Starbucks in Rocklin

“Ok to start I live in monterey county, here for a work trip. The date was December 3rd around 9:30 am. Went into starbucks to grab a drink, and was greeted by the ENTIRE staff. When I say that was the best experience I have ever had in a starbucks. Denis, Madison, and Kiannah complimented my outfit and that made my morning, just the care and curiosity about my day Denis expressed really made my experience better. Madison and Kiannah were so bubbly and it really showed the staff here was working as a TEAM. Im a manager in retail, and this is exactly what work environments should be like. They made a thought pop up in my mind about moving there and being friends with these ladies! Great job to this location!!! Delicious coffee was made as well ;)“

“visited this Starbucks on Veterans Day with a group of four, and it ended up being one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. Starbucks was offering free coffee for veterans and active-duty military, so we stopped by to grab our caffeine and take advantage of the promotion — but what really stood out wasn’t the coffee, it was the service.

We were greeted by a woman named Tami, and she was incredible. She wasn’t just polite — she genuinely took the time to talk with each of us. She asked how long we’ve been in the military, what we do, whether we enjoy it, and if we plan on making a career out of it. She even shared stories about her son. It wasn’t the typical quick, automated Starbucks exchange — it felt real, warm, and sincere.

Tami even stepped out from behind the counter to continue the conversation, and that level of kindness and connection left a lasting impression on all of us. Her attitude, work ethic, and people skills are outstanding, and I’m truly grateful for the way she treated us. Experiences like that mean a lot, especially on Veterans Day.

“Slower paced than most Starbucks but literally the sweetest and thoughtful employees ETA IGNORE THE OWNERS REPLY BC THEY OBVIOUSLY DID NOT READ MY MESSAGE APPLAUDING THEM. I said they are a calmer vs others that are fast hectic and busier locations. I didnt say long lines or poor service. I hope she or he treats her employees better than this reply.“

I travel full time and u am always impressed by the quality of service given by starbucks employees.
I am treated like I live in the neighborhood no matter where I go.
Enzo at this location is a perfect example. He remembered me, my drink, the story I told about my day yesterday, and asked me how it turned out.
That kind of service can not be beat!!

“Quiet location, especially on a hot day. After checking with the manager, the barista taking my order was able to enter it correctly. It is such a simple drink to prepare and often is wrong. This time it was marginal and had too much milk with little foam; should be no milk liquid, only milk foam. Starbucks, you need to constantly train your staff. So frustrating.“
