My hubby ordered the burger and I ordered tge pork shank. OMG (GOSH!) it was exceptionally delicious and just plain good! We will return as this was our first visit. “Had dinner here on 1-15-25 party of 3. Very good service. Espresso martinis were great! Started with artisan bread and Brussel sprouts. It was a little weird to have the pancetta on the side vs mixed into the dish but everyone agreed we really liked them. Then we had Dungeness crab arrabiata, duck fat seared scallops and the short rib. Favorite dish was the short rib! The arrabiata had a good variety of seafood but I wasn’t a huge fan of the squid ink tonarelli. The scallops we tasty just tiny and too few, so that was the least liked dish. Finished off with a flourless chocolate cake that was good. Next time we want the brie appetizer! I’d dine here again but it hasn’t moved into my top 10. We each had a cocktail to start and shared a modest bottle of Pinot. Out the door $400.“

“My opinion best Hamburgers in Sacramento. Where else can you get a burger made from venison, wild boar, Wagyu, Bison, Camel or even Gator bites ? Exotic meats and great selection of craft beers owner is an awesome staff is great and the cook is on point. Oh and the fries are to die for 🤤. Definitely a must try if you are in the Sacramento area and love hamburgers and fries.“

“Passing through Sacramento on an Amtrak layover, we were drawn to the Grange for it’s unusual menu. Farm-to-table with an elegant twist! The options featured a unique combination of flavors and ingredients- persimmon and sweet potato sold me! And each dish was more amazing than the next. As we were traveling, we just ordered appetizers and were completely satisfied with everything. Of course we had to have the sweet potato and persimmons side. Both ingredients sweet, but not in competition with each other, while the miso added the perfect punch. The roasted beer with smoked halibut mousse appetizer was divine. Beets were cooked perfectly, the buttermilk dressing a perfect complement, but the trout roe added the pop. We also ordered the grilled chicory salad, a bitter and tangy partner to the previous plates. But the shrimp carpaccio was out of this world. Fresh, fresh, fresh shrimp, pounded flat and cut into a rectangle, made a base for the pile of excitement on top: pickled persimmon, radish, furikake, crispy rice, and chili crunch. Yes indeed, farm to table over the top.\nThen there was the service. Our server Xandra was efficient, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. Even the bus boy Kameron offered excellent service. The place filled up while we were there, but we may as well have been the only guests - we never needed for anything during our very pleasant visit. Highly recommend this sophisticated yet down-to-earth restaurant in the Citizen Hotel downtown. Wish I lived in Sacramento!“

“Back in 2020 while in town for a cousin's wedding. The wedding party ate here. Being a retired chef from Louisiana but residing in Nashville. So I know seafood. I would give this place 5 🌟 because the food deserves 2 👍 and staff and place was A-1.“

“I eat at Huckleberry’s at least twice a month, today however my experience was not good to the point that I did not leave a tip and feel terrible about that. I went in around noon on Sunday, I knew it would be busy. I signed in for one and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I sat there roughly 10 minutes. Two ladies came in signed in. Apparently they knew one of the waitress and were seated a few minutes later even though I was there before them. A waiter then approached the hostess and pointed at the clipboard, the hostess told him she was not going to seat one person in a booth. So I approached the hostess that initially signed me in and inquired why the two ladies were given a booth even though I was there before them, she didn’t know and looked for the waitress who sat them. The waitress proceeded to move them to a bigger booth to seat me. I was very disappointed. I realize it was not right to leave a tip but customers should not be given preferential treatment.“

“The food and the atmosphere was perfect for a quick bite to eat. We enjoyed the BLT with soup and the pasta special of the day. If you don't have reservations I highly recommend them we lucked out and were able to get a seat outside on such a beautiful sunny day with the heater behind us, it worked out perfect. Food appears to be very clean and homemade.“

“I have been an avid Starbucks drinker for over 10 years. I had the Atomic Chick yesterday and it was so good I have decided to stop drinking Starbucks so I can spend that money here instead! The food is outstanding! The atmosphere is amazing, the music is nostalgic and IT'S KID FRIENDLY🤯 The owner is funny and so nice, the staff was above and beyond. I will absolutely be coming back time and time again! Can not wait to try everything on the menu.“

The Loaded Fries were incredible and the chicken tenders were huge, juicy, and perfectly cooked. Service was lightning fast and the food came out fresh.

The place has that downtown bar district feel, at least when we went at Saturday, not a bad thing, but just a heads up if that’s not your vibe.“

But my parents turned in their happy hour Menu order before six tonight And she made a point of spelling This out, but when the bill came, both of their happy hour menus were at regular price.My dad addressed it and she fixed one of the items, but not the other. how many older people does this happen to and they don't catch it, that really bothers me.“

“I have been to this specific location multiple times. Each time I am pleased with the service and consistency of the delicious food. Isabella one of the servers and bartenders is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable about the menu and drink specials. She is attentive without being annoying.
Tonight, I went in with family and sat on the patio. We brought our family dog Abby. All the staff tonight was very friendly and accommodating. Tonight, Meghan was our server, and she was exceptional. She is a very good at her job and managed our specific order requests with ease. She was friendly and so kind. She is good vibes all around. All of food was delicious and the happy hour drinks were bomb! Our bill came to $150, and we tipped her 35%. We will be back, and hope Meghan is our server again!“

Spent almost $100 on takeout breakfast, my meal came with 1 sausage and 1 bacon but the sausage looks like it had been sitting somewhere for weeks just getting dried tf out and when they found it they decided to put it on the top of my food! Wtf 😡 this sausage was so dry inside that it crunch when I snapped it in half. “The location was questionable but let me tell you baby that everything else including the service was the best !!! The young lady told me if was made with love and I am a believer 💕💕💕💕💕💕 the food ( catfish , shrimp and fries) was seasoned with perfection. Though we weren’t aware of how things would change with the new ownership, The food has always been good and the environment has always been great. We have always experienced great customer service after learning about the new ownership.

“This is a hidden gem in Natomas. Three of us went here to celebrate a birthday! The place is bright and full of energy. There is a huge tv at the bar to take in all the sports action. The bar is well stocked to accommodate most any cocktail order as well as a variety of beers on tap. We had a great server who was also holding down bartender duties. She was so personable and answered all of our questions. The menu has a nice varierty of food and drinks. I observed that the burgers were big and looked delicious! We each decided on salads and shared a side of fries. The fries and our salads were delicious! We all agreed we should return and try the burgers and other items on the menu. Excellent place for eats and drinks!“
