“I always have the most amazing experience at this Applebee’s San Dimas for decades! Yesterday, was the best that I simply felt this review was warranted. From the moment we walked in, the energy was warm and welcoming. Aurora at the bar was truly exceptional!! Her service was top-tier, fabulous, friendly, and professional. She made us feel right at home and elevated our entire experience. The rest of the staff were equally wonderful, attentive, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do.

The food? Absolutely delicious! Every bite was full of flavor, and the value for what you get is unbeatable. Whether you’re stopping by for a drink or staying for a full meal, this place delivers on every level. Highly recommend and definitely coming back when I am in town.“

“Yesterday, I discovered a hidden treasure in San Dimas - Sweet Savory Cafe. This cafe is known for its delicious cookies that sell out quickly. They offer a variety of international flavors, including Cuban sandwiches, salads, soups, freshly made bread, empanadas, and other bakery items. Some items are not listed on the menu, so you can ask for the Chef's Daily Special. I always look for clean and relaxing cafes where my family can eat, or I can simply sit and enjoy a book. My experience at Sweet Savory Cafe surpassed my experiences at other cafes in Pasadena, Claremont, and Upland. I arrived early and enjoyed warm cookies and bread, which were absolutely delicious. I ordered various items including coffee, soup, breakfast, and bakery items. Despite not being a coffee drinker, I found the coffee to be delicious and memorable. I also tried their Healthy Breakfast Burrito with added bacon, which was customizable and very filling. The Lentil soup had an amazing aroma and taste. I can't believe I didn't know about this cafe before, especially since I work in the city! For those new to the cafe, you can order through Uber Eats, Grubhub, Postmates, and DoorDash. They even have Keto-friendly San Dimas Barbershop Tacos! There is parking available in the front and back, and plenty of seating inside and outside. If you have a large party, they can accommodate you by pushing tables together. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a wonderful place to read a book or enjoy a meal with family. They also offer freshly made orange juice, and all their sandwiches are made with their own bread. I tried a new flavor of Sweet & Savory bread and found it to be very delicious. I added cream cheese to it yesterday and tried it with butter today. This is definitely my new go-to place for food. I appreciate the cleanliness of the cafe and the fact that it's open early on for breakfast including Saturday and Sunday. I was even able to order all these items on a Saturday at 7AM. “I have been going to this place for over 20 years and it has always been pretty good. But I went this morning for a breakfast burrito and was very surprised. They have their own homemade red salsa. I have to say it was really good. I think I will go back to buy some of their salsa. Their breakfast burritos are filled with bacon, egg, and potato at a good price“

Great experience overall. Sophia at the register was amazing super friendly and helpful. You order up front and they bring the food to your table. The burritos were huge with great flavor, and my pancake breakfast was 100% on point. Food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. We’ll definitely be back.“
