“We've lived near this restaurant for many years but didn't eat sushi until the last couple of years. Once we started eating sushi we started frequenting OSushi several times per week. The food is delicious, service is great, atmosphere is friendly, and your meal gets to you quickly. We've compared this restaurant to many highly regarded ones near and outside the area but everything about OSushi is so good there's no reason to go anywhere else. This is our favorite!“

“This is a hidden gem for delicious, affordable, generously sized bento boxes and plates. They take pride in their presentation and they don’t have to do this, but they also included a lot of little extra items that compliment your meal. Like many have said, there’s a little bit of a wait but our teriyaki chicken was made fresh to order and worth it. BTW, this California Roll Plate with Teriyaki Chicken has another layer of rolls underneath, so 10 rolls total. With rising prices, it’s so nice to find a place that serves a great meal with super nice staff for under $11.“

“My favorite go to AYCE sushi restaurant. Love the cajun tuna and peppered salmon. The Hawaiian roll tiger roll mountain roll and shrimp lover are excellent. The goyzas poke nachos shrimp and vegetable tempura are delicious! Miso soup and sashimi salad are also yummy.“

“This place has a really good and cute vibe; they make it feel homie. They give a good amount of crab on the inside. The rolls are cheap and you get a good size. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area. I judge places on their rainbow roll and this one is a top tier!“

“A Hidden Gem in Chino Hills! 🍣🍨
I stumbled upon Heemo Sushi - Chino Hills and was blown away! I ordered the Sunkist Roll—a delicious twist on a California roll with fresh salmon and tuna. Every bite was packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. The fish was incredibly fresh and the roll was beautifully plated.
The service was just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. To top it off, I treated myself to a macaron ice cream for dessert, and wow—it was the perfect sweet ending!
Definitely coming back. This place is a must-visit for sushi lovers in the area.“

“Been going to this restaurant for at least 10 years. It’s a small place and always busy. The food has never disappointed me. The lunch special is reasonably priced and they have this great deal on party trays. For $95 I think we got about 8-10 sushi rolls, I forgot the exact count. Service is great.“

Don't come in a big group as there is only 1 staff. But maybe it was because when we came in, it was Easter.

“The fish is excellent quality, which for me is essential for sashimi. My family loves the bento boxes - all food is outstanding, the service is professional, quick and friendly. We do take-away, but the dining room is clean and service is prompt. Please don't swamp my fav place ;)

“Went for a quick breakfast. Got a Mocha Latte and a Sausage and Bacon breakfast burrito. I thought it was a little pricey at $21. Burrito had a lot of potatoes and a little underseasoned. Overall it was really good and all ingredients tasted homemade. The atmosphere was different, yes it was a little cluttered but I personally dont mind that. Limited seating is available so I recommend getting to food to go. I think I'll give this place another shot next time I am around.“

“Hi again to all you gastronomic foodies. Today's food adventure took us to Aoki sushi in La Verne California. If you are in the area please give them a try. The food was very good and fresh. You will notice right away as you walk in, that the atmosphere is rustic but inviting. The service was warm prompt and friendly and the food was very good, the sushi was very battery and succulent. We shared a bento box and a rainbow roll for our lunch, it was so good. Not only were we very happy with the quality but there was plenty of food to fill both of us up.
