“Went with the Thai milk tea! very good flavor and at 50% sweetness it was just the right amount of sweetness like a sweet tea. Sweet averse people should order maybe 25%. Regular size drink is just enough for me. They ran out boba but suggested crystal bubbles. They even ran the drink out to me instead of having me pick it up at the counter! “The taiyakis are delicious, they have a lot of filling; Just consider that they are made fresh so it takes about 10 minutes to prepare. It's worth the wait :) This place is highly recommended, it's one of our favorites.The staff is always very friendly. The place is always clean, but except in winter, we prefer to wait for our order outside the premises because it is usually very hot inside (probably because of the taiyaki machines?).“

“These guys handled the ffxiv collab bumrush pretty well I'd say. Professional and fast service, interpreted the collab rules correctly too and didn't give anyone a hard time. Feels like their medium is a bit on the smaller side though, I finished in like 3 sips.“

“I like that this location is spacious and has seating unlike the other locations. I usually go to the Koreatown location and order the fruit tea. This location did a great job with my fruit tea. Only downside of Yi Fang is the high prices. Some competitors that use even better quality ingredients are priced lower which is why I'm giving them 4 stars.“

“I’ve gotten the lychee jasmine green tea with coconut jelly a few times here. It does the trick on a hot day and I want a refreshing drink, but honestly the tea tastes watered down and the coconut jelly are kind of lacking in flavor.
I did see that they offer red bean for their drinks, which is cool and I feel like I don’t see that all too often!

“Husband and I had a boba craving on our way back to the airport from vacation and this was one of the closest to our rental car drop off...thank goodness it was because the drinks were SO GOOD. Jasmine milk tea was so fragrant and the kumquat one was very tangy and refreshing. Highlight was the pearls, they were so soft and chewy and honestly some of the best we've ever had (and we've drank a loooot of bubble tea in our lifetime). We do not say this lightly about boba but these two drinks were amazing. Would love to visit again in the future!“

“Tried their passion fruit citrus tea today, it’s so refreshing and tasty! Though they only have crystal boba, you can add it to your tea. The staff is kind and attentive, the atmosphere of the place makes me wanna do my homework in there, perfectly cozy and sweet-nutty scented. Besides their menu, they also sell a 12oz bags of coffee beans imported from different locations throughout the world, I can’t wait to try them!“

“Super roasted oolong tea tasted pretty standard. 25% sweetness was perfect. Price and portion is normal.
Lycee watermelon fruit tea was great. It's similar to Teaspoon's lycee cucumber drink. 25% sweetness was perfect.

The lady taking my order was very friendly.
Inside feels nice and hip. A little dark if you wanted to study.

I ordered a pad thai, pad see ew, tom yum, sunset and tropical paradise drink. Everything was tasty minus the drinks. They weren't bad but for some reason they tasted like perfume to me. The presentation was really cool though.

Megan F. was our barista and it was some of (if not the) best bubble tea I’ve ever had. My mom, who was a little stumped with what to get ended up loving her latte. Megan noticed she was hesitant when deciding what to order and even offered to tweak my mom’s drink if she didn’t enjoy it, which was super sweet and I’ve never had a barista offer that.
The atmosphere in the shop is so cute and great for taking photos if that’s your thing. So much natural lighting, would be a perfect place to grab a coffee and work!

“I got a large coffee milk tea with boba and custard. The tea was fine, loved the custard but the boba was a little too chewy for me and I had to really slow down and take a few more bytes than normal, this is probably better for my digestion anyway, ha ha.I was a little pleasantly surprised that even though I forgot to ask for less sweet, it wasn’t too sweet like other places.I used to order the fruit shaved ice a lot, it’s a great dessert drink with combination of fresh fruits such as mango, kiwi, strawberry, etc, plus flavored shaved ice and varieties of boba. I haven’t been getting since weather hasn’t been that warm. I’m glad the weather is finally getting warmer and I’m looking forward having them again!“

“Very nice local location that is off of a busy street but they do have free parking. Brought my kids here and they really liked how the sandwiches are cooked in real time with fresh ingredients and the smoothies were also fresh ingredients. Not a lot of room to sit. But food is good enough.
