“Fantastic!! The food was fresh, served hot and so tasty. We shared between us the catfish, shrimp & sticky fried ribs. Everything was delicious. The yams literally melt in your mouth. My sister had the greens & she said they were seasoned perfectly. We both agreed the gravy on the rice was a little spicy but my bro 'n law loved it. This is now my go to spot in Sacramento.Parking: Not many spaces available for parking on the side streets.“

“This is by far some of the best vegan food I've ever tried. My non vegan partner said he wouldn't be able to tell it wasn't vegan. We got the Mac and cheese, jackfruit tacos, spicy chicken sandwich and animal fries. Everything was delicious!We picked up ourselves and the parking lot is small but easy enough to walk up to the window and get our food.“
“My experience was A1, greeted by the kind lady that took my order. Gave me an amazing sample of their gumbo while I waited( amazing spice flavoring). I ordered the catfish and prawns and it did not disappoint but the star of the show was the Mac n cheese and corn bread. Insane. Good vibes all around and was not a long wait. “Had dinner here twice. Can get busy so make reservation or prepare to wait. Really good food. As expected, the fried chicken is the star. In my opinion, their prices are too low for the quality and portion size. Enjoyed the overall vibe and service was friendly and efficient despite how busy the restaurant was.“
