like it, though I'm not terribly picky about my coffee and I don't have special requests.

Parking: There is plenty of free close parking as this Starbucks is part of a large shopping center. Finding this Starbucks is a little tricky as this is such a large shopping center.“

“I go to this starbucks often but this morning megan took my order in the drive thru and even made an effort to have a short conversation with me which is rare at most starbucks locations and i wanted to acknowledge the kindness and effort she put that early in the morning !“

Unlike some smaller cafes where space can be a constraint, this location provides ample room to spread out and get comfortable. The spacious layout ensures that you won't feel cramped or confined while working, allowing you to focus on your tasks with ease. However, the employees often blast the music here and can be loud at times.“

“My gift card failed to load when it was purchased for me, and the Starbucks App wasn't loading my info. It was 50% off any cold drunk after noon, but because the App wasn't working, I couldn't get the deal. However, the manager came over and used her info, and we got the deal! Thank you!“
