“Yesterday, I discovered a hidden treasure in San Dimas - Sweet Savory Cafe. This cafe is known for its delicious cookies that sell out quickly. They offer a variety of international flavors, including Cuban sandwiches, salads, soups, freshly made bread, empanadas, and other bakery items. Some items are not listed on the menu, so you can ask for the Chef's Daily Special. I always look for clean and relaxing cafes where my family can eat, or I can simply sit and enjoy a book. My experience at Sweet Savory Cafe surpassed my experiences at other cafes in Pasadena, Claremont, and Upland. I arrived early and enjoyed warm cookies and bread, which were absolutely delicious. I ordered various items including coffee, soup, breakfast, and bakery items. Despite not being a coffee drinker, I found the coffee to be delicious and memorable. I also tried their Healthy Breakfast Burrito with added bacon, which was customizable and very filling. The Lentil soup had an amazing aroma and taste. I can't believe I didn't know about this cafe before, especially since I work in the city! For those new to the cafe, you can order through Uber Eats, Grubhub, Postmates, and DoorDash. They even have Keto-friendly San Dimas Barbershop Tacos! There is parking available in the front and back, and plenty of seating inside and outside. If you have a large party, they can accommodate you by pushing tables together. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a wonderful place to read a book or enjoy a meal with family. They also offer freshly made orange juice, and all their sandwiches are made with their own bread. I tried a new flavor of Sweet & Savory bread and found it to be very delicious. I added cream cheese to it yesterday and tried it with butter today. This is definitely my new go-to place for food. I appreciate the cleanliness of the cafe and the fact that it's open early on for breakfast including Saturday and Sunday. I was even able to order all these items on a Saturday at 7AM. “We love Rail Side and have been going there for years. The Arecely’s PB Mocha (I like mine blended) is my favorite along with the wake-up #1 on GF bread. Everyone is so friendly (including the owners who are also rooted in the community) and they have live music on the weekend. Great spot that has so much small town charm.“

“Palermo Bakery has everything you need to feel like you are in Italy! From the welcoming staff the moment you walk through the door, to the decor, to the EXTENSIVE bakery items (that are beyond delicious!), to the pizza, to the coffee, there is truly not a bad choice on the menu! They even have a window to the kitchen so you (or your kids) can watch the magic happen in the kitchen. The first time I went there I was reminded of my Dad and my time in Palermo. “We sat outside ìn the patio area. Our server was friendly and patient giving us time to chat and browse the menu. Everyone enjoyed their meal, drinks and my water glass was kept full as our server kept an eye on us always checking to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend the Twisted Sage Cafe.“

“Ordered a plain black coffee with an espresso shot and it tastes great! I just a cafe by how well their coffee tastes without any cream or sweetener, and this spot passes the test.

Stopped in here on a blind whim while trying to find coffee that isn't Starbucks. Very friendly staff, plenty of seating and a few nice soft chairs.“

“I had a great first experience here. I thought the portions are quite good for the price that you pay. First thing to mention is that this place is not that big. If you have 4 people then it should be easy to fit. The staff were nice and it seems like it is family owned.

The fish filet sandwich was really good! Just go for it! I enjoyed their curry as well, we got the pork katsu, I just wish that they had some of those red radish or green cucumber pickles, that would go quite well with the curry!

They are always switching up their desserts and are so eager to please because if you don't like a drink they will remake it when this place gets bad reviews I really don't get it they must be mixing up their boba shops. I wanted to gate keep this place but I also want it to last and be around for a while so this is a must try.“

“The influence is real and it definitely delivered! Wow, the Spicy California Caesar Wrap was DELICIOUS. I cannot wait to have it again! I was able to order online and pick it up fairly quickly because the restaurant is right outside near the parking garage. The ambiance is very relaxing, I love their outdoor seating area that doesn't feel like you're in the mall but I also like that you can just go straight to the mall if you wanted to. I'm super grateful for influencers that find gems like these.“

“I haven’t been here for a while and had a craving for the Chilaquiles. I knew they added a new Mole salsa so I called to order that to go. I was told they also have a chipotle sauce, so I went with that instead. When I got home, OH MY GOSH!! Those were the best chilaquiles I’ve ever had with the Chipotle sauce. They were so good I’m embarrassed to say I lick the plate clean🥴. And of course the churros were amazing as usual.“

I grabbed a table out front of city hall a half block away. The service is awesome, she came outside to take my order and payment since I had my dog with me. My egg and cheese and onion breakfast bagel was tasty.“
