“Yesterday, I discovered a hidden treasure in San Dimas - Sweet Savory Cafe. This cafe is known for its delicious cookies that sell out quickly. They offer a variety of international flavors, including Cuban sandwiches, salads, soups, freshly made bread, empanadas, and other bakery items. Some items are not listed on the menu, so you can ask for the Chef's Daily Special. I always look for clean and relaxing cafes where my family can eat, or I can simply sit and enjoy a book. My experience at Sweet Savory Cafe surpassed my experiences at other cafes in Pasadena, Claremont, and Upland. I arrived early and enjoyed warm cookies and bread, which were absolutely delicious. I ordered various items including coffee, soup, breakfast, and bakery items. Despite not being a coffee drinker, I found the coffee to be delicious and memorable. I also tried their Healthy Breakfast Burrito with added bacon, which was customizable and very filling. The Lentil soup had an amazing aroma and taste. I can't believe I didn't know about this cafe before, especially since I work in the city! For those new to the cafe, you can order through Uber Eats, Grubhub, Postmates, and DoorDash. Their menu includes breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, avocado toasts, old fashioned oatmeal, and build-your-own scramblers. For lunch and dinner, they offer sandwiches, Paninis, burritos, Cuban sandwiches, veggie sandwiches, wraps, salads, combos, kids' menu, bagels, and more. They even have Keto-friendly San Dimas Barbershop Tacos! There is parking available in the front and back, and plenty of seating inside and outside. If you have a large party, they can accommodate you by pushing tables together. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a wonderful place to read a book or enjoy a meal with family. They also offer freshly made orange juice, and all their sandwiches are made with their own bread. I tried a new flavor of Sweet & Savory bread and found it to be very delicious. I added cream cheese to it yesterday and tried it with butter today. This is definitely my new go-to place for food. I appreciate the cleanliness of the cafe and the fact that it's open early on for breakfast including Saturday and Sunday. I was even able to order all these items on a Saturday at 7AM. Thank you to the owner, Haydee, and her family for providing such a great first experience. I'm now a loyal customer!“

“We found Wake Coffee completely by accident, and we're so glad we decided to stop.

The drinks were fantastic—creative, flavorful, and made with care. We especially loved the unique specialty toppings that made each drink feel a little extra special. The real standout, though, was the warm oatmeal raisin cookie. It was, without question, the best oatmeal raisin cookie we've ever had—soft, fresh, perfectly spiced, and absolutely delicious.
The shop has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick. If you're passing through the area, don't hesitate to stop in. We'll definitely be making this a regular stop whenever we're nearby!“

“7/27/26 Came here with a group of friends! I’ve been here a few times and my four friends. It was all their first time. We had a great visit here. We all ordered items and shared. The item I didn’t share was my iced cookie butter latte. It was really good since it’s been very hot lately. My second item that I ordered was the tiramisu croissant. I really love this pastry as it was very light and tasted so good! My friends ordered an egg salad sandwich, a spicy sausage dish, a chicken salad sandwich, and a sushi roll plate. Everything was amazing! The customer service was excellent here. I definitely will keep coming back!“

“We love Rail Side and have been going there for years. The Arecely’s PB Mocha (I like mine blended) is my favorite along with the wake-up #1 on GF bread. Everyone is so friendly (including the owners who are also rooted in the community) and they have live music on the weekend. Great spot that has so much small town charm.“

“This restaurant is SO good. One of the three best meals I've had this year. The rolls and deviled eggs were an excellent starter. The wedge salad was so full of flavor and so fresh. The Sirloin entree for two is the best sirloin you will EVER HAVE!! If you don't save some space for their desserts then you will be missing out. “Everything was so delicious! Pork belly with chilaquiles is such a good idea, it went so well together. The chia pudding was perfectly sweetened and we loved the mango passion fruit iced tea. Will definitely come again. Also the cook came out and asked how we were doing, she was super sweet.“

“The staff are friendly. The pumpkin smoothie tasted like bananas with spice. It also looks nothing like the pic. Not a fan. I wanted to try more items like the watermelon juice, the energy bites etc but they were out of alot of items.
The mushroom burrata toast was delicious. A Lil heavy on the lemon/citrus flavor. But overall good.
The handmade gourmet granola bar was definitely the shining star today. It was so nice I had to buy it twice. Loved the granola bar. Delicious and nutritious with all the ingredients in it.“

“Absolutely loved my experience at PS I Crepe You! The inside is so pretty and thoughtfully decorated — it has such a cute, aesthetic that makes it feel really welcoming and perfect for grabbing a sweet treat or hanging out for a bit.

One thing to note is that ordering is done entirely through an iPad, which actually made the process easy for my teenager but not for me.

“I went to this place 3 years ago in 2023 when I worked near there and it was delicious, I recently transferred back near by and went to try it again and I'm glad I did the chicken and veggies pie is my favorite but I tried the curry chicken pie and wow it was so delicious and flavorful. I combined the passion fruit tea with peach and black tea, y mira, 👌 it's made perfectly.They have that good matcha here too. It tastes like matcha not too grassy because they add the perfect amount and mix it correctly. The popcorn chicken is a must a tiny bit spicy but my daughter loved it too much she ate everything. “What a gem! Peeked inside and discovered the sweetest Indonesian bistro! The ambiance was relaxing, the staff were incredibly kind, and everything from the coffee and refreshments to the homemade delicacies, was wonderful.

We had the pleasure of chatting with the owner of Kedai and ended up taking home plenty of desserts along with a delicious tofu plate (this vegetarian was very happy!). You can tell that everything is made with care and love.

“I was seated outside, not much of a view but that's OK. I had the country fried steak, with eggs over easy and biscuits & gravy. The food was delicious. The gravy had sage in it, but not overwhelming. The biscuit was seasoned, very good on its own. I enjoyed the CFS. My bride ordered a sandwhich. I don't recall but she really enjoyed it. I also ordered a side of their signature Chipotle cheddar potatoes. They were absolutely fantastic. I would go back just to have those potatoes. Staff was very efficient and friendly. “OK, YUM!! I’ve been on a huge hojicha kick lately since the caffeine is usually gentler than matcha. I’ve had bad luck in the past with shops giving me massive servings (37g!) that kept me up all night, so I’m always a bit cautious.

I finally decided to try Smoking Tiger after seeing them all over socal, and I’m so glad I did! I told the staff I’m super caffeine sensitive, and they were incredibly accommodating, offering to make alterations just for me. Love that attention to detail! I'll be a regular from now on!

Also, do yourself a favor and get the corn mochi! it’s absolutely delicious! 🌽“

From the welcoming staff the moment you walk through the door, to the decor, to the EXTENSIVE bakery items (that are beyond delicious!), to the pizza, to the coffee, there is truly not a bad choice on the menu! They even have a window to the kitchen so you (or your kids) can watch the magic happen in the kitchen. The first time I went there I was reminded of my Dad and my time in Palermo. They are also very COVID safe in case you are worried about venturing out and about. I would recommend the bakery to anyone needing a slice of Italy in Southern California! ❤️🇮🇹💚“

“Nicest family-owned donut shop in Upland. We are so glad that they are still open. This donut shop is following all of the COVID-19 health protocols. “My family and I absolutely love Bobo Cha Bar. They have a great variety of drinks and foods, both savory and sweet. I'm sensitive to sugar and processed foods and therefore have to be selective where I eat out. At Bobo Cha Bar, I can enjoy their drinks and food and feel fine which is a relief for me. We also celebrated my daughter's 12th birthday there and they prepared a beautiful and delicious selection of savory and sweet treats. The atmosphere is fun and tasteful. The owner Venus and her sister take great pride in their shop and are always friendly and welcoming. We go there as often as we can. Highly recommend!“
